Well stocked kitchen supplies. Well stocked linen. Master king sized bed was too high, not easy to just sit upon, otherwise very comfortable. Queen size bed very comfortable. Safety bar for the master bath tub/shower would have been helpful. Community pool & hot tub very nice. Easy to register.

From beginning to end Glenn was so welcoming and upfront, helping and answering any questions we had! We felt so secure in the process. The place itself is stunning - the area is SO Quiet and clean. Glenn and Angela were great hosts. I had all the necessary information to make my stay wonderful. The townhouse was clean and everyone enjoyed having their own bathroom. It's located close to Walmart and great restaurants. Really enjoyed my stay and look forward to staying there again when I visit Orlando.

A beautiful stay as always. This splash pool is always the cleanest and well kept that we have seen at Windsor Palms! Very refreshing after a hot summer day at the parks. The owners are wonderful with communication and keep the house very updated. Make sure to bring your own beach towels if you are going to swim outside of the house, as unfortunately many of the towels in the home went missing over the years and the remaining towels need to be left in the home due to no fault of the owners. Love this townhome and will continue to stay here on our trips!

Great Hospitality, Perfect Place

We spent 4 nights at this wonderful townhome, it has 3 great bedrooms all with individual baths. It was very cozy and homy and the hosts were very prompt it response and also just reached out to see how our stay was going. It has a nice plunge pool - but we spent so much time at the parks we didn't really get to enjoy it. It is a gated community so felt very secure in our stay in Orlando. We'd definitely return to this place.

Great Vacation

This is our second stay at R Disney Palms Retreat. It is a perfect place to stay if you plan to go to Disney or Universal. It feels like home away from home. Can't wait to come back!

Great Short Stay

My mom and I had a wonderful short stay for Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party and the Epcot Food and Wine Festival for Veterans Day weekend. The property met all of our needs and the management company was fantastic to work with, communication was among the best I have experienced with VRBO. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Wonderful stay

Our stay was wonderful. The house was clean and well maintained. The pool was wonderful after a long day at the parks. They had plenty of kitchen items and extra towels. The neighborhood was quiet. The only thing I would note is that we couldn't turn the air below 74, which was a bit warm for our taste and my husband had a hard time with the bed (he has a bad back, and it just wasn't comfortable for him.) But other than those two small things it was great and we would definitely stay here again!

Relaxing

The home was very relaxing in a nice quiet community. Private pool right out the back door. Loved the guest book idea and we wrote our little story about why we visited Florida. Owners were great and called a few days ahead of our trip to give us wonderful recommendations!

Quiet/comfortable location

Stayed for 8 days and it felt like home. Not only do you get a great place to enjoy the area but you gain a friend. The homeowner goes above and beyond to make sure that everyone detail of your stay is perfect. Highly recommended location.

We were there for my daughter’s competition and it was just me with two girls with me. The house was a good fit. The area was quiet and felt safe. The location was great too everything was close by. Would recommend to anyone and would come back again!

Great Father/Daughter Trip

The R-Disney Palms Retreat ended up being a perfect place to stay for our father/daughter trip. It was very clean and relatively close to Universal/Island of Adventure which we visited. What we really liked was the community pool area. The pool was great and it also has a nice little exercise facility, game area, and theater room (we didn’t take time to use this). The other residents were very welcoming and friendly. Glenn was a great host and communicated very well. It’s obvious they work hard to ensure everyone that stays at their home has a great visit. Highly recommend!!

Great Stay!

Wonderful property in safe, gated community. Conveniently located for anything you might want to explore in the Orlando area. Hosts are friendly and helpful. My family and I had a delightful experience and highly recommend! Will definitely vacation here again.

Top Notch Experience

Super convenient and clean!

Overall impression was great! The proximity to Disney is awesome! There is a Wal-Mart and Starbucks only minutes away. Our teen kids loved the clubhouse and large community pool. Some of the decor could maybe use an update but it was all in good condition and very clean. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing house & location.

This house was absolutely amazing and just minutes from Disney. We had a small problem getting the door to open when we first arrived but the owner’s friends & Brother jumped in and helped out. We were able to get into the house quickly and didn’t have any problems after that. The house was perfect and we’d definitely stay here again. The owners are fantastic and are a huge help if needing information. The owners brother even showed us around the house and told us their friends were staying next door if we needed anything.. Wonderful people!!!

American holiday long awaited! (August 22)

The property was perfect for my 2 daughters (7 and 10) and my wife and I. Pre info from Glenn was spot on. Check in took seconds. House and pool were very clean. Spacious rooms. Plenty of towels and easy to use appliances. Plenty of utensils and plates etc. Aircon was good and it was very hot outside! The resort pool was great. Resort area great. Quick to get to Disney. Not too far from universal. Walmart close by. Would recommend and would stay again! Thank you!
