    Great Property!!

    This is the 2nd time we have stayed in Champions Gate and we loved the location of the property. The clubhouse area was fun for the children. We had a group of 18 and the home had plenty of space. Communication with the host was great!

    Beautiful Secluded Community, location and traffic not Convient to Theme Parks

    Beautiful Community, location and traffic a little challenging, security extra strict on visitors but lax on noice and parking policies. We celebrated my Grandmother's 92nd birthday and our Family Reunion. They would not allow our local family members to visit the property and attend my grandmother's birthday celebration. We informed the owners of the intended use of the two rentals prior to our trip. Some information was not communicated to us until 2 days before even though our reunion was scheduled and reserved 6 months prior. Security was very rude to our guests but when fireworks were being shot until 2am, when there was no fireworks allowed, and a 10pm quiet time security and the property management could not be reached. Also both properties listed a grill under amenities. Neither house had working grills. I found this out 2 days before checking in and was told I could rent one and the following statement was made. "Sorry. I just removed the grill from the amenities because it was broken. It was an optional service, guests need to pay rent too." Not even sure what that means but I purchased a grill for $150. and gave it to a family member after. This was an additional expense but cheaper than renting one of same size. The properties were clean but make sure you note any issues. One property had kitchen cabinets hanging off the hindges and duck tape on a few of the beds. There were a couple bugs spotted in the home as well but it still appeared to be clean.

    Beautiful home, excellent location!!

    We enjoyed our time away from the cold weather back home. We arrived to a very clean home. The home was spacious, plenty of room for the 14 of us. The kitchen was equipped with plates, cups, pots, pans and silverware, although we opted for paper products. Great location with grocery shopping & restaurants nearby. The whole family thoroughly enjoyed access to the Oasis Clubhouse. Most certainly will stay here again :)

    Beautiful Home

    We loved the house and community The only negative was lack of supplies. Towels and kitchen stuff specifically. They need some plastic plates cups and bowls for by the pool and for children. Other than that the house was perfect for our family and the 2 families staying with us Thanks for the great memories Ally is awesome

    Beautiful home needs some change the bundle beds sheets need to be clean the island sets needs replaced. We enjoy our vacation and beautiful home everybody happy they wanted do it again.

    Excellent property for the price

    The property was spacious and clean. The listing was accurate as compared to the actual house. All the bathrooms were surprising large and management company was very responsive with communication. There were a few minor items that needed repair like one door handle, towel bar and faucet but all functional. Overall, great value and enjoyable stay.

    Lovely Place

    Very spacious just as pictured. Only issue was we are expected to clean up after ourselves which is fine but the floors were so filthy that you could feel the dirt kind of sand like. Our feet would be so dirty that we wore socks the entire stay. Was no bucket to use the mop. I left it as clean possible when we left.

    Great Family experience-Peacock Family Retreat

    The accommodations were nice. The houses needed more cooking utensils and better quality. Our groups like to cook and the kitchen is very important. I think for the amount of the rental the hot water for the jacuzzi and pool should be included at no additional cost.

    Good experience. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much. When contacting the property manager, he was very attentive. The pool lights did not function which can be a safety concern. It would be helpful to circulate air with the addition of ceiling fans. Again, overall, enjoyed our stay.

    NOT the typical Champions Gate home!

    Please do not rent this home! I booked this home for a week, Thanksgiving 2021. Day 1 we received a visit from the exterminator that advised us that it was a roach infestation and he told the property manager not to rent out the property. I wish I could show you the disgusting pictures of what was behind the refrigerator. I immediately called the Ally my contact person, she stated she was unaware but would look into it. I also mentioned several beds had duck tape around the base boards, night stands falling apart, beds are all sunken in the middle and all bar stools have springs showing. I mean no cushion at all. Okay so I didn't hear back from her at all that day. Day 3 around midnight "boom" one of the beds completely fell apart. It was a queen bed with only one adult sleeping in it. I left Ally a message and she sends a handyman out to repair. Now it's an entire construction rebuild going on in the bedroom complete with drills, saw dust etc. The guy apologized but it took him hours to repair. I hope anyone reading gets the picture. It would take all day to mention everything wrong in this home. I've rented in this community for the past 5 years for Thanksgiving and this was the worst experience. I can see they are trying to do some renovations but this home should not be rented until it receives full renovations. The owner offered a $200 refund that's not even compensation for one night's stay. Please save yourself the headache and rent another home. Oh let me not forget to mention I contacted Ally a couple weeks before my trip to ask about the negative reviews I read from the previous few months and she assured me everything was taken care of. The cleaning crew left juice stains all over the cabinets and inside the refrigerator most pantry doors are all broken. Like I said too many issues to mention. No matter the price, not worth it!

    The floor was not clean. One of the sinks was stopped up with hair, I got hair out. Was not happy .

    I would like to see the house a little cleaner than it was over all. House has enough room for my family. I just was not satisfied with the cleanness on property.

    Nice place to stay

    Champions gate was a nice place to stay. Plenty of space for multiple families. The oasis club had great food and the entire staff were friendly and attentive. We would definitely come back and stay again.

    Check in needs to be improved

    It took us an 1 hour and 30mins to check in because computer system was down and there was only 1 security guard at the gate, other guests were getting frustrated and cutting in the line, there was no one controlling traffic and we had to do check in a different location.

    Double Queen but no double queen?

    First of all there is a reason that there are no pics of living room furniture...its a leather couch cracked and peeling. I am not from Florida, but I've heard that roaches are natural here, however I've been coming and renting vacation homes for over 8 years and this is the only one I've seen roaches. The carpet is dirty but they want you to walk on it without shoes, I suggest new carpet or cleaning it or just take that sign down! The drawers in the fridge and freezer are broken as well. They charge for the grill, which I paid for but didn't bother to use...it looked that bad. We paid for pool heat and got a drained hot tub on our first day of our week stay. Ally didn't answer but I called Jack who came and got it filled again but left a garden hose hanging in the pool. When I called him about that he said to leave it because the water level in the pool keeps going down. That is not safe for so many reasons!! DO NOT RENT THIS PLACE UNTIL UPGRADES ARE MADE AND POSTED...I WISH I COULD POST PICTURES!!!
