Overall a very good experience. Owner was very accomodating and made sure we were happy and satisfied with the rental. Home was very clean and spacious. Worked very well for our annual golf trip. I would recommend the pool and hot tub heating for ful enjoyment of the amenities.

We had the BEST family vacation here! There were 18 of us staying in the home and we had plenty of space for everyone to spread out, relax and be comfortable. The house was absolutely spotless and beautifully maintained, it felt welcoming the minute we walked in! The yard and pool were a huge hit! The kids swam nonstop and the adults loved relaxing by the fire pit while taking in the lake views. The big theater room was another favorite! The location was ideal, close to the parks but still very peaceful and quiet! And Barry, our host, was incredible! His communication was amazing from start to finish and he made everything so easy!!!This home truly made our trip unforgettable. We would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!

Plenty of beautiful space and comfy beds. Barry is a wonderful host--offered food and to-do ideas during our stay and excellent communication. When the hot tub wasn't "hot", sent his property manager, Jennifer, over right away. Answered any and all questions about the house functions (electronics and alarms). Would stay again and bring more family!

The house was set up perfectly to handle our group of twelve both on the patio or inside the house. The kitchen had every item we needed, including two full size refrigerators. The heated pool was great even though it was chilly during our January vacation. We can't wait to come back.

AMAZING stay! I cannot express enough gratitude to the owner, Barry, for everything he did to help us enjoy a relaxing, seamless, and truly magical Christmas. This property is exceptional, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top‑tier vacation experience.I have rented through VRBO at least 30 times over the past 15 years, and this was by far my best experience yet. There were many reasons for that, but the owner’s personal involvement and commitment to ensuring we were well taken care of truly stood out. This was a last‑minute booking with guests already en route, and the owner was incredibly helpful, understanding, and proactive throughout the entire process. He went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful Christmas stay.The home itself is beautifully appointed and extremely comfortable. From the expansive outdoor entertainment and pool area to the impressive home theatre room, every space exceeded our expectations. My entire family was amazed by the interior, but with the beautiful weather and such a fantastic outdoor setup, we found ourselves spending most of our time outside. Our nightly Christmas movie marathons in the theatre room were a highlight and created memories we’ll never forget.

We usually stay in a Disney property but couldn't find a place large enough to accommodate our group of 14 and ended up having an awesome stay at this comfortable home to celebrate my mom's birthday. The house was well suited for our group ranging in ages 4-70. We were so happy with the comfortable beds, the awesome game room/ theater, the pool, the hot tub and and the well stocked kitchen that had everything we needed. The location was perfect and close to the parks and we all felt like we had plenty of space to spread out for time away when needed. The host was super responsive and communication was A would definitely stay again and would certainly recommend!

Amazing house

Party of 15. 8 adults and 7 children. We had the best holiday ever in the most amazing house that catered for our every need. We only wish we could do it every year. Wonderful hosts who were extremely helpful throughout the booking process and answered every query we had during our stay. Would highly recommend for a large group.

The house was as advertised. Plenty of room for 5 adult males on a business trip. Kitchen was very well equipped, the beds were comfortable and we all had our own ensuite bathroom. I will stay there again if business brings me back to Orlando

Kissimmee House

Property was as listed. Very comfortable for our group of 14. Pool was a little cool the 1st 2 days. Maybe if the pool heater was started earlier on day 1, the 2nd day might have been better. Overall good location and lots of activities at the house to keep all ages busy. The owner was very attentive to our needs and questions. Thanks for sharing your home!

"Exceptional"

Spacious and very comfortable house, perfect for spending a few days with family. It’s fully equipped, even if you’re traveling with a baby, as it has all the necessary amenities. The location is ideal, very close to the Orlando parks, making it even more convenient. Communication with the owners was excellent—always attentive and helpful. Definitely a highly recommended house, and we would absolutely stay here again. Five well-deserved stars!

Star of the Show!

I simply cannot say enough positive things about this property as well as its owner and management. This home is clean, beautiful, tastefully appointed, and clearly well cared for. The interior is decorated in a way that manages to feel both comfortable and upscale. The bed linens are so soft. All of us enjoyed the mattresses. The bath towels are perfect. The movie room is even better than the photos. Five downstairs bedrooms, four with ensuites was a wonderful touch for our several family members who do not handle stairs well. The kitchen had plenty of seasonings and extras that were wonderful additions to our stay. The screened in pool with water slide was a hit for our entire family. The covered lanai boasts a large outdoor television, a pool table, a fantastic outdoor kitchen, a counter height fire pit dining table with chairs, and a large array of very comfortable seating. We spent most of our free time outside. There is also access to an actual back yard with space to play cornhole or whatever else you might desire. The real piece that makes this property stand out, however, is its owner and management. Barry, the homeowner, is the single best host I have ever dealt with for a vacation rental. He and Jenn, the property manager, are a great team and both clearly care about their property and renters. Barry reached out on a regular basis to make sure we had everything we needed. You absolutely cannot go wrong by renting this home!

All of our party really enjoyed their stay! We had excellent communication with management before, during, and after. The house was spacious for the 9 adults and 8 teenagers to spread out and relax. Best home and backyard ever

We were there for a cheer competition. Four couples and two teens until the last night when when our 4 cheerleaders joined us. This home has everything you could need or want. Fully equipped, best backyard. All beds super comfy. I have been renting homes in Orlando area for over ten years and this is the best. I wish I could have given more stars to communication. Any questions I sent before or during our stay were promptly answered by the home owner, Barry. Seriously replies were within minutes. I believe Barry honestly cares that his home is beyond expectation and he goes the extra mile to help with anything even if it just for advice. I have never stayed in the same place twice, mainly just to try different homes, but we plan to be back same time next year.

Three generations of family for Family wedding

This property is stunning! The location was perfect and the host was very accommodating. We spent four nights there with three generations of our family and friends before our daughter’s wedding and we enjoyed every minute we were there. My 26 year old son was able to fish right from the back yard and caught several large mouth Bass before releasing then back into the pond. The pool was amazing, the house is extremely well stocked with everything you could possibly want. For large families or group of friends this is definitely the perfect option.

Stunning home! A wonderful place to stay

I highly recommend this home for your next vacation to Orlando. It was stunning, very clean and spacious. Updated throughout. There was plenty of room for everyone. We loved spending time in the heated pool and hotub while enjoying the beautiful view of the pond. The beds were so comfy with quality linens. The house is fully stocked with everything we needed. The movie room is amazing too! The home is located in a safe gated community. A very easy 10-15min drive to Disney parks. Barry was very easy to get in contact with. This home is one of the best places that I have ever rented. I hope to stay again if I return to Orlando. Thank you Barry!
