Princess, Pirate & Super Hero Rooms, Mickey Pool, Toys & Game Room For All Ages

  • New Mickey Mouse pool, New carpet, LG High Ice capacity French door refrigerator, and Maytag high capacity washer/dryer set just installed. The perfect place to relax while the kids explore the magic of Castle Disney. The awesome Princess, Pirate, and Superhero kids' rooms, as well as our air-conditioned game room will be sure to thrill kids of all ages. The Game room's stand up full size arcade which features 75 different games, along with a full size pool table, air hockey table, foosball table, Step2 Kitchen, dollhouse, PlayStation 3 and 2, make this the perfect area to entertain. All the adult bedrooms are appointed with top-of-the line mattresses and bedding. There are 9 TV's in the home including the big screen in the family room.
    There is a screened-in patio with a, Dining Table, Lounge Chairs, and a Pool with a Hot Tub(Spa). The pool also has a privacy hedge. Pool/Hot Tub heat can be provided at $50 for your stay.
    We also have several strollers, 3 pack-n-play, a crib, a High-Chair, and a booster seat.

The house was Great and the grandkids loved the pool and hottub( spend the extra 50 to heat pool, we'll worth it ).. It was good the house supplied the essentials .. There was a few issues, the Dining chairs need to be replaced not comfortable at all. The dispenser for laundry soap didn't work, not sure how long the Softner was in dispenser it was alittle gross .

Warm heat in the pool was wonderful- recommend paying 50! 12 minute drive to Disney World was a plus!The layout of the house was perfect for our family of 11. Kids LOVED the game room & toys, too.

This was our second time at this exact house. We loved it so much we came back. So close to the parks. A Walmart down the street. Gated community and activities to do at the community water park/pool. We love that we also get our own private pool and hot tub with booking a house.

The host was amazing the vila is actually better than the pictures this vila had every thing My family and I have been vacationing in windsor hills since 2012 we stayed in condo town houses this was first we tried a vila and it was amazing my children had so much fun we didn’t want to leave we definitely be coming back to same vila and host next year thank you so much

Great property and owners!

Property was very clean, warm and home like. The owner was amazing and responsive! Our volleyball team had a great time and we would definitely recommend this property. So much better than a hotel!

Location of house is close to parks, shopping and restaurants. The house was very clean and had what you needed. You will need to purchase tp, tissues, paper towels and trash bags since you are only supplied one of everything. Themed rooms were nicely done. Pool is awesome and they have strollers, toys for all ages, etc. We really enjoyed our stay!

So amazing!

Definitely made our disneyworld trip that much better! Really close to the parks, loved having a pool and hot tub to get in and most of all, the themed bedrooms and kid room was a hit for the kids. Loved staying here!

Exactly as pictured

We rented the house with our best friends and their kids and had an amazing time! It was very nice to have all of your basic needs- kitchen dishes, pots/pans, utensils, pool towels and regular linens and towels already available. Will be booking next year again for sure!

Family Disney Trip

We had a great time staying here. We had little kids and adults and it had something for everyone. After a long day at Disney, it was good to come back to a spacious house with a pool and a play area for the kids.

Kids didn’t want to leave!

Had everything we needed and more — we won’t want to stay anywhere else when we visit Orlando again. So close to everything but the kids had so much fun in the pool and game room that it was tough to get them out of the house!

Great theme rooms

We booked this over a year ago and were not disappointed, the princess, pirate, and Spider-Man rooms were exactly as described the home is in a great location, the pool is fantastic, having a hot tub is a bonus and this home has plenty of space .

Great stay

House was plenty big enough for the 10 of us and the drive times to the parks were short- afternoon traffic made the return trip about 30 minutes. Everyone took advantage of the pool and hot tub nightly. Kitchen was great for cooking

Wonderful getaway!

The house was amazing with extremely comfortable beds and tons of extras! Super clean and well stocked with so much for the kids to do we stayed mostly at the house enjoying the beautiful pool and playgrounds in the gated community. This was one of our favorite vacation homes to date!

Disney magic!

Absolutely beautiful property and the host was so responsive! This home is so close to all the theme parks and there’s a Walmart 3 minutes away.
