Great pool!

The house was a great size for my husband, myself and our five adult children (ages 18-25). We used the pool and patio area everyday. It is a quick ride to the Disney Parks and located near many shopping centers.

Close to attractions and convenient

Host was quick to communicate and facilitate any needs we had. Property was clean and had plenty of facilities with a clean pool. Felt secure and safe in neighborhood. Close to everything and easily accessible.

Great home and Location

This house is very nice and comfortable. It is clean and well stocked. The location is a very close drive to the parks, we felt we got back to the house quicker then we got back to our rooms when we stayed on property. The pool is very nice and comfortable, the hot tub is perfect for after you have been at the parks all day. We came back from the parks early several nights just to hang out in the pool. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet, seemed safe. I liked the daily garbage pick up. I did not have to worry about missing garbage day. It was quick and easy to get a pass for the front gate, and they have a nice club house and community pool there as well. There were several grocery stores close and general shopping and lots of nice restaurants within 5 miles of the house.

Perfect vacation!

After many problems with another property, this house was perfect. Clean (but could be better) and with everything we need for a great vacation. In a super quiet and safe neighborhood. This house is close to all family activities Regarding booking issues before this house, the Vrbo team was very helpful, quick and efficient in sorting out the problem....THANK YOU!

Family fun spacious

This property is as listed. Nice big rooms accommodating 8/10 people a few more if you have small kids. Hot tub/ pool is great you do pay up for heated so I did cause it was chilly. It appears to be indoors but the pool is actually open it is covered by screen which on a warm day is amazing and it was great eating breakfast and dinner out by the pool.. overall 10/10 I would stay again. It is within 25 miles of the airport and 15/20 miles from some of the parks that are closer to the air port.. u will not be disappointed.

Wonderful stay

We arrived late and I could not find my email with all the info. Called the number and the quickly answered and helped. The heat was on in the pool and the got tub was a blast ( the water was a little low in it but we enjoyed it every night after the parks). Quiet neighborhood. We was like 10 minutes from disney. Planning a trip back soon and hope we can stay here.

Nice Home, Not Managed Well

Owners have a very nice home, and have updated some things, such as granite countertops. Owners are also very responsive. The problems arise where management is involved. Arrived at home and couldn't get in because manager "messed up the code". One manager returned to the property and gave us another code to get in, another manager returned our call, TWO HOURS LATER, to make sure we got in. After gaining access, we found food (a cracker) and a used paper towel in the bedroom. There were batteries missing from one of the Disney-themed childrens bedroom smoke detector (we knew this because it was left open). Also, we found doors and windows were left unlocked when we arrived. The bed we used could be replaced, though it may have just been the lack of firmness we did not like. We didn't realize the pool was not clean for days until the pool company came and brushed the walls and shocked it and we saw how clean it had become after the much needed cleaning. We didn't use the game room, but it had a nice pool table and air hockey. The appliances in the home looked updated but the cleaners lack of cleanliness was apparent! They left a used wet dish sponge next to the dish washer tablets (rendering them un-usable) and dish soap, what a nasty mess!? Another questionable issue is with the request to have towels washed and leave them to sit in the new washer until cleaners arrive? Probably not a good thing to do? We found all towels smelling like mold, leaving us to wash them before use! Some management companies send out all towels and linens to be washed between guests, which ensures they are properly sanitized! (A good practice in these pandemic times) All being said, nice home, responsive owners and nice resort!

Good for 4 people.

Overall it was a good fit for us. The hot tub and pool where perfect. The beds are squeaky. There is a dog that barks but it did not bark at us. It barked at people walking by. It’s could use some more upgrades in the master bath. It defiantly looks like they are updating floors currently tho. We all said we would stay again.

Traditional bungalow in a handy location for the parks

The villa was easy to find and accessible, within an established gated community. Everything on one floor so would be handy for families with older relatives. The bungalow had a traditional feel to it but would benefit from a few upgrades. The neighbourhood seemed to have a mix of holidaymakers and residents, some of which were noisy at times. In particular, there was a barking dog which woke us all up at 6am every morning, including Xmas Day. The pool felt a little overlooked as it had a road running by it. Overall, a reasonably good value option, but not without its drawbacks.

Do not book!!!!

Hello, first of all the property management was terrible, the WiFi is horrendous, the house as very but the info is terrible the “hot tub” isn’t hot you have to pay 25 dollars to heat it up and the pool is very cold even when you pay to heat it up and if you do it on a Sunday is very expensive about 70 dollars. Also I will say it again the service from the property manger is horrible he is rude and very disrespectful I very much liked the house but I just didn’t like the service if you can find somewhere else a lil more expensive I would do that or find other house on the property just don’t go there.

A retreat

Arrived around 4pm and found everything in order, easy access at security gate. Villa was clean and presented well. Pictures on VRBO are accurate. Plenty of space, kitchen well equipped, lots of linen/towels for pool and showers. Beds comfortable, lots of hangers and storage space. For us it was worth the extra cost of heating pool and hot tub, used every day. The resort itself is very well maintained, quiet and secure. Enjoyed both out quiet time at villa and active time outside resort.
