Nice and quiet the place was easy to find and close to all the shops and the staff were very nice

The only problem I had was my sheets had a smell and I had to wash them I think they didn’t dry properly before they got on the bed it was a musty smell but other than that everything was great I reported it to the manager and he got it taken care of for me

End of summer getaway

Everyone was curteous and friendly. We had our power go out early in am. After calling front desk 2 maintence members came out immediately to fix problem. We were already dressed and ate breakfast otw to the parks. We later found out the local electric company doing repair accidentally hit something to caddis power outage within the development and block. All was resolved and we had cold air blowing and lights when we returned from visiting the Studio's.

Great Location and Lots of Space

I liked that it was a gated community with lots of amenities, less than 15 minutes to Universal, and close to lots of restaurants and things to do. It's extremely spacious and would work well for larger families, though we only had 4 people staying. I wish I would have read the reviews that there are no pots and pans, I had to go buy some to make food. Other than that the kitchen was well stocked. Overall it was very clean, though could use some minor maintenance, mainly cosmetic so it will not effect your stay.

Would stay again

This was our second time staying at Vista Cay-first time in this condo. First-Vista Cay: perfect location if you are visiting Discovery Cove, Sea World, or Aquatica. Literally a 10 min drive! Also less than 2 miles from I-drive: so many restaurants, bars, and things to do! Check in is super easy, desk is open 24 hours a day (listing said to call if we wouldn’t be checking in before 6-this is outdated). Gated community with a Walgreens within walking distance. Pool, hot tub, pool bar, etc were clean and very nice to relax at each evening! This condo was very clean with one bedroom and full bath on floor 1, living/kitchen/half bath on floor 2, and 2 bedrooms and 2 full bath on 3rd floor. Kitchen was well stocked: coffee pot (although no coffee or filters), blender, can opener, etc. the noise from the road is pretty loud, but not bad if you keep the fan running in the bathrooms. Pool towels are located near the washer/dryer on the 1st level. Overall would absolutely stay here again!!!

Great Location

From my first contact Blake was quick to respond and great to work with, even after I changed my dates more than once. The check in process was smooth and easy and the property and condo we stayed in are clean. The pictures on the listing didn’t quite show the exact layout but no biggie. We had plenty of room and all three bedrooms had their own bath. There were a couple little things, holes in some of the screens and a burnt out light bulb or two but otherwise we had a great stay. Plus, you cannot beat this location, lots of shops, restaurants, and grocery store within in east walking distance. It is also an easy walk to the conference center, close to universal and Disney. I would stay again, and recommend.

Had a bad water leak the house was stink reported the problem no one fixed it

Water was leaking on the 1st floor had the condo stinky reported the problem 4 times no one fixed it not enough towels and wash clothes had to go buy my own it was a bad experience and I will not recommend to any body the ppl at the front desk was rude as well

Very nice and very very spacious!!

we enjoyed our stay in this condo! Very spacious. 3 bedrooms. And 3 full baths! Easy check in and out. Literally 5 mins from seaworld and aquatica. Walgreens and publix very close by. My brother in-law actually walked to the publix. Great location! Only thing I would improve is the sheets on the beds. Would recommend this stay to my family and friends!!

The unit was clean and comfortable. The resort was quiet, well maintain, and safe. The garage was small and was not offered for use. This seemed to be for the entire resort. If I need to stay in Disney World again I will stay in the same place.

Decent, reasonably priced place to stay.

Clean, adequate, great pool. Condo close to Universal...10 min. Stayed 2 nights, great for short stay. Beds comfortable. For our family of four, way more reasonable than a hotel room with everyone cramped...1/2 cost and able to cook breakfast. They need a spatula and better frying pan, but adequate. Walgreens very close, so easy to get basic groceries. Drawbacks: faces Unversal Avenue, loud traffic, so bring app for sleep machine.

The townhome was gorgeous and spacious! Not enough towels and thermostat wouldn't budge.

The townhome was gorgeous and just as pictured. There was plenty of room for our group of 7...however there were not enough towels. We had to wash towels every day in order to have enough to go around. Also, it was unseasonably warm in Orlando and the thermostat would not move off of 72. We called the front office and they said the AC unit would freeze up if it was adjusted. Sounds like the AC unit might need to be updated. Otherwise everything else was perfect. Would stay here again as long as we could adjust the AC :) Also, we were 3 miles from Universal Studios...very convenient!!!

Overall excellent experience, the best yet

This is the best experience we have had with a VRBO rental yet. The location and townhouse were wonderful. This complex is run by a rather large company. They manage the entire complex of condos and townhouses like they were hotel rooms. A very smart move. I called the manager before booking and was impressed with his professional and open responses to everything I had to say. The location couldn't be beat. No more Kissimmee for me! It was so easy to get to SeaWorld, Disney, Highway 4, Publix, etc. Twice we went to Aquatica, back to the townhouse to change, then went back to SeaWorld since it was only a 9-minute drive. This townhouse was clean, well appointed, and functional. We were impressed that the appliances were all top-of-the-line Cuisinart rather than the usual cheapest-you-can-find ones that are common in rentals. The furnishings were very nice, too. We had no complaints at all about the townhouse itself. Management was always quick to respond to problems & requests within 24 hours. They had trash collection and repairmen running around every day to take care of things quickly. The reason I deduct one star is for the initial check-in process: 1: The contract I was given to sign was not exactly like the one that was shown on-line. There was an extra clause at the bottom that said my credit card would be billed $500 for damages, whether or not I actually did any damage. This shocked me, and if I had been travelling alone rather than with a family I probably would have walked away at that. But I trusted that probably they meant _if_ I did any damage, and indeed that is how things turned out. It has been two weeks since we left and this charge has not shown up on my credit card. 2: We were given an inventory of the townhouse and told we were responsible for everything on that list, and we had two hours to report any damage to the unit or would be accepting its current condition. We had a bad experience previously with a landlord who blamed us for pre-existing problems, so this made me nervous. I counted the inventory and inspected the townhouse -- which too nearly two hours -- and ended up reporting about 50 discrepancies in inventory and damage to the unit. None of this negatively impacted the stay, but the burden was unreasonable. They should know the inventory of the unit, not ask me to take it or pay for what's missing. Overall, though, it was the best, and for a long trip I would not hesitate to go back
