The home was just like the pictures. It was gorgeous. Very spacious, gorgeous view. Plenty of room. Great location. Very clean place. We could not figure out how to turn off the pool door alarm. Tried to call the property manager number but no response and couldn't leave message. Also, We were warm in house. Would have loved to be able to turn temp below 74. Also, Maybe tell/show somewhere what all the switches go to? We were not sure what all the switches went to besides fan/lights/etc. We had some trouble figuring that all out. One night we wanted to make pizza but could not find a pizza pan. A possible suggestion for the future to have a pizza pan in cabinet? Overall a fantastic and beautiful home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and all the Florida sights. Thank you for sharing your home with us. We appreciate it!

This home delivered as promised. Beautiful location on the lake with privacy as there are no houses across the water. The rooms were well appointed with very comfortable beds and pillows. I have rented many houses in many different locations and this home had the best stocked kitchen of any of them. Our friends have retired to this area and I intend on renting this house for future visits.. You won't be disappointed.

Absolutely magical stay at Lake Berkley! Stunning sunrises over the lake. Beautiful neighbourhood. 20-25 mins drive from Disney. Only points for improvement.. to have ample cleaning products - kitchen and bathroom, hand soaps and bin bags etc

The pictures of the listing make it look better than it is. The hot tub looked like it had not been cleaned in a while. It looked like black mold by the filters, but they said it wasn’t. The oven filled with smoke when I turned it on. The bbq was out of gas when we arrived. So between that and the oven we were forced to go out to eat our first night instead of making the dinner we had planned. One of the showers was slow to drain. A toilet ran all night the first night. Maintenance crews stopped out 3 times during our 7 day stay. The owner was responsive but I shouldn’t be spending my vacation with the maintenance crews. If your rental is this out of order, stop renting it for a week and get things back together. There was also some exposed wiring on a ceiling fan that one maintenance worker told me not to worry about it because, “that’s how it’s supposed to be”. Light bulbs were out making the lighting in the main living area very dismal as soon as the sun went down. Then we paid extra for pool heating which only worked intermittently. We will never stay at one of their rentals again.

Beautiful open house with stunning view we enjoyed every morning on the lanai in front of the pool. The house overlooks a lake with an island and we identified over 20 birds.Ideal location for all of Orlando and we did everything but the theme theme parks. The game room was enjoyed by all.

Pros - good location, clean, room and games for everyone. Fun to fish and swim! Cons - the wait time to get in at the gate was crazy! The king bed upstairs was like sleeping on a piece of wood (the rest of the beds were good from what I heard from the rest of our group Overall I would totally book this place again (I would just switch my bed selection with someone else in my group :)

We had an amazing stay at this property! The house was perfect for our large family, offering plenty of space and high-end amenities. The pool was a definite highlight, and the view was absolutely stunning—ideal for relaxing and making memories. The home was impeccably clean and very well-stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The location was also fantastic—close to shopping, grocery stores, and local attractions. We loved being near a museum and having access to kayaking and nature hikes, which made exploring the area so much fun. It was clear that a lot of thought went into making guests feel comfortable. We would highly recommend this property and would love to stay here again!

Outstanding resort the whole of lake Berkley was very well kept ,as far as the Villa there is everything you need available .for us a big tick the beds were very comfortable the property manager responded promptly to a couple of minor needs . Excellent facility’s ,if I had to give a minor criticism the patio furniture needs updating for next year although the structure had not faults the cushions had seen better days .with this said I wouldn’t hesitate in reminding this villa to anyway looking for a stunning safe location with all your holiday accommodation needs met x

Location is everything! Close to the parks within an easy 25-30 minute drive, and a Walmart within 5 minutes. We highly recommend purchasing food and needs at the Walmart and not Publix, as we quickly found out Publix is expensive. The walk around the neighborhood is beautiful and you can start right at your sidewalk and walk all the way around. We saw so many different birds, including babies. Despite not facing the sunset, we had some amazing sunset vistas to enjoy. There is a k-cup machine. We were able to do what we needed in the kitchen, although the cookware is not large, which made for some creative solutions when feeding 7 people. We needed management once to replace the grill propane. They were extremely pleasant and took care of it immediately, despite us calling on a Sunday. (It was empty on arrival.) Washer and dryer appear new and work quickly! The place was clean overall. Vents and fans had a lot of dust buildup but everything else was clean. We agree with a previous reviewer who stated some updates are needed. There are past stains on carpeting and couch; the fridge works but the icemaker leaks water and we kept a paper towel on it so it wouldn't get on the floor. Sliding glass door to the deck is difficult to operate but worked. The grill was in rough condition and it took a lot of cleaning to feel comfortable using it. The hot tub worked, but one of the jets was loose and floating around. Overall, we had a wonderful stay, ages 14 to 51. Thank you very much!

We enjoyed our stay here but there were a few hiccups. The sliding glass door was very difficult to open and close. The washer and dryer were very out-dated and was hard to do laundry when needed. The game room AC did not work and the room was so hot it was unusable. This was disappointing because the kids wanted to play pool and use the TV for gaming. Over all the place was nice but it could use some updating.

Wow what a beautiful location, each morning sitting watching the sun rise, beautiful wildlife, peaceful, idyllic location. Close to everything you need and far enough away to feel the peaceful location. I would throughly recommend the villa. The owners are very helpful & easy to communicate. This was our second time in this home. It’s a great place! The outdoor space is our favorite with the privacy, comfortable seating, lake view, awesome pool and hot tub. The neighborhood feels safe. We enjoyed walks and playing pickleball at the nearby court. The pool and hot tub both held their heat nicely even with some overnight temps in the 40s. The inside has comfortable beds, plenty of space, a fun game room, stocked kitchen, and a nice round table with comfortable chairs which was perfect for late night card games. Communication with the owner and property manger was easy and in a timely manner.
