Lovely home with a great pool
Michael and the Inngenuity team are awesome! He was always readily available for all of my concerns and the added extra charge for the heated pool was soooo worth it! I will look for homes managed by them in the future as I have an upcoming stay in April. Book with them you will not be disappointed! Communication was excellent and the home was beautiful. The only changes I have is them making sure that other employees do not turn off pool heat thinking it was a mistake to be on before we checked in. I specifically requested it be turned on the day before arrival as it takes about a day to heat. All in all I was happy with the home. My second change is for there to be better descriptions on which rooms have their own en-suite bathroom, as it caused a small ruckus with the other guests.
