Hosts were very accommodating and answered several questions for us before we arrived. Their property was wonderful for my husband & I, our 2 adult children and their spouses and our grandchild. The community was extremely pleasant! We would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arose!

Lovely home away from home

We had a wonderful time! The home was very clean and spacious and provided us with all the amenities we were expecting. The homeowners were pleasant and quick to respond. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Location

This property was clean, spacious, comfortable, quiet, and close to the parks. We were only there a few days and spent most of that time at theme parks so we didn't get to enjoy that this resort offered. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and would recommend it to others.

Wonderful accommodations

House was clean, comfortable, pool and spa lovely. Spacious lanai. Lots of amenities available. Guest host was great and extremely responsive. The house was even nicer than the pictures indicate. I look forward to staying here again in the near future with my friends and family. Good location for Disney and Universal.

Great location and space

We enjoyed our time at the house! The location can’t be beat if you’re visiting the theme parks. There was an abundance of restaurants and shopping nearby as well. The property was exactly as described. We had no issues checking in. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Clean home near Disney

Enjoyed our stay very much. House was clean and well taken care of. We didn't realize it until we arrived, but we actually stayed in the same exact house 18 years ago. Loved it then and loved it this time too!

Wonderful Disney Vacation

We stayed with our adult children to celebrate our daughters graduation going to all the Disney Parks. We enjoyed our visit. It was very clean. The pool and spa were wonderful! Appreciated the beach towels left for guests to use. We had everything we needed. Very comfortable place to stay. Close to the parks. Will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful!

Perfect for my family of four. We enjoyed our weekend getaway 7/28/22 - 7/31/22. Everything was perfect. The house was so clean and had everything we needed. This house is in a nice quiet area, and it’s not too far from anything. We enjoyed 3 days at Universal and it was nice to come back to unwind and enjoy the pool and the jacuzzi. The house is just as advertised! So spacious and so nice inside and out. Frank was so wonderful and the resort was peaceful with lots of amenities. We will definitely be back, and we will book here again.

Amazing Stay - Highly Recommended!

I had an absolutely fantastic experience. The property was exactly as described, if not better. It was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities one could need. The attention to detail was evident in everything from the cozy furnishings to the thoughtful touches like complimentary snacks and local guidebooks.The location was perfect – close to key attractions yet in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood that allowed for a relaxing stay. The host was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, providing clear check-in instructions and even giving great local recommendations.The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the kitchen was fully stocked, making it easy to prepare meals during our stay. I also appreciated the fast Wi-Fi, which made it convenient to work remotely.Overall, this stay exceeded all my expectations, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book it again. If you’re considering staying here, don’t think twice – it’s a gem!

Enjoyed our stay

We were very comfortable staying in this lovely home! The communication and information from the property manager was prompt and clear. It took us less than 20 minutes to get to Magic Kingdom from the house (mostly because of traffic). The highlight was definitely the pool. Even though the houses on each side are close, there was hardly any noise from neighbors and the backyard was pretty private. Our only complaint would be the condition of the towels (many were bleached or fraying) and the dinnerware in the cupboards (which had several scratches and chips, and many of the utensils/glasses were dirty). We would definitely consider staying here again!

Thanksgiving retreat

Everything was perfect. The house and description were exactly as they showed online and in virtual tour. having your own pool is always worth it and it was clean and warm as advertised. Kitchen had plenty of pots/pans and dishes and silverware. Washer/dryer makes life easier and not having to pack as much. Neighborhood was fairly quiet and gated community. If you like coffee they did not have a kuerig but they did have a normal coffee pot maker. I would highly recommend this property to all my friends and would stay here again. Tim

Wonderful property in an excellent location

We have just had a wonderful two week stay at this beautiful property. It was absolutely immaculate, with every amenity you would need available for your stay. Excellent sized bedrooms with plenty of storage space. Lots of living space too, so you don’t feel like you are on top of each other. Pool and hot tub were a perfect addition for use during wind down time! The whole of the resort area was also beautifully kept and, as it is gated, you felt completely at ease at all times. The location is very central for all theme parks, and particularly close for Disney so no long drives after a long day! Lots of variety in restaurants and shops very close by so there was always something to suit everyone in our family. Frank and Margaret were so helpful and kept in regular contact with essential information in the lead up to our stay. We had a wee issue in the diary week (our fault!) and they had it resolved for us in less than an hour! What more can you ask for? All in all, a wonderful and completely stress free stay in this beautiful property. Would highly recommend and would definitely return! 😊😊
