The villa lived up to expectations and the pool was great. Audra, our host was very helpful from initial booking to making contact with us whilst staying at the villa. Neighbours that we encountered were very friendly and the mysterious person who put our bins out to the kerbside thankyou.

Absolutely loved our stay here! The house was clean and had plenty of space. Pool was nice and relaxing. Location is very convinient to the parks. I would stay here again the next time we are in the area!

Property was in a good area to visit Disney Parks. House could use a good deep clean. Carpets and floors visibly dirty. Ice maker had black specks in ice so we had to buy a bag of ice and just use that. Beds were comfortable.

The house had everything we needed. Kids loved the pool. Parents loved the alarms on the pool doors. Lots of kitchen items to make it easy to cook some meals. Location was ideal. Will stay here again.

We were very happy with our stay! House was very clean and offered everything we needed. Audra our host was very easy to work with and checked in with us to make sure everything was ok for our stay. This was a second stay at the unit and we enjoyed it again. There is good space, comfortable beds, a well-equipped kitchen and it was great to have access to the pool. Host was also very responsive. We will definitely look to rebook if/when we return to the Orlando area.

Absolutely beautiful property! Very clean and well maintained. Very comfortable and cozy. We felt very safe in the neighborhood and it being gated gave us peice of mind. Definitely recommend to anyone staying in the area and when we come back would absolutely not hesitate to stay here again!

From the moment we stepped into this villa it felt like home. Just what we wanted. We spent ages searching for the right villa for us and this exceeded all our requirements. We especially wanted a cosy feel with a super comfy sofa and carpets. We spent many hours relaxing by the pool and absorbing the sun and the wonderful view over the lake, especially after some busy days at the theme parks. We had the sun shining on the pool/patio right upto sunset. Our two teenagers loved the fast Wifi and Netflix. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed for our occasional meals. The Villa is in an excellent location. Really close to all supermarkets, restaurants, takeaways, Starbucks, Disney, you name it, it was close by!! Audra the owner was superb with communication. No problems at all with anything. It really was a perfect family holiday with comfortable, clean, cosy accommodation in a fantastic location. We had to wait nearly 5 years for this holiday due to the pandemic and we had originally booked this villa back in 2020. We are so glad we were able to re book it again. It was worth the wait. If we ever go back again this will be our number 1 choice. Thank you Audra Kind regards Matthew & Naomi.

We had a great stay at this property, the private pool and spacious house were the highlights for our family. The kitchen had everything we could want for cooking and the security system offered a great peace of mind in the rental. The community was nice and quiet and it was a quick drive to the grocery store and Disney parks which was a bonus for us! Thank you for a great vacation!

We loved staying here. I was attending a conference for a couple of days while my wife, daughter and mother-in-law visited Universal and toured Orlando. Then we had a few relaxing days together, taking full advantage of the pool and the serenity of the surroundings. We would love to come back here next time we're in Orlando.
