Relaxing kid friendly stay

The arcade and indoor play area was a great feature. The kids were entertained thoroughly. The neighborhood was quiet and close to theme parks. We spent plenty of time in the pool.

Family Vacation

We really enjoyed this home for our family vacation. The kids loved the game room, upstairs jungle gym, and pool. The community pool is resort style and enhanced the stay as well. Communication was prompt and reliable. The home was very clean with everything you need for your stay. My only complaint was the additional fee to heat the hot tub as this should come with the expense of the rental. Other than that, we would be back to this house!

Seaworld visit

Property was as expected. Property management and communication was on par! House was clean and accommodated family of 9 with 4 adults and 5 kids perfectly with room to spare. Kitchen was well equipped, missed nothing (oh - your knives are going very dull). Waffle maker was my favorite appliance. Master king bed was very comfy! Game room was perfect for us kept kids busy :) would stay again! Thank you!

Great property for a family vacation

We had an excellent stay at this home! We had 13 people – 10 adults and 3 kids under 10. A few highlights: • Amenities were great, and proximity to the clubhouse was awesome • Great communication and responsiveness from the Overmoon team • Playroom and arcade room were a huge hit • No Chore Checkout was great This is our third time staying at ChampionsGate and this was probably our favorite rental. That being said, I gave four stars instead of five for a few reasons: • While communication was great, information was not always accurate. Ex. I asked what floor the laundry was on and was told it was on the first floor when it’s actually on the second; the schematic in the photos is incorrect (Bedrooms 5 and 7 are flipped). Not big deals but wanted to share. • We had a few issues that were immediately addressed, but were an annoyance. Again, Overmoon was great about responding quickly. We had an ant problem the first day (I know we’re in Florida, but I’m talking hundreds of ants in the kitchen). We had a drainage issue in the shower. And I paid extra for additional pool heat…due to the weather, it took three days for the pool to get to the temperature we paid for. Again, not a huge deal and driven by the temperature, but I was assured the pool would be ready when we arrived and this was not the case. Overall, a great experience and I would highly recommend both this home and Overmoon.

Totally enjoyed our stay with Overmoon

The home was in a beautiful quiet neighborhood and it was equipped with everything we needed and more. The children really enjoyed the playroom and the adults really enjoyed the game room as well. We will definitely be looking forward to booking with Overmoon for our next Family Vacation

Great stay close to Disney with all the amenities

This location was excellent. The house included all the bells and whistles and was very kid friendly. The details were well thought out and all of the themed rooms were very enjoyable including the built in arcade that was fun for everyone. The house was very clean, well maintained, and stocked with everything you could possibly need including a high chair and infant feeding tools. Would definitely come back here next year!

Enjoyable for everyone

This house was so perfect my teens and my 6 and 7 year old were amazed when they walked in. They were never bored.we had a family dinner and had multiple guests come we gave their names to the front gate and had no problem getting them in.we had a problem with the hot tub heat it was a Sunday and it took a few hours for someone to come and fix it so they sent us cookies and pie for the inconvenience I was floored with the customer service I received you don’t get that very often anymore.check out was simple they send you a text saying not to clean anything leave the mess! It was just perfect and we didn’t want to leave

wonderful

home is amazing adulds and my 3 grandsons enjoyed the playroom and arcade room also enjoyed the pool and hot tub home was clean plenty of rooms for everyone. home was perfect. last 6 years been going to the area best house we stayed at wish we found it sooner. we has one issue wth a.c was taking care of right away. communicaton with host was wonderful

Weekend Staycation

This home was amazing! My son enjoyed the playroom and the arcade room. The whole home was clean and neighborhood was quiet. Robert was super nice and any needs I had were fulfilled quickly! I would recommend this home and we all had a wonderful weekend.

Perfect family stay!

We visited with another family. Not only was there ample room for everybody, but the playroom upstairs and arcade downstairs were amazing. We could have spent the entire trip in the house and never had “bored” kids. The pool in the backyard was great, and the Oasis club pool area is not far either. VERY communicative host as well. Very thankful for everything they did to communicate with us, prepare for arrival, and make an easy chore-free exit. Can’t wait to return!

Just What We Were Looking For

My fiancé and I were looking for a place to bring our children together and get a little more time together at a nuetral place. This property had everything we needed to make that weekend away a huge success. There was enough rooms and beds to allow all 10 of us to have the privacy we needed. The pool and arcade room keptb everyone entertained for hours on end. Everything in the kitchen was easy to find. I really enjoyed the ability to not have to strip the beds and clean the whole house like some other properties require you to. We would definitely go back, and may do so in the future.

Absolutely loved our stay! This house is spectacular, everything and more!! My family had the most wonderful time!! Plenty of entertainment for the young ones of all ages and super comfortable rooms. The play rooms were IT, super fun for the kids for hours!!! The cleaning crew was super sweet and left everything in order. Super Easy check in and out. 110% satisfied!

Such a great time

We had a blast! The children loved the themed rooms and the game room! Everyone spent hours swimming and playing in the pool. The kitchen was huge and well equipped. The giant dining table was big enough for our entire family. We played cards at the table every night after dinner. The ping pong was fun too! We walked to the community pool and lazy river. Loved it! We all really enjoyed our stay and we hope to visit again!

Marisol is amazing. Her thoughtful touches to our vacation were very sweet. The house was clean and spacious! Pool and lanai were great (my personal favorite). The themed rooms were very cool. My kids loved them! They also really enjoyed the upstairs kids hangout. We loved the clubhouse as well, and all it had to offer. It really is like having a little resort on the property! We will definitely be back!

Property Manger

This house had a few maintenance issues. Refrigerator was not working good at arrival. I called manger and got accused of having too many items in refrigerator and it was working when I got there. Secondly got accused of smoking in house and we did not. Thirdly got accused of having g too many people was in the house but they was only visiting.. I will never book a overmoon property again because they try to accuse you of something.
