Great location

Condo was great overall. Nice location in the complex. Within walking distance from pool. Very clean. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. Our only issue was the shower head in the master bath. Very low water pressure. Other than that, no issues. We will probably stay here again.

Nice location to multiple attractions

It is a quite community that is close to all the attractions. You can make it to Universal and Disney without getting on toll roads. Walmart is right outside the gate, so very convenient for grocery shopping and last minute needs. The pool and other amenities are very nice.

Great place to stay - Villa Fountain View in Oak Water Resort

Overall we were completely satisfied with the town home. We love staying at Oak Water Resort because it's smaller, quieter and the staff are friendly (The traffic to get to the resort, however is very, very busy. The whole area has grown and it's very busy on the highways). Andy was so great to deal with. He answered our texts and calls right away. This town house is a little outdated and has some wear and tear, but that's reflected in the price as we thought the rate was very reasonable. On the surface the place is clean, however if you look closely, it could use a good deep in some areas.

Place was nice pool was short walk from house and pool was very clean . Lots of amenities near by very close to all parks and shopping . House was big plenty of room alittle more upkeep would be suggested place was clean but some areas needed more . Property owner was very nice anytime we needed him he was only a call away . All in all a very pleasant experience

Family Disney Trip

We love the Oakwater property/community. We stayed in Oakwater for the first time several years ago in a 2 bedroom unit and we loved it, so on our return trip this year, I looked nowhere else but here. This time around, we found this spacious three bedroom unit which was perfect for our party of 4 adults. There was a lot of room for us and so much seating in the living room, we could really relax after returning from the parks. We love how close in proximity it is to all the Disney parks as well as Universal. We tried to save money by not eating in the parks, and due to the location of this unit, there is every type of chain restaurant within a few short miles as well as some local establishments. Having a Walmart right up the street was also a plus for quick purchases. Because our trip was a short 5 days and going to a park a day, we were not in the unit much and really did not use the kitchen to its full potential, but it was well stocked with utensils and cookware. Andy was an absolute pleasure! Upon booking a few months in advance of our arrival, I needed to reach out with a question through an email. He responded immediately, but I also felt it would be easier to address my question by actually talking to him. I called the number he provided in the email. Upon answering, I felt like I was talking to a friend I had known for years. He was in contact with us throughout our stay through a quick text or even a phone call if needed. Very responsive! We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time in Orlando. The condo was awesome and met all of our needs. Very spacious and clean. Close to everything we needed. Simple check in instructions, plenty of parking and very quiet. .

Andy is incredible. He was very accommodating and very quick to respond with any questions. He was extremely helpful. The place was very clean and had all of the necessities for our stay. The neighborhood is very conveniently located. Walmart is within walking distances. The house is also really to close to tourist attractions. This is definitely the perfect place to stay when visiting Disney. I would absolutely recommend to stay here!

Wonderful location & property

Our family loved the property, community, and location. We were close to all our activities. Only reason for 4 stars is because there are absolutely no on property amenities like dishwasher cleanser, toilet paper, spices, etc. In other VRBOs, you usually get these from other guests but there is absolutely nothing so people should be aware you have to buy everything to get setup which was a disappointment. Other than that, this was a great property and our family would highly recommend.

Best unit ever!

This townhouse is amazing! I have to say, of all the units we have rented, this one by far has the best, fully equipped kitchen. It has a great selection of good quality cookware, glasses, so many dishes! Even had a generous supply of leftover/ storage containers. Loved it! Incredibly spacious, large living room, big dining table, lovely little patio with chairs and small table. Plenty of towels, even supplied big pool towels. That was a nice surprise! Hand soap in all bathrooms. Another nice touch! Had a couple of hiccups….totally our fault… had to reach out to Andy, property manager. He was in contact with me in under 3 minutes each time. Excellent response time. One night we spoke on phone trying to trouble shoot a problem. We could not resolve so Andy said he would be there next day. True to his word he showed up early and fixed problem. The man is a gem! All property managers should be as kind and considerate as he is. The property at Oakwater has suffered a bit. Pool not heated, splash pad for children has been down for several months. The hot tub not up to temperature. The beautiful fountain behind unit broken as well. I hope repairs are done so this lovely place shines again!

Great deal for families

The home/condo was great to stay in for the length we had stayed and for the amount of people we were with. Every room was spacious and clean. The only downside were the thin walls between buildings and the beds. You could hear pretty easily the conversations/ things happening in the next adjacent homes. The beds, the mattresses and the frames could use some updating. But other than that, it was a terrific stay all around. Andy was very receptive and was always there to check in and make sure everything was OK for the stay. Would definitely recommend this for families looking for something affordable yet functional.

Very clean and quiet property

The property is clean and well kept. Andy the property manager is very easy to communicate with. He responds quickly to all messages. I will stay at the property again with out a doubt! Most importantly this property is very close to all attractions like Walmart, all Disney Parks, and shopping experience!! I will recommend this property anytime.

Family Disney Trip - October 2021

Overall, an incredibly positive experience. This was our first Disney trip staying off site, I'm not sure we will ever go back to a Disney resort again. Would repeat at this property 100%. As a family of four we all slept so much better having our own rooms (kids 5 and 7), the perk of having our car right out front coming and going to the parks was a breeze. It made for such a much more relaxing and stress free start and end to our days. It is about as close to the parks as you can get without staying on property, great location and super easy drive to all 4 parks. Walmart and Starbucks next door as well for any needs. The pool is great, heated and huge. We bounced around from the pool to the hot tub. We visited it both day and night time. Open until 10pm (I believe). The owner was easy to communicate with and reached out letting us know he was available should we have any questions. Although we did not run into any problems, it was nice to know we could simply text a question or concern. 5 star review for sure, but if I may be slightly critical, the AC rules were a bit surprising to us as you are not allowed to set the AC below 75 degrees. I understand the reasoning with concerns of putting to much strain on a system in the summertime heat. But for the off season I wish we could go a little lower. It wasn't to bad though as we were gone from the house during the hottest part of the day anyways. Just a small comment, again... 5 star review. Overwhelmingly positive experience.

Everything was just like the listing. The host communicated very well. The location was great, walking distance to the pool, clubhouse and Wal-Mart. I would definitely stay here again.
