New Neighborhood

Having rented from VRBO on several occasions, I expect for certain information to be corresponded to me prior to my arrival at a property and most importantly the access code to the property. Since the property is in a developing neighborhood, there was no cellular service inside the neighborhood until we were able to eventually gain access to the property and connect to the Wi-Fi! This neighborhood is in desperate need of a cell tower! The property itself was beautiful, as I stated before it is apparent that it is new and it was nicely cleaned. Housekeeping has definitely delivered on their services! We encountered a problem with the pool heating services. We paid for the service under the impression that we were paying for spa heating. We were utterly surprised to discover that heating included the spa and the pool. With temperatures in Orlando reaching upwards of 100 degrees daily, we did not need the entire pool heated. In temperatures such as that a pool should be cool and refreshing. Aware that we would probably not receive a refund, all we asked is that the heater be turned off. During our entire stay we were told that they were looking into it and that a request had been submitted. The pool is a major factor in our vacations, this completely made what should have been an excellent trip an underwhelming trip simply because the property owner did not feel the need to fulfill a simple request. It is unfortunate that this simple request was not handled but ironically the property owner did not hesitate to seek extra funds from us by offering a discounted extra night stay!

Deep cleaning

I am going to start with the positives of the house, it’s big, and the host was on top of all our concerns and trying to resolve the problems. But there was more bad then good! The house needs a deep cleaning, there were dead bugs on the windows, the master bedroom bathroom on the first floor was full of mold! The bedroom it self smelled moldy. The water pressure in that bathroom is horrible! The carpet in the whole house needs to be cleaned it smells and it’s dirty! The pool area…….ants everywhere!!! My 5 yr old got bit all over her feet. The net to block bugs from coming in was ripped we got bit by mosquitoes at night. The refrigerator in the garage does not work. The kitchen stove needs a good cleaning. The furniture in the whole house is dirty and smelly. The walls are all scuffed up and the beds are not firm. I would not recommend.

Not the best experience

First checked in bed was broken, hair and trash in master bedroom- emailed mgmt company who came out right away to repair bed. Later that day realized there was a parking issue and even though we had 5 families staying at the house which it accommodated, no one told us the maximum number of cars allowed was 4 and community threatened to tow if parked on street. Reached out to Mgmt company twice asking what we could do with our 5th vehicle to which they purposely ignored our emails! Was very unhappy we had to take a rental car back out of fear of it being towed. Will also say carpet is disgustingly gross in a lot of areas- heavenly stained. Other than that cute, spacious house!

Beautiful home with great location

Beautiful, roomy home. It was great for our crew of 13. Great location from Disney, the check in and check out with was simple. We very much enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful, Clean house.

We enjoyed our stay in late March. It was such an easy process and any time we reached out with a question, everything was taken care of immediately. We loved the pool and all of the smart TVs in the house after a busy day. Driving distance to each of the coasts, so that was a plus. Thank you!

Great Home

We really enjoyed our stay in this home. When we arrived the house was ready for us. The pictures are very accurate and its a stunning house. Casiola was very easy to work with to get pool heat added to our stay. I definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a great home!

Amazing Property

Everything was as advertised. Beautifully kept property. Very clean. Wonderful pool and decor inside and out. The only small issue is that I didn't receive the email that included the access code prior to checking in. A simple call to the property management company resolved that issue. Overall, I would definitely stay here again. Everything was wonderful!

Family Holiday

This house was perfect! The pictures are minimizing, seeing it in person showed the house to be more than expected. My family had a great time!!! All but one pool stick is broken, but we shared that one and made the best use of every game and amenity offered. Casiola properties is our preferred rental provider. When we search for vacation rentals, if they are the owners, we know it will meet the needs of our family and our expectations.
