My experience was amazing

My experience was absolutely amazing. My resort was very clean and spacious. We enjoyed our back patio view and being able to grill and eat outside with the table being more than enough room. I will def recommend and will be returning. Might I add that the front desk receptionist were extremely helpful.

Great stay.

This is a good option for an extended stay. I would suggest you put bathroom mats for the open shower. We ended up having to use the hand towels to soak up extra water.

Great Condo for a Golf Weekend

Property was perfect for 4 adults or couples as each bedroom has a private on-suite bathroom. Common spaces are very comfortable with a nice outdoor, covered patio. Will consider staying again for our next golf weekend.

Fantastic Condo!

Beautiful and modern! The outdoor grilling space was amazing! The condo was equipped with everything you’d need for a great trip! Very close to all Disney! We will definitely stay again!

Very Bad Check-in process and Customer Service.

Our flight was delayed for 5 hours. We arrived at the Magic Village at 5 am. We have 3 adults, 1 senior, and 2 kids. We were tired and needed a place to get some rest asap. But we had to wait in our car for one and half hours. Because the staff gave our key to another guest. He's a security guard. He felt guilty and did nothing except call his manager. Nobody picked up his phone call. Finally, he let us stay in a house which's different from our booking. They only called to sorry and we needed to move to a new house that's matched to our booking again.

Lovely place to stay for our Disney trip.

This was a perfect house for our family trip to Disney World. There was plenty of room for everyone to get ready for the day, and the accommodation was very comfortable and quiet. We had all we needed.

Everything we needed

We had a great stay! We went to FL due to a funeral, we didn’t have a lot of time to make arrangements but found this place and it did not disappoint! It looks exactly as depicted in the photos and we had plenty of room for our family of 7. The pool area was amazing along with the other amenities. Great location as well! Would definitely stay here again.

Good property, bad management

The rental was comfortable and well kept, nice neutral decoration, good parking space, safe. However when we got there the trashcans were full of trash, and the floor was dirty. I had to call for them to clean it fully. They offered to clean at 10 pm or next day. One day someone took my parking space, i went to reception to complain and they told me security was busy at the time and to park in any spot available, which i did not do because i would be taking someone else’s parking and i find that inconsiderate. There was a good 3 hours waiting for the owner of the car to move it in order to park my car.

Family Vacation July 2021

Overall good stay. The home was nice, comfortable, modern. Clean throughout. Secured property and reserved parking was nice. All your shopping/restaurants just minutes away. Very close to Disney parks. Washing machine didn’t work but management was responsive. Figured a work around to accommodate us. Note: they do not restock anything so if you’re staying longer than 4 days, be prepared to go shopping for extras. Will definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay!

We stayed in a 4 bedroom unit with a summer kitchen. The unit was a perfect set up for our 2 families with young children. Each bedroom has its own full bath attached and the common areas allow for plenty of space to stretch out. The only reason we are giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is the floor was really dirty and we had to keep shoes on to prevent our feet from turning black. I also think the bedroom downstairs should have 2 of the twin beds in it as it would work better for families with small children to be able to sleep in the same level as their kids. Overall, the beds were comfortable, kitchen is well equipped, the unit has a lot of upgrades, the summer kitchen was super convenient for grilling, and the location was perfect for the day trips to the parks. Thank you for allowing us to stay!
