Nice stay

This property is updated, very convenient to Universal theme parks, and right off International Drive. One of the only cons I have is there was no electrical outlet near the primary bed. My phone cord is 6 feet and could reach the headboard for comfortable scrolling on the phone.

Universal Sister Property Stay

Nice resort. Location is convenient except for the construction made it so the end of the road is closed currently. Shuttle service does not run back and forth every hour like at Universal resorts, that was our biggest disappointment (and you have to reserve a spot ahead of time).

This condo was top notch beautiful and clean! Very spacious, lots of dishes, glasses and pots abd pans. Location was perfect, 12 min walking distance to Icon Park. Would highly recommend to stay here!

Lots of beds - a plus!

The unit was efficient. Smaller than I thought it would be, but it had two bedrooms and baths that were great. Comfy beds! Bathrooms excellent! We used the pull out sofa. It was convenient and we appreciated the sheets. It was easy to hear EVERYTHING from room to room. There was a lot going on in the hallway, too. Other guests were knocking on our door - teenagers. I think it was a high school volleyball team. One thing that should have been communicated up front was the closure of the road right in front of the resort. There was only one way in, which was not a problem, but googlemaps kept sending us the wrong way. The people working at this resort were all very friendly, helpful and attentive. The hot tub was NOT hot - lukewarm at best. That was a bummer. Location convenient for parks. Excellent place for families who are visiting the parks.

Great location

This was a great location. The condo was close to theme parks and shopping. Check in was easy. Basic needs for cooking, towels, shampoo, soaps, etc. were available. No hair dryer, however. I was disappointed that we had to pay for WiFi. We weren’t in the condo enough to use it, so I used hotspot just fine. The pool is very nice. There is a bar and food to order available. I did not use it, but it was a nice amenity there. Overall, I’d stay there again.

Overall nice stay

Property mgmt was super nice and helpful. Our unit needed some pans for stove top cooking, which the front desk brought up promptly. They also brought up more coffee and trash bags immediately upon request. The property is close to Universal but would not recommend walking. The property does offer a shuttle service that takes you to Universal at 9:20 and picks you back up at 6.pm

Great Location

My friend & I attended Universal Studios for an weekend event. Property location was very convenient. Checking in progress was seemless by awesome staff. Unit was clean & comfortable. Will highly recommend, and will consider again returning for next year's event.

Clean rooms, but old furnitures and renovations not up to mark

We did have a good stay here, the only issues I found was that though the rooms were renovated to make it appear clean, the furnitures were very old , one of the chest in our master bedroom had a hole, sofa was very old. One other major problem in bathroom was that the frameless showers did not have any seals, so water just came out from under shower doors or the opening. More water came out when we used rain shower, so we had to put the cloth towels everywhere to avoid slip accidents. Finally we ended up using only side shower that too with very low force . Other facilities in the hotel are good

Very well managed service

The entire rental experience was without flaw, from booking to checking in and to enjoyung the property. My only issue was with the fact the building that you cannot open windows at all. Otherwise we would be happy not to switch on the aircondition at all.

Great location, nice property

Unit was very clean and comfortable with everything needed for our stay. 5 minute drive to Universal and I-Drive attractions, and 20 minutes to Disney properties. Big pool, volleyball net and basketball court at the resort with on-site cafe for a quick breakfast. Just be aware that if you're a night owl (getting back to resort after midnight), parking can be tight.
