The host was terrific. If there was a problem he responded right away. Have stayed at different homes in Windsor Hills over the past 8 years and this was by far the best.

We have stayed at quite a few different rental homes in the Windsor Hills community, but this house has definitely been our favorite. It was very clean, it was decorated nicely, and the pool area was fantastic! I would highly recommend!

Beautiful upgraded family home with plenty of room to stretch out. Loved the technology upgrades. Kids enjoyed the trip so much we would definitely visit this home again. You will easily find yourself not wanting to leave. Owners Jon and Cath are excellent hosts and you can tell they love and take great pride in Villa Narcosi and your stay! Thanks for everything.

Great place!

This was a great house with very responsive hosts! The house has a wonderful pool/hot tub area and lots of seating both inside and out. The location is also great for Orlando activities.

Amazing Property

Our family of 9 had a great stay in this house. Good location; close to all Disney Parks and other shopping/restaurants. House was very clean and comfortable and love the first floor bedroom for grandparents. Lots of room to spread out and relax after a long day at the parks!

Absolutely Amazing !!

If we could give this property 10 stars we would ! The rooms were exactly as described and the property was extremely clean upon arrival . Any questions we had were answered within the hour . This was our first time staying at a house instead of staying on a Marriott resort and it did not disappoint. We had 9 children ages 2 - 13 and they absolutely loved the themed rooms . The rooms were spacious and had enough outlets for any device you needed to plug in . The pool area was spacious and felt very safe with 3 toddlers because of the safety screen . The owners had the kitchen well stocked with anything you needed for the stay . Honestly everything was perfect and we will definitely be staying again in the near future !

Best kept home in Windsor Hills

I have stayed in Windsor Hills several times. This home is by far the cleanest and best maintained. Clean furniture, plenty of dishes in cabinets. For this reason alone, I give them 5 stars. Instructions for hot tub/pool heat need to be updated in paperwork. We never could figure it out, although property owner is very accessible-it was just not something I wanted to deal with on a very busy Orlando vacation. Also, the thermostat goes to 75 degrees each night, no matter what you set it on. (71 degrees is the lowest you can go) This is way to hot for comfortable sleeping and I did not like that control over my comfort. Again, the owner is very responsive and she took off this energy saving feature for my stay and I was able to lower the air to 70 at night. But I would rahter be able to control my own heating and air without sending emails to put it under my own control. But all things considered, I would stay here again because it is so clean and well maintained. That is not easy to find in such high traffic rentals in Orlando.

Beautiful home

The hosts communicated multiple times to make sure we had everything we needed. Everything was clean and decorated with comfortable and Disney decor. The pool and spa were the highlight. Spectacular sunsets every night sitting in the pool. Lots of pots and pans and we cooked dinners every night. You are very close to the Disney parks and Can avoid highway 4! The neighborhood is very quiet and a beautiful place to walk our dog. There are multiple playgrounds inside the resort. I will return again and recommend for families with kids of all ages.

Highly recommend

We were in town for about 5 days for a wedding and wanted to sneak a day of Disney in. This house was PERFECT for that! Super close to Disney and very nice. Plenty of chain restaurants to choose from. Grocery store close by. I’d definitely stay here again!

Would 100% stay again

Loved the house, loved the backyard pool and spacious property. It was perfect for our extended family to stay together and enjoy our reunion. The community pool was awesome. Proximity to Disney was great. Only negative was check in - line at the gate was long but the homeowner can’t do anything about that. Would definitely stay here again. Owner was great at communication and help, the check in binder was exactly what we needed to have a great stay.

Good For All

We had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful home for a long weekend. We had four kids and two adults. From the pool and hot tub to the game room, there was something for everyone to enjoy. We will definitely stay here again.

Perfect Stay.

This rental set the bar pretty high for our first ever VRBO experience. The owners were fantastic - attentive and easy to communicate with. No surprises. The property is beautiful and comfortable. The neighborhood is clean and peaceful. My husband was sold with the southwest facing pool and hot tub. The sun beams in most of the day and you can sit and watch the sunsets. An amazing place for families of any size.

High School friends reunion

This place was exactly as advertised. The space was perfect for our group of old high school friends who needed a place to hang out, but close enough to most things in the Disney area. We had plenty of space, so we weren't sitting on top of each other, great big dining room table for playing cards, and a great variety of things to do in the game room. The area outside of the house was great so you don't feel neighbors on top of you, and nobody behind you which makes it very peaceful. If I was to bring a big group, I would stay here again, as the hosts are very responsive and very easy to work with!

Would stay here again

Nice house and big enough for our family. We had 13 people and it was big enough and we had tons of fun. Positive: Big House Game Room Bicycles Private Pool and Jacuzzi Enough Towels Lots of dishes and Pans Some essentials were offered Management was there in a timely manner for a problem we had - fixed quickly Negative: Crumbs in one Bed Coffee in Filter A little dirty I cannot fault the owners- there cleaning crew did not do an adequate job in cleaning - it wasn’t bad but in the future have a better cleaning crew. Overall: Nice house and I recommend staying.

Summer vacation

We loved and enjoyed our stay at this property. Had everything to keep the kids entertained, we had no issues. The host was extremely helpful. We would most definitely rent it again in the future. The kids said it was there favorite home.

Perfect vacation home for my family!

This home was the perfect place for my family. We had 8 people (5 adults, 2 teenagers, and a 10 year old) and it was great for everyone. We all had our private space to spread out but also a great common area to visit. The pool/patio area was perfect with amazing sunset views. The owners were responsive and checked on us often. They were available if we needed anything. We will definitely book with you again. Thank you for a great stay.
