Not included: Reunion Club amenities (water park, golf, tennis & pickleball, spa and club pools — these require a separate membership) and the Spectrum clubhouse.



The Neighborhood:

Reunion sits right off I-4 in Kissimmee, close to Walt Disney World and an easy drive to Universal and SeaWorld. Leafy streets and the Linear Park make evening walks a pleasure, and Publix, Aldi and CVS are only about 5 minutes away.



Getting Around:

A rental car is the easiest way to explore. MCO airport is roughly 29 minutes away.



At the gate, every driver must be registered before check-in. Please park only in the condo's assigned spaces — overflow parking isn't allowed — and note that boats, trailers, RVs, campers and commercial or construction vehicles aren't permitted.

🧺 Arrival Essentials

To get you started, we leave a dish sponge, 2 dishwasher pods, a bottle of dish soap, a roll of paper towels, 3 spare trash bags and a laundry detergent pack — plus mini soap, shampoo/conditioner and 2 toilet paper rolls in every bathroom. Washcloths are available on request (one per guest). For longer visits, a quick grocery run is a good idea.

🏠 House Guidelines

• Smoke-free inside — a $2,500 fee plus odor treatment applies

• No parties or events — $150 fine, and the stay may be ended without refund

• Bag all trash properly — otherwise a $150 cleaning fee

• Leaving after 10:00 AM needs our OK in advance — $150 fee otherwise

One exterior camera at the front doorbell; no cameras indoors. A noise-level sensor (no audio recording) helps keep community quiet hours.
