The dining area features a glass-top table with six upholstered chairs, placed conveniently adjacent to the kitchen and living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with white cabinetry, a built-in oven, gas cooktop, dishwasher and a large island with sink and extra prep space and 3 additional seats for entertaining. The layout is open and functional, ideal for everyday use or casual group meals.

Please note that in Florida, bugs and insects are extremely common due to the warm, humid climate. Even with regular professional pest control, occasional sightings may still occur—this is normal and not necessarily a sign of poor cleanliness or maintenance.
We also have routine lawn care and pool maintenance services scheduled to keep the property in top condition. These vendors may access the yard area during your stay.
They are licensed professionals and will respect your privacy as much as possible.
