Parfait !
Petit problème de raton laveur qui détruit les sacs poubelles dans le bac qui faisait en sorte que le bac ne se vidait pas au complet par les employés de ramassage. Mais autre que cela tout était parfait 😊

Excellent House and Wonderful Stay!
We had a wonderful stay at Marcella’s property. The house is even better in person! We had 13 people staying at the house from 4 families including children, and the house was perfect for our needs with room to spare. The moment you step inside, you're greeted by an expansive living space adorned with modern furnishings and tasteful decor. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped featuring high-end appliances, granite countertops, and ample space for preparing delicious meals. We also made use of the BBQ rental for a number of meals. The kids loved the pool and spa, and the games room. The beds are extremely comfortable, and everyone slept very well after long days at the parks. The kids loved the themed bedrooms, while the adults appreciated the peace and privacy of the luxurious master suites. With its prime location, this rental provides easy access to all of Disney's iconic parks, including Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, Disney's Hollywood Studios, and Disney's Animal Kingdom, allowing you to maximize your time and create unforgettable moments with your loved ones. Marcella was extremely responsive to any request we had during our stay. We would definitely stay at this rental property again. Thank you, Marcella for sharing your beautiful home with our families!

Pretty nice area, close to Disney and parks
Overall, it was a good place to stay! It had cobwebs in corners and things weren’t working properly and there were no battery replacements for the remotes to the ceiling fans, but we made do. It doesn’t have a futon, it has couches. It said it has 7 bathrooms but it only had 6, one of them were a jack and Jill for 2 bedrooms. (just letting you know.) We left our box fans there because we are from Alaska and needed cold air but didn’t have room in the suitcases. So if you need fans they’re there too. (You’re welcome!) check in and check out we’re easy peasy. There’s a brick for the trash can outside because the raccoons get in it and make a mess. I’d recommend this place! And I’d go to it again. Thank you for having us Marcella.

Perfect House, Beautiful Location, Wonderful Times
I loved the ambiance and decor of this place. Very, very clean and very spacious. Modern yet homey. The star wars and harry potter rooms were a hit with the kids. As well as the game room in the garage. The wooden floors throughout were a really nice touch. House is situated in the back of the community. Very peaceful. we all slept soundly like we were at home in our own beds. And the beds were so comfy. we just loved hanging out in that big pool all day long. Loved how all 17 of us could gather around that huge dining room table to eat. The kitchen had enough dishes, cups and utencils for everyone. They even had cute little dishes just for the kids. there were enough blankets, towels, pool towels and linens for everyone. we were able to do laundry (house has a quiet washing machine + dryer) and marcella left us some laundry tabs. It only took us 10 mins to get to Disney World. This house is right around the corner from Publix supermarket, Target, Walmart, Dollar Store and a bunch of restaurants (fast food, chain + upscale). Lots of stuff to do inside the community too. No need to go out. The pools in the community were great. We took full advantage of the tennis courts, gym and restaurants on site. The lazy river was fun too. Marcella made us feel like family. She was so welcoming and responsive. wish we coulda stayed like a whole month. we will definitely be back!

Absolutely Wonderful! Best Vacation House!! This house has it all!
This house is breathtaking. Photos are really what this house looks like. My family had a wonderful stay. We booked this house for a trip to Disney. It feels very private, peaceful and serene. The house is clean: Clean linens, sparkling pool, clean BBQ, clean bedrooms.. even the baseboards were spotless. The decor is beautiful. New hardwood floors on the stairs and upstairs. No stained carpets here. All the beds were snuggly & super cozy. We slept peacefully each night. Not a loud neighborhood. No critters, no wildlife, no rodents... the property is very well kept and maintained to a very high standard. There were more than enough towels, pool towels, washclothes and blankets for everyone in the house. The pool and game room were a hit with the kids. We spent most nights BBQing on the pool deck and just relaxing. House is in a great location. Its really close to Disney, lots of good restaurants, shopping and supermarkets. There is nothing I can say bad about this house. We didnt want to leave. Marcella was very responsive but we didnt really need her becuz the house had everything and more. We loved it so much that we have already booked it for our summer vacay. Book this house if you can. Its a gem!

Really nice property!
The house and neighborhood are really nice and the location is close to a lot of disney parks as stated. The forst we noticed was tbe beautiful decor until the chair moved sloghtly dispalying a pretty dirty floor underneath the couch and there was dust coming from the ceiling fan once we turned it on. We paid for the grill and didnt get propane until thursday but the host refunded our money very quick and very nice about it. With having many guest in the house comes critters, there were a few roaches we saw in the house and on the patio furniture. There were 2 racoons that tortured us the last 2 nights of our stay but all in all it is a beautiful property. Our family really enjoyed our stay.

Nice Property
We went to Disney for a family vacation and stayed here for a week (6-26-23 - 7-2-23) I was 18 of in at this location. The home was beautifly decorated and very spacious. It did not take us long to get to Seaworld or Disney. We did have a couple of things that bothered us (about the area) not the house itself. It's located in the very back of the community. Initially, anyone could get through the gate, but on 7-1-23 at 12 noon, you had to put in a gate code. Well, prior to the gate code, someone was trying to have a party, the streets were flooded with young adults who were very rude and didn't want to let us through to get to the house. It could have been worse (if the police weren't already there trying to get everyone out) this was the only incident we had...thank God. With the code, it seems if the house gives it out to friends, people can still get in who don't belong. I'd like to see security at the gate to verify who's coming inside. The streets are very small,everyone parks on the street making it hard to get through at times. Other than that, nice, affordable home. I would recommend.

Overall the property was good, but there are definitely some things that need to be improved with this property. Upon entry the brick pavers are a very big tripping hazard and could be potentially dangerous, the upstairs Jack and Jill bathtub does not drain properly and backs up as high as your calves, the queen upstairs bedroom has a lamp that is broken and will not turn off and the bulb needs to be removed to turn it out, the track to the patio sliding door is terribly gross and needs to be cleaned, along with all the return air grills and light fixtures. The hot water takes FOREVER to heat up (between 5-8 minutes). The outlet cover behind the couch in the main living area is broken. The table setup (plates and bowls set) is not conducive to a large family gathering around the table to family games or a meal or eating at the bar area. The proximity to all the parks, dining and entertainment was awesome!!
