Amazing quick turn around response every time. Beautiful house. And everyone fit. Towels in every room that's a plus as well. Don't give it a 5. Because we asked pool to be heated and no one came out. Froze both days even tho it's an extra charge. No laundry And cleaning lady I guess had her days wrong and scared us all half to death. Which we did advise the company about. So they are aware. Overall good location And good host. Game room great for little kids because nothing is electronic so they were entertained for a long while and good tv room theater.

Upon arrival, the smell of bleach was strong and floors were still wet...we knew they took cleaning seriously! The house appeared nice but soon we realized that the table that was supposed to seat 10 only had 5 chairs around it. The bar that showed 5 barstools in the listing, only had 3. The living room that showed ample seating in the listing only had the couch from the upstairs sitting area shown in the pictures and the two chairs from the main living space was moved to the upstairs sitting area. We chose this home based on the listing description and pictures as we thought it would accommodate our group of 19, but it did not. There was only one bath towel and wash cloth per person, which could have worked if the dryer were more efficient. It took 2-3 drying cycles to dry towels. We reported it and someone came out but we were told it was working fine. It seemed the lent had not been cleaned out of the hose in a while! Also, not accommodating to our party of 19, there were only 9 drinking glasses,17 dinner plates, and minimal cookware provided. We did report the short comings of the seating and plates and drink cups, but we were told that due to the busy holiday season, they were unable to provide anything additional. We had to buy paper plates, solo cups, and plastic eating utensils so we could all eat together. We also purchased wash clothes and some baking sheets. We asked for a credit since they couldn't provide what was advertised but we haven't heard back.

Overall Nice Stay

This is a beautiful home with plenty of room for large families. There were a few issues that we found. The couch in the living room sits way too low and is not comfortable. The stairs had visible dirt stains. The downstairs and upstairs living area TV’s were hard to cut on. We called maintenance and they came the same day to fix it. In the middle of of our stay a man came to do something to the pool and we couldn’t get back in until the next day. The hot tub would have been nice if it was hot. I don’t think we should have to pay to get hot water for a hot tub. The stove as well as some of the cooking utensils need to be replaced. The stove cooks unevenly. Overall not a bad place to stay. Championsgate is our favorite neighborhood to vacation in.

FRAT HOUSE

The house size was great! It was in need of a total house cleaning and painting and new appliances furniture e.t.c. We would NOT stay at a property managed by NOVA it was not worth the $ because of the shape the house was in!

Not very clean but I guess you get what you pay for

We stayed here for a family vacation. My parents and 3 siblings and our families (with young children) 10 adults, 8 kids. The layout of the house is great for families with two sets of rooms connected by a jack and jill bathroom then multiple other bedrooms and bathrooms, we all slept comfortably. The kitchen didn't have dish towels and pans/pots were old and warped. Heat settings were worn off most eyes of the stove knobs so it was a guessing game for the large eye. Lots of mugs but not enough silverware for as many people as we had. Dish soap was not supplied and only 2 garbage bags and dishwasher tablets were supplied (so make sure you bring some or plan to buy). The pool heater was not on when we arrived so we had to contact them to turn it on then we missed out on a day of pool heat (even though we paid for it). But after it was on for a day the pool was a wonderful temperature even with weather dropping to the 60's. The cleanliness of the house was probably the biggest down side. When we arrived floors had dirt that stuck to your feet. After a couple hours of babies crawling on them their knees and hands were black with dirt and the feet of the adults were also. There was also visible hair on the bathroom floors (and even a bonus of nail clippings beside one of the trash cans). Toilets had visible staining on them which came out with an easy scrub of the toilet brush. No cleaners were provided so I had to buy cleaner to mop and clean the toilets. The neighborhood was very busy on the weekends and almost vacant during the week. We did have a great time at the Oasis club pool/water playground.

Dazed and confused 🤔 🥴

Fabulous location & great neighborhood! However, property needs a lot of attention to detail. Most of our concerns were resolved in a timely manner. Disappointed in appearance when we arrived. We did enjoy the pool and theater room! This property has so much potential to be simply spectacular, but the cleaning crew and management team have not preformed to a standard that we have seen in other VRBO properties.

Perfect place for big families

This was a great place to stay, we were a family of 20 and all ages had fun, loved the pool and hot tub, as well as the game room and theater, we will definitely stay there again for our next disney trip, the host was very nice and accommodating, the community was very secure and safe, the house extremely clean and plenty of room for the kids and adults , loved the whole experience.

Disney Family vacation 2021 problems but great vacation with family

PROS: Home is very large, bright and can accommodate a large family. Having a backyard pool and hot tub was very convenient and no neighbors behind you as thereis a large privacy fence. New hardwood floors put throughout upstairs so nice and clean with no rugs. Check in process was easy and the codes work readily to get in. Lots of dishes/glasses/utensils to accommodate a very lg crowd but not so many pots. Upstairs washer and dryer. Towels ONLY 8 towels for large family of 15 and no pool towels. they brought us about 10 more NEW towels. Media TV room was a hit. I asked and rec’d a Floor plan ahead of time with what bed were in each so i could preplan the large family. 2 Large king suites downstairs with bathrooms one w/crib. OASIS CLUB for community- AWESOME! CONS: The house is a rental and they DONT have a good cleaning company. Arrived and someone or someone’s had left dirty wet socks, wet towels and lots of beer caps and cups in the pool area. Checked out the house to make sure of any damage and took notes so we weren’t to blame. Ripped screens in pool area. Back door had no lock and screen door had cut in it to get in, but they came same day to replace. Although paid for pool heat which i would definitely recommend in the fall winter mos. but it didnt work for a few days until they fixed it. Rec’d credit for days it didnt work. CRIB in down stairs master…. NO CRIB STREET so had to go out and buy one so our granddaughter and left for future guests. Most TV remotes had no batteries or backs on them, but that i guess can be expected w/turnover. Comforters is several of rooms dirty so we washed them but sheets looked fresh. At end of stay WE stripped all beds and put EVERY dirty towel in pile by the washer so they had to be washed for next family. (Next family..Your welcome) Although not a problem to us, 2nd to last day it rained heavy and their appears to be a leak in roof and wet spots appearing in upstairs hallway. BATHROOMS: GROUT black in areas and inside shower curtains DIRTY. Media room didnt really work with surround sound and we had to get an attachment to use our apple ipad to run the shows through it. Lamp in one of the king rooms upstairs was duct taped together. Furniture outback is 3 loungers and 3 chairs and table. Game room didnt really use no pool sticks (broken) GARAGE DOOR husband unplugged it as it OPENED/CLOSED all night long by itself!!

Disappointing arrival

This home was not as advertised and the pictures must be from years ago. We walked into a home where the: top glass on the stove was shattered, dinning room table had maybe 3 settable chairs, there was broken lawn furniture at the curb of the house, the remaining lawn furniture was broken, the pool lanai screen was torn, so the pool was not clean, there were exposed wires. We could not stay in this home and left immediately. The owner doesn't do refunds on cancellation, however we did not cancel your home is not suitable for rental.

Our Awesome Stay

We had an Awesome time at this beautiful home. The location was perfect no rear neighbors and we really enjoyed ourselves. The home decorations was beautiful as well. My 4 and 6 year old nieces were in love with the Frozen room decor. My only complaint would be heating of the pool and jacuzzi, however in this Florida heat it worked for the kids. The club house lazy river was perfect as well and root beer floats helped to keep us cool. Overall, my stay was awesome !!! We definitely plan on coming back!

The stay was good, only major complaint was the the check in process at Champions Gate. We spent 2 hours in a line on highway 27 with fast cars driving by fast to get checked into the gate.

Pros: The house is in a very nice gated community. All the beds are very comfortable and the house is very spacious. The kids loved the pool and movie room. I loved that they had an extra deep freezer in the kitchen, it came in very handy. The community pool was a lot of fun and they even have cabana rentals which I highly recommend. Check out process was pretty simple. Cons: The freezer in the kitchen doesn't really keep things cold, that's where the extra deep freezer came in handy. The dining room table chairs are very wobbly. When we first got to the house the smoke detector in the little girls room was beeping ALL. NIGHT. LONG! I called maintenance numerous times and I never heard from them. Another reason for calling maintenance was for a toilet that clogged on the first day. We couldn't find a plunger in the house (finally found one the last day). One of the rooms didn't have a comforter on the bed so it was very cold at night in the room. The air hockey table doesn't work very well and we could never find the playstation for the kids to play. We also couldn't find a guest book with information about the house. It would be nice if there were cleaning supplies (other than a broom) to help with upkeep. The pool furniture (starting to break) could really be replaced as well as the pots and pans in the kitchen (they were bent and not much to choose from). Black garbage bags are needed for the last day other wise you will get an extra charge (saw a sign hanging in the pantry, otherwise we wouldn't know due to no guest book). Overall it was a nice, spacious house and quiet neighborhood. I would definitely stay again!

Slightly disappointed

Beautiful home, nice private location with all the comforts of home, with comfortable beds! Nice size pool and hot tub. Prior guest were a problem, so we could not check in on time. Many issued to do dismantled tv's, wifi, tv remotes and missing lightbulbs were frustrating, and probably due to the people before us. Bathrooms were clean, but deeper cleaning of the rest of the home was needed. We had issues with the hot tub and tiny pantry bugs, but the management team responded quickly. Overall it was nice to have a home away from home.
