Great Vacation

This is our second stay at R Disney Palms Retreat. It is a perfect place to stay if you plan to go to Disney or Universal. It feels like home away from home. Can't wait to come back!

Great Short Stay

My mom and I had a wonderful short stay for Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party and the Epcot Food and Wine Festival for Veterans Day weekend. The property met all of our needs and the management company was fantastic to work with, communication was among the best I have experienced with VRBO. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great communication

The property is very clean and as described it the write up. It is close to the clubhouse. The owner checks up on you by text to make sure everything is going well. Would stay there again.

Wonderful stay

Our stay was wonderful. The house was clean and well maintained. The pool was wonderful after a long day at the parks. They had plenty of kitchen items and extra towels. The neighborhood was quiet. The only thing I would note is that we couldn't turn the air below 74, which was a bit warm for our taste and my husband had a hard time with the bed (he has a bad back, and it just wasn't comfortable for him.) But other than those two small things it was great and we would definitely stay here again!

Relaxing

The home was very relaxing in a nice quiet community. Private pool right out the back door. Loved the guest book idea and we wrote our little story about why we visited Florida. Owners were great and called a few days ahead of our trip to give us wonderful recommendations!

Quiet/comfortable location

Stayed for 8 days and it felt like home. Not only do you get a great place to enjoy the area but you gain a friend. The homeowner goes above and beyond to make sure that everyone detail of your stay is perfect. Highly recommended location.

We were there for my daughter’s competition and it was just me with two girls with me. The house was a good fit. The area was quiet and felt safe. The location was great too everything was close by. Would recommend to anyone and would come back again!

Great Father/Daughter Trip

The R-Disney Palms Retreat ended up being a perfect place to stay for our father/daughter trip. It was very clean and relatively close to Universal/Island of Adventure which we visited. What we really liked was the community pool area. The pool was great and it also has a nice little exercise facility, game area, and theater room (we didn’t take time to use this). The other residents were very welcoming and friendly. Glenn was a great host and communicated very well. It’s obvious they work hard to ensure everyone that stays at their home has a great visit. Highly recommend!!

Great Stay!

Wonderful property in safe, gated community. Conveniently located for anything you might want to explore in the Orlando area. Hosts are friendly and helpful. My family and I had a delightful experience and highly recommend! Will definitely vacation here again.

Super convenient and clean!

Overall impression was great! The proximity to Disney is awesome! There is a Wal-Mart and Starbucks only minutes away. Our teen kids loved the clubhouse and large community pool. Some of the decor could maybe use an update but it was all in good condition and very clean. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing house & location.

This house was absolutely amazing and just minutes from Disney. We had a small problem getting the door to open when we first arrived but the owner’s friends & Brother jumped in and helped out. We were able to get into the house quickly and didn’t have any problems after that. The house was perfect and we’d definitely stay here again. The owners are fantastic and are a huge help if needing information. The owners brother even showed us around the house and told us their friends were staying next door if we needed anything.. Wonderful people!!!

American holiday long awaited! (August 22)

The property was perfect for my 2 daughters (7 and 10) and my wife and I. Pre info from Glenn was spot on. Check in took seconds. House and pool were very clean. Spacious rooms. Plenty of towels and easy to use appliances. Plenty of utensils and plates etc. Aircon was good and it was very hot outside! The resort pool was great. Resort area great. Quick to get to Disney. Not too far from universal. Walmart close by. Would recommend and would stay again! Thank you!

Family Vacation

Glen was awesome gave great info about the area, checked in often. Home was exactly as pictured. Pool is deeper than it looks, I'm 5'6 and it came to my chin. There were little things cleaning crew missed like a few wrappers under the bed but nothing major. Make sure to stop and get supplies as there aren't much of anything in the house as far as toiletries. Kitchen has enough plates and cookware though. Tiki Bar on-site with food and drinks by the main pool. Overall it was Great! Definitely Recommend!

Perfect for us

We usually go with a large party, and rent a house for our Disney trips. This time it was just our family of 4. My boys really appreciated having their own bathrooms. The place was fantastic. Next time I want to spend some time at the community pool. It looked really nice when we walked around the clubhouse on our final night there. A+++ rental experience.

What a treasure of a stay…

I received a random phone call, assuming it was spam, but it was the owner of this property and WOW, what a wonderful loving human. We talked for about 12 minutes and his place was just as wonderful as his hospitality. The townhome literally had every possible thing we needed and it was an easy drive from literally EVERYTHING. Do yourself a favor and stay here!!!!!

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful stay! Perfect location, very convenient to everything, comfortable, plenty of room for our family, the kids loved the pool each night after returning from the parks. The owner was a pleasure to work with, very helpful with information about the house and especially the area.
