    The living room features plenty of natural light, with luxury furnishings and lots of room for everyone to relax.


    A large kitchen with all the needed appliances and utensils and the modern dining area make meals or entertaining simple and fun.


    The master bedroom and second bedroom feature beautiful king beds and a third bedroom has a queen bed, allowing for six guests to sleep comfortably. All bedrooms feature their own flat screen TVs for you to relax in comfort.


    Vista Cay Resort is right next door to the Orange County Convention Center, and less than 15 minutes away from all major theme parks, including SeaWorld, Universal Studios and Walt Disney World.

Our family really enjoyed our holiday staying in Lakeview Condo. The apartment was very clean, well stocked and incredibly comfortable. The location is perfect and the complex pool area is great.

Great location in Orlando. Super close to Universal, Disney, and International Dr that has tons of entertainment/food. There was local stores - grocery, etc 2 blocks away. The building was nice, very clean and spacious. We stayed for 5 days/4 nights and found it was a nice home away from home. Super quiet, peaceful setting overlooking a lake. We used the pool one day and it was nice, and it had a little water park for kids. Gated community felt secure.Cant express how centralized it for exploring. 15 min to Universal, 20 min to Disney, 1 hour to Cocoa Beach.Would stay here again!

Close to OCC

We were in town for a volleyball tournament at the OCC. The condo is very spacious with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The living area has a large comfortable couch and recliner. Everything was clean. There is a nice pool area and work out area. It is about a 10 to 15 minute walk to the north or south entrances of the OCC.

The condo has a lot of space, was clean and it was a great location. This is our second time staying in this condo and we will be staying again in the future.

Family Fun

The property was very nice, and we had plenty of room for the family. We were there to go to the parks, so we didn't utilize the clubhouse or pool, but I did check them out and they looked very nice as well. Great area and would definitely stay again.

Great place

We stayed here for a work conference and it was very luxurious. I ran on the lake trail a few times, the balcony is awesome. The rooms are super comfy. The jacuzzi could have been warmer but we met some cool people in it. I’m glad we stayed here.

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. We had a little trouble with the code at check-in, but Dennis was very responsive and quickly issued us a new code and we were in the condo within 5 minutes. The condo was spacious and very comfortable. Would stay again.

More than we expected!!!

When we opened the door and looked inside, we knew we made a great decision. Clean, spacious, convenient and comfortable. The balcony overlooking the lake was quiet and peaceful. We will request this condo again. A wonderful Christmas experience!!!

Great family location in the heart of Orlando attractions

Due to a last minute change, our plans to have a family vacation in Daytona Beach were disrupted and we needed to find another place fast. We found this property in Vista Cay, right near the convention center and with easy access to all the local attractions. The property was very clean, well appointed, comfortable, and great for our family. The card room was a plus which we used often in the unit. The pool, hot tub, bar, and other amenities were well maintained, clean, and never crowded. All in all a wonderful location we will return to in the future.

Holiday Family Vacation

Arrived at the 4PM check in time. Loved advance notification of gate and condo door code. It was smooth and easy with no need to stop and check in. Condo was clean and nicely decorated. Slept great all 6 nights. Location was central to everything. Pool was clean and spacious and easy access to pool and hot tub. Five stars across the board. We had a great time and we would recommend to anyone! Thank You for a wonderful stay!

Great value!

We came to Orlando for a convention. You never really know what you are going to get no matter how much research and photos you look at. This condo exceeded our expectations. Close to everything, walk to the pool and bar area. Checkin and out were super easy. Condo has a great floorplan with plenty of space and everything we needed. We spent a lot of time on the balcony overlooking the lake. Very relaxing. We are going to plan a family vacation and hopefully be able to stay in the same condo! Thank you for an amazing stay!

Review

If I were property owner, I would replace the kitchen faucet and the balcony door knob. It did take anything away from the stay. People are rough on faucets and the kitchen faucet was loose and delicate. I would replace. Other than that, great.

Second visit in this unit

Love this unit. Wonderful view of the water, birds and wildlife. Extremely roomy....love the layout. It would have been nice as we were staying for 16 days to have more soap, and hair/shower products and toilet paper. Most of the VRBO properties we have stayed at have necessary items such as; spices, condiments, cleaning supplies, tin foil etc....might be something the owner should consider. Air conditioner broke while we were there, very quick repair, however we think ceiling fans in the bedrooms would be a plus since they prefer you not to put air down below 75 which can seem very warm. Would we stay again? Yes, but if a similar unit facing the water was available we would consider it.

Nice place- great view

Check in was super easy! The condo was very nice. The balcony has a great view and we sat out there a lot. Only things I would change is to have ceiling fans in the living and bedroom. Also, the sofa and pillows are in need of a thorough cleaning. They have a stale,musky smell. The rest of the condo was great. The bed was very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. The host left a # "welcome to the condo" package of oreos! That was greatly appreciated!! It's in a great location. Publix is a 5 minute drive. Same as SaWorld and Univeral Studios. It's mostly a quite are. However, the ondo next door had some construction going on and they would start banging at 8am and not stop until 9:30-10pm. All in all I would highly recommend this unit.

Decent play to stay.

The place is as pictured. The beds are decent at best. Hard and worn out. Cleanliness is OK. We had dirty dishes in our cabinet. The care and preparation of the room was poor. When we arrived the room was 76 degrees which is where they set the thermostat so be prepared to spend 4-5 hours is a hot condo. Or, as it was for us, to sleep without covers and sweat overnight, because we arrived late in the night. When we arrived the master bedroom blinds would not close. Tried to adjust them, they fell off the window and hit me. So we couldn’t use the bedroom the first night. Master bedroom light didn’t work. Kitchen light didn’t work. Guest bathroom has some lights working. TV remote didn’t work. Alarm clock in guest room doesn’t work. No toilet paper in the guest bathroom ( but we found some later in the laundry room... why it was there who knows). Guest bathroom shower curtain won’t close because someone hung it with absolutely no effort to getting it right. Had to undo it and reattach it all so we wouldn't wet down the bathroom floor. Besides the poor maintenance in the condo. Yellow lamp lights and bright white lamp lights so every room has multiple colors of lights. That’s so annoying. If I could post pics I would. I’ve got about 12 showing all kinds of stuff. Cabinet faces screwed back on instead of installed correctly. And screwed on crooked. They fixed the window in the master bedroom by putting up curtains and leaving the broken blinds in place. If you have higher standards go somewhere else. GOOD POINTS - comfortable couch. Nice people. Great location. All appliances worked.
