Perfect Vacation Home

Took my family to Universal and this home had everything we were looking for. Convenient to Disney and Universal. Local stores nearby. Home was clean. Neighborhood quiet. Would stay in again.

Great stay!

The property was as described, clean, plenty of space, stocked kitchen with all the utensils needed, pool was wonderful, close to grocery store, shopping, Universal and Disney. Would highly recommend!

Family spring break trip

Overall a good experience. Lots of room for the family to have their own sleeping and bathroom spaces in the house. Access to the clubhouse and small waterpark was nice. During the time we were there it was quite crowded and required reservations to have a shaded cabana area to use. One issue with the house pool being green and not filled up but management responded to have it corrected.

Everything OK until we arrived Home

When we arrived, yes everything was good but we noticed that the fridge had seen better days. The shelves on the door of the fridge were broken, cracked and had been in our opinion like this for quite a long time. It had also had a bash resulting in a large dent. We were going to take photos but with all the excitement we forgot. On our second day home, we received notification of a bill to our credit card for $95 saying that we had broken the so called bin on the fridge door. Of course, we had no proof so remember to take photos if you visit this property. The cleaning of the property is not thorough by any means. We found various items under beds and cabinets that must have been from the previous occupants. One more issue we had, that as we were there for three weeks, there was only one set of linen for the beds.

Superbe maison mais...

La maison est superbe! beaux espaces spacieux et confortable. C’est dommage de mettre si peu d’articles essentiels a un cours séjour... Un rouleau de papier de toilette par toilette, un sac de poubelle, pas de filtres a café, pas de boites de mouchoir, pas de sel et de poivre... Sérieusement on est pret a acheter un petit kit de survie si vous offrez cette possibilités...

Great location - close to Disney and Universal

We came for a cheer event and extended our stay for some vacay. The house was well decorated and spacious. The location was fantastic for our events and close enough to many attractions without being too close. We only encountered minor issues. Since the home is company owned, needs are met during weekday business hours. That posed a problem for us due to our itinerary. We needed a few things tended to such as fire alarm batteries, slow drain in shower, etc. Once reported, a repairman was dispatched immediately and he was fantastic! We did have an issue with the pool because a third party maintains it and they threw chemicals in on our main pool day putting it out of commission for several hours. The house managers were very empathetic and planned to connect with the company they hired. Overall, I would stay here again in a heartbeat. The location is on a cul-de-sac and while the neighborhood is busy on weekends it’s very tranquil on the weekdays and the house is decorated in a relaxing manner.

A few issues

Although this house is very nice there are a few issues. We were only given one towel per guest. Would have been nice to have at least two. There are carpet staples sticking up out of the carpet going into the downstairs bedroom and my husband and I both hurt our feet on them. There is not even one dish towel in the house . We had to wash dishes with a paper towel.

Great House; Great Location

We stayed here with team member families for a cheer competition at ESPN Wide World of Sports complex. The commute was easy to all of the parks and home was nicely appointed and very clean. We will definitely stay again.

Long Disney Weekend Getaway

My family really enjoyed our stay. The accommodations were great. The house was spacious and CLEAN. Our group of 12 included a range of adults and kids from ages 60+ to 5. The pool, game room, and additional family area upstairs allowed for plenty of space for everyone to hang out and be comfortable. The neighborhood amenities were also really nice and the location was great—about 40 minutes from the airport and about 25 minutes to Disney.

February Trip 2023

We had a great time with our stay at this house. Overall a very nice place with access to the resort is a bonus on warm days. The game room is nice but does get really hot in the afternoon. Location is good with traffic not too bad getting back to the house. The only issue we had was the pool heat was not turned on the morning of our arrival as indicating it would be. It was turned on the next morning though and we did get reimbursed for the one day but it takes a full day to warm up so you really lose 2 days of pool time waiting to heat up. Pool temp of 85 degrees is something that should be in the description so you know up front what to expect. The management was quick to respond when we contacted them. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would stay at this house again.

Lovely New Nice stop the fabreeze

Was New Nice Everything As Described. Please stop using the fabreeze.... that smell is awful and it was everywhere. I would have wanted to wash everything just to get that smell off, but it was on the furniture and drapes. Please find a true cleaning product like lysol or vinegar or bleach, not fabreeze which causes migraines, which it did for me and I had to sleep with the window open just to ease my pain.

Felt like home

Nice but room for improvements

The house was very spacious for our group of 10 adults. The linens/pillow area was still damp on one of the beds our first night, I assume from the cleaning service not drying sheets completely. This was the first house I have rented with empty salt/pepper containers so we replenished those so hopefully the next guest has salt/pepper, along with a big stack of coffee filters. The fridge stopped working on day 2 but maintenance came out on the same day and got it working. Good proximity to Parks but traffic on 192 can be a pain during busy times. Not good cell coverage (multiple providers) inside the house, but wifi worked well.

Thanksgiving Birthday Celebration

We traveled to celebrate our Mom's 75th birthday which was on Thanksgiving. Upon arriving we were disappointed that the pool was not heated as we had indicated in our original reservation back on June 24th. When we contacted the host she indicated that there was another step and that there was some miscommunication. She said she would schedule a technician to come and turn on the heat. We did not receive communication letting us know that it would happen on Thanksgiving so we called the property management numbers that were left by the host and they indicated that nothing would happen on Thanksgiving. Eventually the pool heater was turned on but did not heat the pool or hot tub efficiently. Upon arrival the water in the pool was below the jet. Because the pool and hot tub were not heated we did go to the Club house and found the people there to be very helpful. We enjoyed our time in the lazy river and hot tub there. There were 12 of us that traveled here for Thanksgiving. The pans in the place were not adequate for the number of people in the home. We had one medium skillet, 1 kitchen dish towel and no kitchen washrag. The sink did not have a stopper to run dishwater to wash counters and dishes that did not fit in the dishwasher. The property did not have a house book with information similar to other properties that we have stayed at. Although we enjoyed our time as a family, we did not feel that the service provided lived up to our expectations. We were only charged for 3 days of pool heating instead of 5 but felt that we deserved other compensation because on the day of arrival and Thanksgiving day we were not able to enjoy the pool and hot tub at our location. We specifically booked this place because of that feature. We were traveling with people with mobility issues who would have greatly benefited from a pool and hot tub on Wednesday and Thursday after a long day of travel. Our trip was only 4 days. Had we known that this was not going to happen we would have booked at another location. The host was not willing to compensate us for those troubles feeling that only charging for 3 days was enough.

September Wedding!!

We had our daughter’s wedding in Orlando, coming from NY this house worked out perfectly. Clean and very spacious for everyone. I would definitely recommend to others.

Beautiful Home

Our family of 11 spent 5 days at this property. It was very spacious and many great amenities (pool, game room, community pool and lazy river). When traveling with 4 kids (12,9,6,4 - all boys🙄). They had something to do all the time!.

Great stay for a group!

We LOVED this property! It was a great mix of hotel amenities with the comfort of home. The house was very spacious and clean. Amenities not listed included a pack and play, high chair, pool floats, and safety gate around the pool. These are all convenient for stays with toddlers! The back overlooks some type of horse farm property which was fun for the kids to look at and added some privacy. The clubhouse was in walking distance and includes a free arcade room, arts and crafts, and the splash park and lazy river. We would absolutely stay in this property again!

Overwhelmed

I was so excited to see that the property looked exactly like the advertisement. It was very cozy. The set up was awesome. My husband and I stayed downstairs and everyone else was upstairs. It was a very pleasant place to spend time with your family. I would definitely make reservations with this agency again. We loved it.
