Host was extremely responsive in a timely matter. House is very clean and modernized. Convenient location to all parks and dining. Gated community for added security. Pool was larger than most vacation homes we stayed at in the past. Highly recommend heating the pool for the colder months, the heater is very effective and keeps the pool warm for swimming most anytime. Overall this house is would be great for a large family vacation. Very pleased and will definitely return in the future.

The host was very informative and highly communicative. The property itself was nice and very clean. The location of the property was less desirable unfortunately. It’s deep in Kissimmee which made the traffic quite difficult.

Rooms were very clean and welcoming. The laundry was excellent. The pool was also good. The Entertainment per room was great. The upper level family room was good for entertaining and hanging out. The location and back yard was great. Would be good to include a grill on property. Overall stay was Great. Will recommend

Family Vacation 2025

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The house felt like home, boasted very nice decor, kitchen fully stocked with coffee, teas, etc. The beds were comfortable, 2nd floor living area was top tier, and the pool/lanai was enjoyable. The property was close to US192, where many restaurants, stores and attractions are located. Otto and Yoshie responded to questions in a timely manner. We would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

Relaxing Stay

We decided to stay here and enjoy a week in Orlando. We were a big group in which all rooms were occupied. The decor and set up of the house was very tasteful. Great for families with tweens and teenagers. The host was super attentive and responsive before and during stay. For example the sliding door handle broke and they had it repaired within 4 hours. The only thing you have to consider is the parking situation if you have more than 2 cars there is minor inconvenience associated with that but other than that no complaints. Great location, great sleep and nice home. We would definitely stay at this property again!

Well decorated and clean house

We had eight adults for a one week stay and two adults with a fourteen year old for one night and the house accommodated all with ease. We could cook and do laundry with no issues. It was nice having a laundry downstairs and upstairs. Never ran out of hot water. Having the pool right there was very nice. Otto was a great host. Very responsive. It’s right behind Medieval Times. You could walk there. Very convenient to Walmart by turning in next to Chick-fil-A. The “back” gate is not open, ever. Even for exiting.

Memories galore!!!

Vacation to visit the Disney Parks. This house was perfect. Close drive and the accommodations were great. Comfortable beds and the fact that you didn’t have to spend your last hours striping beds and taking out trash was a great feature. The host takes care of all that for you. Would definitely recommend!

Great place!

We were very happy with the location of the house. It was close to the Disney parks and stores. The house was very spacious and had enough space for two families although it was just one family. The owners provided towels bedding, and everything you need in the kitchen to cook.The only issue we had on the last day was the microwave that stopped working and the coffee pot leaked every time you poured coffee. Other than that, the house was clean and very large. The beds were so comfortable and the furniture was very comfortable. They have a nice pool but we did not have time to swim.The house was perfect!

Great place to relax

we stayed at this home in August of 2024, the home was clean and close to everything you would need to stay at this home. There are restaurants and entertainment within a 5-10 minute drive. Parks are about a 20 minute drive from this location. Shopping outlets all over the place by this home. For the home itself. It is a nice large home with many rooms and bed to accommodate large groups. Furniture is new and in very nice shape. Beds comfortable with nice linens on each bed. Pool was nice to have and temps were great for the time of year. Communication with the hosts was great and they went above and beyond with any request and questions that we had. I would definitely stay with these hosts again and visit their other properties. looking forward to our next stay!!

Road trip/Disney 2024!

It was beautiful, accomodating, and the hosts were very helpful and great hospitality! The set up was perfecf for our 2 families (and the pup)! The beds were all so comfy after some busy days too! Would definitely stay here again if coming back to Kissimmee! Amazing time💖.

Amazing stay

What can I say. This house has everything you and your family will need. I have a large family and it’s open concept provided ample space for everyone to share together yet have alone time if needed. Otto and his wife were responsive throughout the entire stay and set our expectations with friendly reminders throughout the entire booking. The house is very clean and the heater pool was a added feature we are very pleased with during our early February stay.

Found our 2nd home in Florida

All 14 of us who stayed at this property give it 5 stars plus! It’s like our home away from home for 1 week. Otto and his Mom, Yoshi, were very prompt replying to our queries and requests. I asked if they have rice cooker. They don’t. But what Otto did? He ordered rice cooker from Amazon and it was there by the time we checked in! Now that’s accommodation above and beyond. There’s wine and gourmet snacks when we checked in and we also enjoyed the heated pool; which is cleaned every Thursday. Yoshi even added/assembled new lounge chairs at the pool. The 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms are roomy enough for 14 adults and the kitchen is fully stocked with cooking equipments and eating utensils. We asked for a grill and it was provided. Everyone had a great sleep after a full day of Florida activities and the bathrooms are stocked with nice toiletries. Wifi worked great with all of our gadgets and TV streaming devices. Except for food, we didn’t have to buy anything. There’s honestly nothing else we need. The house has 2 sets of washer and dryer which is great cuz we had to do laundry midway and at the end so we went home with clean clothes. Due to weather, some of us had flight cancellation. They were so kind and flexible to let us stay for another day. To top it off, we only had to turn off the lights and closed all doors before leaving. No chores, at all! It truly is a home away from home. We highly recommend this house rental! You won’t be disappointed. Thank you, Otto and Yoshi!
