Our second stay at this property and we’ve already booked for 2026!! It really is an extremely well equipped ‘home from home’ and is ideally located for all of Orlando’s main attractions, including a fabulous choice of golf courses. The house is in a safe, quiet and peaceful community with a fantastic pool and deck to enjoy the fabulous sunset.

Fabulous villa in a peaceful area; ideal to unwind after days in the parks. Villa was very well presented with lots of space & extremely comfortable. Great house and pool

This was our second stay at this property. The outdoor space is great. Pool is the perfect size and there are plenty of options for seating in sun and shade. The house is very clean, there is plenty of space, and a great kitchen.

A wonderful stay

The house had everything promised and more. We enjoyed our time by the pool and relaxing inside and appreciated the comfortable beds, soft towels in abundance and food panty of staples.We're also fans of the Highland Reserve property, which has a very relaxed family feel. Highly recommended.

Third year in a row and still love it.

We stayed at David's home for 5 weeks. There are two suites one on each side of the home and another two bedrooms around a third upgraded bathroom. There is plenty of room to be separated but yet a family area in the middle for meals ect. We love it because it is within driving distance to multiple restaurants and the parks. it is very peaceful and people walk around the area every day. The home is supplied with whatever you need from cooking to cleaning it is like having a home away from home.

Beautiful home! Large and spacious spaces for every guest! Loved the kitchen which had everything we needed. Family gathers in the kitchen and it fit us perfectly! Perfect Villa and location

This is the 2nd time we have visited the Villa and will definitely return. David is the perfect host as the Villa has everything you need and feels like a home from home. This isn’t just a rental Villa it is a Home and feels like that from the first day. The villa is close to shops and restaurants you can walk to and fairly close to the theme parks especially if you know some of the back roads. But it’s is ideally places for us as you do get to chill away from the manic nature of the theme parks and surrounding areas. Exchanged several messages with David before and during the visit and he was always both gracious and helpful which is lacking when I have stayed in previous locations. Overall another fantastic trip and can’t wait to return.

A fabulous stay in Highlands Reserve!

This is the 4th time we have stayed on Highlands and the 3rd property we have stayed in. David’s friendly communication, wonderfully welcoming and well presented villa, was just what we needed for a relaxing holiday. The outside space and pool were fantastic and it was just the place to watch great sunsets around the pool! The villa is so well equipped and affords space to relax and get into that holiday mood. Hier stimmt einfach alles, Lage, Ausstattung und Service. Wir sind schon zum vierten Mal hier gewesen und sind immer wieder begeistert. Der Pool, die Küche, die Zimmer alles super! Der Sonnenuntergang auf der Terrasse ist das Highlight zum Abend. Es gibt genügend Handtücher, die Küche ist top ausgestattet, die Garage ist ein Spielzimmer der Extraklasse. Der Kontakt mit David dem Vermieter ist schnell, freundlich und immer hilfreich. Hier ist einfach alles SUPER!

A Dream Retreat: A truly relaxing and serine 28 Days

This house is a true gem. We love its impeccable cleanliness and attention to detail. Every corner exuded warmth and comfort, making us feel right at home from day one. The spacious layout provided ample room for relaxation and entertainment, all bedrooms (5) had tvs and comfortable bedding while the tasteful decor added a touch of elegance to our stay. This home has a fully equipped kitchen making cooking a pleasure, and the outdoor grill allowed us to indulge in delightful alfresco dining experiences. Whether we were lounging by the pool, unwinding in the living room, or enjoying a movie night, Playing pool, or just chilling in our own corner, every moment spent was perfect. David’s easy and prompt communication made the booking process seamless, and he promptly addresses any queries, he made us feel like valued guests. In conclusion, our stay was simply unforgettable. There simply isn’t enough words to describe David’s home. It’s absolutely beautiful, a real home from home with everything you could ever need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The pool and pool area was immaculate and we was able to make lots of wonderful memories in it. The beds were the comfiest we’ve ever slept in and both me and my husband have both said our bed at home isn’t a patch on the ones in the villa. The master bedroom really did feel like a touch of luxury for us. David’s communication we me has been amazing from the day I booked. He has always been on hand to answer any questions and has offered any support when needed. He even sent a much appreciated email whilst we was there to check everything was ok. We will Most certainly be back. Thank you so much David for allowing us the privilege of staying in your gorgeous property

Beautiful property away from crowds

This home had everything you could need for family vacation. Super clean and stocked with all the comforts of home. Pool was refreshing. Outdoor grill and tables made for nice sunset meals by the pool. Rooms all very large and equipped with great TV’s. Highly recommend this property for a group stay. Didn’t get to golf but the course looked great.

Place was beautiful and clean, very well maintained. There was 6 of us that stayed comfortably, 4 adults 2 kids, with lots of room to spare. Close to lots of amenities, Disney and Universal.
