Audra made the process so easy, and she is great at communicating. We loved the outdoor space!! We also appreciated the little details that made settling easy, like having initial basic commodities provided. It’s also convenient to all of the major activities in the area.

Just returned from our second stay at this villa in Sunset Lakes. Had another wonderful holiday. We loved it the 1st time and we loved it the 2nd time even more. The villa is really cosy and has everything you need. Audra is a wonderful host. Really accommodating and helpful. As a family of four there was lots of space and my daughter loved the heated pool, again!! It’s so nice to come back to a lovely villa after a busy day at the theme parks. We spend many hours chilling by the pool enjoying the view of the lake and soaking up the February, yes February sunshine. You don’t say that very open coming from England. The location of Sunset lakes is brilliant. Near everything you’d ever need. Supermarkets, Starbucks, restaurants for the family steak nights, Disney parks. It’s also near one of our favourite places to relax and walk around, Celebration. It is such a beautiful place to go. Really recommend it. Thankyou Audra for letting us stay at your Villa again. Another perfect family holiday where we made many happy memories. Matthew and Naomi.

Absolutely lovely villa and Audra was amazing at communicating with us. The only disappointment was being unable to use the pool due to lack of heating. However, Audra did refund our money asap and we completely understood that these things can happen. Fabulous location and beautiful comfortable beds

Sunset Lake Gem

We really enjoyed our 3 weeks in this lovely villa. We found it to be clean and in a great location. The pool was great and we picked up the afternoon sunshine nicely. Great wildlife to be soon was a plus for us. An added bonus was the management team were right on hand and helped with a little issue in double quick time! Thanks for having us Audra.

The villa lived up to expectations and the pool was great. Audra, our host was very helpful from initial booking to making contact with us whilst staying at the villa. Neighbours that we encountered were very friendly and the mysterious person who put our bins out to the kerbside thankyou.

Property was in a good area to visit Disney Parks. House could use a good deep clean. Carpets and floors visibly dirty. Ice maker had black specks in ice so we had to buy a bag of ice and just use that. Beds were comfortable.

Perfect getaway

The house had everything we needed. Kids loved the pool. Parents loved the alarms on the pool doors. Lots of kitchen items to make it easy to cook some meals. Location was ideal. Will stay here again.

Great spot and close to the parks

This was a second stay at the unit and we enjoyed it again. There is good space, comfortable beds, a well-equipped kitchen and it was great to have access to the pool. Host was also very responsive. We will definitely look to rebook if/when we return to the Orlando area.
