The house was beautiful and fit what we were looking for. There were quite a few minor things that were broken but nothing that affected our visit.The check in process was a challenge for us as we had 3 families arrive after driving many hours to be turned away at the gate. No information was provided prior to that we needed to give a listing of all guest names. We were also in a wifi dead zone and had to drive to Starbucks to get wifi to contact the property host who assisted in getting us checked in then we had to go back to the gate and wait in the long line. This whole process took about two hours until we could get in the house. Having this information beforehand would have been helpful. Second one of our cars were towed because it was touching the grass by about an inch. We were told at the gate not to park in the blue so we didn’t however information about not touching the grass hadn’t been conveyed hence the car was towed. Other than these two incidents everything else was very nice. If the property host clarifies this information on the Vrbo site this will help to eliminate any issues for others. The house and lazy river resort were lovely so it is definitely worth a stay here!
