There were only two of us but this house would be great for 6-8 people too. The outdoor area is large with hammocks, a cornhole court and plenty of seating. Sunken swim-up bar like at some resorts. Pool is large, hot tub works perfectly.

First of all:location, location, location. This is nestled in an up & coming area surrounded by some of the nicest, safest & most welcoming suburbs in Orlando.The house: It is beautiful & extremely well stocked...cooking utensils, appliances, cutlery,spice cabinet, condiments, & ohh soo much more(even more so now with what we left behind). The open layout is so cozy & easy to cook, eat and relax in a shared space without feeling separated or disjointed. The bedrooms are spacious and cozy & even though our littles stayed in the space room I serious considered trading them rooms but got vetoed by my wife! Space room beds are firm, Music room is medium and master is very soft... So regardless what your mattress preference is there is a bed for everyones comfort level. The bathrooms are great & extremely clean. The smart toilets are so cool & the wife loved the heated toilet seats. May sound counterintuitive, but trust me we were there when it was in the mid 90s everyday & after some night swimming it's a welcome amenity! The master shower head is phenomenal & I need one in my bathroom pronto!The backyard:Disney who?... Universal what?...Those options weren't in our budget but with the personal paradise this house offers you don't need to worry. The backyard is a whole vibe. The waterfall.. the sunken bar area... The fun LED lights for night swimming. It was like having a private resort all your yourself. We spent 90% of our stay in that paradise! Grillin & Chillin.
Even a 6yr understands the vibe of this place!

Family Vacation

Every year we take a family vacation and I can say this has been by far the nicest and most relaxing place we have visited. Not far from downtown, but the downtown noise did not disturbed our peace one bit. I highly recommend this amazing place! Thank you for sharing your home with us. Look forward to visit again!

The management company has thought of everything. Some things I wanted to mention which I thought could be helpful to other travelers- there are a TON of beach towels which was awesome. There are so many hooks in all of the right places for the towels which just goes to show they thought of everything. For people who like to tan- the pool does get sun but also has areas of shade at all times in case you don't. The pool is HUGE. The hot tub is amazing. The pictures don't do it justice. I can't say enough good things. There is even an ice maker at the outside kitchen. The outdoor shower even has hot water! We only needed to contact the property management company one time (we didn't read the instructions correctly for the hot tub) and they were super quick to respond. I just can't say enough good things. There are Lime bike/scooter rentals around the area. The College Park area (super close) is a really nice trendy area. Highly recommend checking it out. The location of the house is really nice as it is on a dead end so it is very quiet. I can't say enough good things!

Great house on a quiet street

This house did not disappoint. In the pool from sun up to sundown. Had all the amenities you can think of, they even provided a basket full of sunscreen, glasses, and hats just in case you forgot something. There were endless amounts of pool toys. Loved laying in the swinging hammock watching the sunrise. The rooms were great especially the space room. Cannot wait to visit again.

Great location!!

This is a great property! Its location put us very close to everything we were doing (Universal, Kia Center, and restaurants). The pool is great! My only suggestion is to leave a list of things to do each day for pool maintenance (empty the filter basket, empty the vacuum baskets, etc) so that the leaves don’t overwhelm the pool. I figured it out as I went and it was fine, but if you aren’t familiar with pool care like me, it takes a little bit of investigation. Overall, great home, responsive hosts, great pool features, and fun kids rooms (my boys loved the space room).

Great location and property!

Really great property. Beautiful pool / hot tub area. Really cool features such as the big ceiling fan in the family room, and all the extra tech. Large kitchen (didn't use it much, but you sure could and there was nothing missing) Owner was great to work with and helped change our booking from 2 to 4 people as we had some other friends that were going to stop by. Appreciated the beach towels for the pool area! Will be back!!

Amazing Stay with Beautiful Amenities and Outstanding Host!

We had an incredible stay at this property! The pool area was absolutely stunning, with beautiful water features and ambient lighting that created the perfect vibe for relaxing evenings. The sunk-in bar and grill area were such a cool touch, making it easy to enjoy outdoor meals and hangouts.Inside, the themed rooms added a fun and unique charm to the home, and we loved how everything was seamlessly controlled by Google Assistant—just like in my own home! The built-in speakers in every room were a great addition, allowing us to enjoy music throughout the house.The host was fantastic and quick to respond to any of our requests, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. Home with personality!

What a unique home in such a quiet neighborhood! Even though I-4 is just a short way from the house, inside was pretty quiet and the neighbors were never heard from. Close to everything you want with a fully stocked kitchen, pool and hot tub. Beds were comfy!

Wonderful home away from home

Perfect getaway without leaving behind any comforts of home! Modern house, excellent bathrooms, comfy living areas and bedrooms, and the pool and hot tub are exactly as advertised! The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful, truly a pleasure to stay here. As with all houses, it's lived in so the floor under the sofa was a little dirty and the accumulated pet hair bothered my partner, but nothing we couldn't fix and I'm sure the hosts will take care of it too. Will definitely stay here again and again!

Loved the outdoor area

We loved this property! Having our own private pool, hottub and bar, with an icemaker, surrounded with bamboo was fantastic. The waterfall and gas firepit were really nice touches to a wonderful area. Inside the house was really nice. We used the MBR with the king size bed and connecting bath and were very pleased. The other BRs look great but since it was just my wife and I, and our dog, we kept them closed off so our dog wouldn't be exploring them. The kitchen was very nice and very well stocked with about everything one might need. The sunken bar outside did flood, about 3 - 3.5 feet of water after an extremely hard rain. I contacted the owners and Fabz was there the next day to drain it. It was really a pleasure to meet her and Fabz I am sorry I talked your ears off while you were working on it:) If we are ever back in the Orlando area we would definately try to stay here again. If your reading this and thinking about staying at this property, book it!

Better than theme park home

This was one of the best vacations we have had in a very long time. The atmosphere and comfort of home was amazing. We had planned a day at one of the local water parks. We were only there for one hour and our granddaughter asked, "may we please go back to vacation home it is so much better". There was everything we needed and more. The host was amazing and available for any question that we may have had. We will return to this home again!!
