We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was perfect for our small family trip. The pool was wonderful for the hot August pool days. The owners were very helpful if we had any questions. We would definitely stay here again!

Having just stayed at this villa in July for two weeks we can say that it was everything we hoped it would be and more. The kitchen was fully stocked with kitchen utensils and a large variety of appliances and pots and pans. It had everything that we needed for a family of 5. The pool area was clean, and with a chest full of pool toys, a large number of pool/beach towels were also provided. Unlike other properties we have stayed in there were lots of bath towels, and a large load washing machine and dryer in the games room. The bedrooms were all really comfortable and the overall feeling when staying here was of being at home. It had a lovely Disney theme running throughout the property. The games room was a really nice touch for the kids, who spent quite a bit of time in there playing table football. The owners kept in touch with us to make sure everything was OK, and gave us updates about rocket launches, we even managed to watch one from the drive of the villa which was something special. Within walking distance of the property there is a coffee shop, a supermarket and an IHOP, it's very conveniently located to be able to go and visit Orlando.

Close to many areas in Orlando. Communication great with owners. Only thing that was a bit concerning was the cameras in the pool area but description did mention cameras on property..

Holiday stay

Good clean accommodation .So nice to have an heated pool .Only one thing that could be better was having only two sun lounger around the pool ,with a property that could accommodate up to eight people .We were a party of three adults so this was a problem.

Excellent location and beautiful property!!.

We stayed a week visiting family and also going to the theme parks. The location is perfect and the private pool was a hit with the kids. They loved having there own coffee shop within walking distance too. Would recommend this property to anyone. Lee was quick to respond to any and all questions too.

Wonderful Vacation Home

My family and I stayed at this wonderful vacation home while we were in Orlando. The kids loved the pool, and spent most of their time swimming and splashing in the warm water. We loved the close proximity to many restaurants and shops. Everything was clean and handy, and it truly felt like a home away from home.

Would book again tomorrow

Lovely property. Ideal location next to shops, bars and restaurants. Good communication with hosts even though we had an issue with our phones whilst there. Unbelievably good value compared to other properties in the area. Was the most reasonable by far. Had everything we needed and was cosy and comfortable. Would book again in a heartbeat.

Our Davenport visit

The house was in presten conditions. Everything well organized and clean. We truly appreciated that. The house is located at a corner next to a main road. This was a bit of an inconvenience since people can see you while at the pool side. On occasion the road noise was somewhat loud. But overall tolerable.

Nice House with heated pool

We stayed six weeks, and enjoyed every day. Communication with Lee and Kae was great.They answered all questions in a timely manner, and came down to help if necessary,I liked the discussions with Lee. The house was very clean and was just as listed. Thank you for letting us stay in your home!

Great Place and Location to Stay in Orlando

It was the perfect house for my family of 4 (ages 13 and up). Did not take long to travel to all the Disney Parks. Also, the grocery store was within walking distance which is perfect. House was very clean and had everything we needed along with being on a quiet street. We will stay again if we travel back to Orlando in our future.

Great stay close to Disney

This was the cleanest rental we have ever stayed in. The kitchen had everything we needed. The beds slept well. The shower was spacious. We liked having 2 sinks in the master bath. It had a nice closet with plenty of hangers and even a safe. We will definitely stay here again.

Prefect for adults and kids older then 5

House was amazing for adults and older children. Was not the greatest for younger childern. Had all glass for plates bowls nothing child safe. Christmas Decorations were beautiful but were not child safe so we spend most of our time saving decorations and keeping things out of their reach not many places to hide things from them There were no plates or bowls for younger childern we bought some and left them there for future attendees. Had lots of activities for older kids but not much for children 5 and under. Master bedroom could use curtains to block out lights as blinds were not enough. The master bed could also use better sheets that fit the bed every morning we had to keep putting the sheet back on the bed. The whole house Could definitely use a good deep clean had lots of dust and cobwebs. I also recommend a few toys in the game room for kids.

Fantastic isn’t high enough praise

Lee and Kae were fabulous hosts. a few small issues that we had Lee was willing to come over and fix. It wasn’t necessary, but it was great that he always got back to me via email quickly. The house was perfect for us; exactly the right size comfortable and we loved the Christmas decorations. Being able to come home and jump into a warm pool was just great. The area was amazing as well. The Publix was in walking distance. There was a Starbucks right there and an IHOP. If we didn’t feel like cooking it was perfect. It was closer to Disney than Universal, but the universal Drive wasn’t bad. I will suggest if you’re using your GPS to go longer distance and take the back roads and not go down the main drag. It was just a less stressful drive and it only added maybe 2-5 minutes to our drives. We 50,000,000% recommend!! Jen, Scott and Henry

Family get away

Our family recently had the pleasure of staying in this fantastic home for a week, and it was nothing short of incredible. From the well-equipped kitchen to the inviting pool and the delightful game room, this place had it all! First and foremost, the kitchen had everything we needed and more. The pool was the highlight of our stay. It was a true oasis. Sparkling clean and beautifully maintained, it provided the perfect setting for relaxation and fun in the Florida sun. Our kids practically lived in the pool, and we enjoyed some memorable family moments by the water's edge. The game room was another hit with the kids. With checkers, foosball, darts and xbox one with Kinect it was a fantastic bonus that kept the children entertained for hours. The house itself was spacious, immaculate, and tastefully decorated. It was clear that the owners take great pride in maintaining this property to the highest standard. There were also little Mickeys hidden throughout the home without being overwhelming In addition to the amazing amenities, the location was perfect for us. Disney was 30 minutes away NASA or Tampa a bit over an hour and the grocery store around the corner. The communication with the property owner was smooth and they were responsive to any questions or requests we had. All in all, we couldn't have asked for a better place to spend our family vacation. This home exceeded our expectations in every way,
