The Space:

Your family’s Orlando getaway starts in this newly built, thoughtfully decorated two-story villa in Reunion Resort. With five bedrooms, three themed kids’ rooms, plenty of room to gather, and access to six resort-style community pools, it’s an inviting home base for theme-park adventures and downtime together. Accommodates up to 15 registered guests.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS

Bedroom 1 (first floor): 1 king bed, Smart TV, private ensuite bathroom with double sinks.

Bedroom 2 (second floor, Cars theme): 1 full bed and 1 twin-over-twin bunk bed.

Bedroom 3 (second floor): 2 full beds and Smart TV.

Bedroom 4 (second floor, Mickey theme): 1 full bed and 1 twin-over-twin bunk bed.

Bedroom 5 (second floor, Princess theme): 1 full bed and 1 twin-over-twin bunk bed.

BATHROOMS

3 full bathrooms and 1 half bathroom. The first-floor king suite has its own bathroom. The second floor has 2 full bathrooms. A half bathroom is located downstairs near the entrance.

REUNION RESORT COMMUNITY AMENITIES

Your stay includes access to six resort-style community pools across five Reunion locations, along with select hot tubs, fitness areas, and playgrounds. Community-pool access cards are provided, and no additional fee applies for these included community amenities.

• Seven Eagles: large resort-style community pool, hot tubs, fitness rooms, and linear park.

• Homestead: pool, children's wading pool, and hot tub.

• Carriage Point: pool and hot tub.

• Heritage Crossing: two community pools (A and B), children's wading pool, and hot tub.

• The Terraces: pool, hot tub, gazebo, and pavilion.

• Additional community recreation: playground near Liberty Bluff; playground and outdoor fitness center near Grand Traverse Parkway.

Note: Reunion Resort's Water Park, golf courses, tennis, pickleball, and miniature golf belong to a private club and are not included with this stay. Community facilities and hours are subject to community rules.



Guest Access:

Enjoy easy, contactless self-check-in with a personalized smart-lock access code shared before arrival. We will also provide the gated-community arrival instructions before your stay.

Guests may use the entire home and the included Reunion community amenities listed above. Pool access cards will be provided.

Parking is available for 2 vehicles in the driveway. Street parking is permitted only in designated areas.

Wi-Fi and access to the eligible community pools are included at no additional charge.



The Neighborhood:

Experience the Orlando area from the beautiful, gated Reunion Resort community, known for its landscaped grounds, attractive neighborhoods, and relaxing vacation atmosphere. It’s a welcoming retreat after a full day at the theme parks.

Walt Disney World is approximately 6 miles from the resort, while Disney Springs and the wider Orlando attraction area are a convenient drive away. Restaurants, cafés, grocery stores, and shopping are close by, with many everyday options roughly 5–10 minutes away by car.

Here, you can enjoy the excitement of Orlando during the day and come back to a quieter place to reconnect with family and friends.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended for visiting the Disney parks, other Orlando attractions, shopping, and restaurants. The home is inside Reunion Resort, so allow time for the community entrance and travel between the different pool locations.

Parking: 2 vehicles in the driveway; street parking only where designated. Detailed gate and arrival instructions are provided before check-in.



Other Things to Note:

Check-in: from 4:00 PM. Check-out: by 10:00 AM.

Maximum occupancy is 15 registered guests. The booking guest must be at least 25 years old and stay at the property.

Only registered guests may use the property and included community amenities. No pets, smoking, vaping, parties, or large gatherings. Quiet hours: 10:00 PM–7:00 AM.

Please keep food and drinks downstairs and remove shoes on the staircase and second floor. Follow all applicable Reunion Resort community, security, and parking rules.

Early check-in and late check-out may be available for an additional fee, subject to availability.

A complimentary starter supply of basic consumables is provided; additional items needed during your stay are guests' responsibility. More detailed instructions will be shared before arrival.
