Great place....one rough night

Incredible property...just had a domestic disturbance one night where shots were fired. I think it was a freak thing. We will definitely book again if available

Fantastic location and nice resort

The Vista Cay had a swimming pool and jacuzzi which we enjoyed when we arrived. The location is nice because it's about half way between Disney World and Universal Studio. There's also grocery stores and restaurants nearby. We had a toddler with us and the rental had a play pen and high chair. Check in was easy because we were emailed all of the codes ahead of time (wifi, door, gate). It's a first floor place too and we are able to park right next to it. I recommend it!

Close to everything but far from enough for serenity

This gated community location is excellent for the occasional trip to Orlando for a convention or show. So close to the convention center, restaurants and fun….but just far away enough for some peace and quiet. Great accommodations, pool and grounds. The units are spacious and well maintained. This is our second time using the same unit, and will definitely return.

Great property, recently renovated

The property was generally in good repair and clean; however, there are a few items that were problem. The most significant is that the microwave did not work. We called the property manager a couple times to address, but no one ever came or made any attempt to resolve. So we stayed there for a week without a working microwave. In addition we had to buy toilet paper, garbage bags, and dishwasher detergent for just one week. These were explained that they are not included. Never stayed at a rental where we had to go buy these, and it was a huge waste of money buying a 30 garbage bag pack and a whole pack of TP and container of dish detergent for one-week. Also, the pool is much to small for as many units in this property. Pool felt way overcrowded

We all stayed for a convention at one of the nearby hotels. It worked for what we needed. Somewhat basic decor but served the purpose.

Very confusing check in

I was sent the wrong building and wrong unit number within the condo complex. Communication through VRBO website was basically nonexistent. I had to make 5 phone calls to get the right information. Overall, it took us nearly 1.5 hrs to just get into the unit we reserved. The unit was clean and well stocked. We had no complaints about the actual condo. Just be aware that this is not personally owned, rather its managed by a company.

Convenient for Universal and Convention Center

We were in town for business but brought the teenagers with us to play during springbreak. Place was clean and comfortable, and lots of room for the 5 of us. Minutes from both convention center and Universal, so it was perfect.

Nice condo!

The condo was great. Check in was easy. The only complaint is that we were told there was a sleep sofa and there wasn’t. There were also ants in the master bathroom. We told the owners after checkout and they said they would take care of it. The property is close to universal, sea world, and the Orange County convention center. The pool was a close walking distance from the condo!

OUTSTANDING!!!

The online pictures did not do the property justice. As soon as we entered the overall area we were very impressed with how clean and manicured the community looked. Then when we entered the condo we were overwhelmed by the overall size. We treated our family of 8 adults and one infant to a wee in Orlando and never felt crowded. Everything we needed was provided.

Wifi was not working

We went for a business trip and Wifi was not working. The issue was eventually remedied but on last day of stay after we no longer needed the internet. Also, The door code changed on us two separate times causing us to be locked out of the property for an extended period of time.
