The space was clean and welcoming with a nice layout. Plenty of space for our family of four and safe for our baby to crawl around. Lots of towels, clean linens , and pillows.Our only issue was the pool heat. We paid for heating and still found it too cold to swim in. The hot tub was not “hot” even when warmed up, it did get warmer than the pool so our daughter was able to swim in that area. We enjoyed the area! Starbucks right beside and lots of places to eat! The parks are all close depending on traffic and the area was quiet. ( Both neighbours on either side were smokers (cigarettes and recreational) though and this did impede our time outside a bit. We know you can’t chose your neighbours ever so this doesn’t impact our rating, but wanted to mention in case anyone has allergies.

House was great! Owner was very attentive to any questions we had. Location is close by to anything you may need during your stay. House is well stocked to get you started for your stay. My family and I rent multiple times a year in this area and were very happy with this house.

We absolutely loved this Villa. It was our first time in Florida and we definitely made the right choice with this villa. The location is perfect for getting around. Plenty of shops, restaurants etc a few minutes drive from the villa. Disney and universal are also easily accessible from here. Pool was great, rooms are spacious and clean. I honestly dont have a bad word to say about it. We are planning to come back in two years and there is no where else i would want to stay.

A great time

This villa was lovely. It had everything you would ever want for a stay. There was plenty of crockery, cutlery, the kitchen was well equipped. The villa is situated in a quiet residential development and ideal to relax in after a hectic day in the parks. We looked forward to coming back each day to take advantage of the lovely pool and hot tub.Overall we found the villa very comfortable and welcoming and we, without question, strongly recommend for anyone to escape the humdrum of the parks each day.

Lovely place to unwind after busy day at the parks

It is a lovely quiet and relaxing place to stay and unwind after a busy day at the parks. It has everything you could want the pool is lovely as well. It's a nice neighbourhood in a great location, close to the highways, interstate and theme parks. We often went out to one of the theme parks early, came back and relaxed in the pool for a bit then went back in the evening it's about 30 mins drive to Disneyland. I would avoid the i4 though as it was always crawling day and night.

Nice Place & Awesome Host

The host was VERY accommodating. Replied to all questions and requests in rapid time. Located in a close, but quiet community. Was on a 4 girls girl's weekend and the house supplied all our kitchen needs. Bring toilet paper (first roll supplied), paper towels and napkins as none are provided. Having the private pool was a huge plus.

The house had everything you need to prepared meals in the home. The pool and hot tub was great. Grocery store located near home. Plenty of bedding and blankets. We enjoyed our time at the home.

Overall good

The house is very nice and it's quite large. Roomie. The location is very comfortable. There is a pool and hot tub and it's a nice backyard. But the hot tub wasn't working and did not work the entire time I was there. And there were just a few little things. There was absolutely no toilet paper in the house. What little bit was on each roll and that was it. Seems like that should be supplied. Property manager was responsive initially about the hot tub, but I have yet to hear back regarding an adjustment in price.

One word: Amazing!!

Everything in the house was perfect, fully equipped for an enjoyable vacation. The house is very comfortable and homey, clean and inviting. Our host Sandra was very responsive (even answering texts at 11 pm to settle a question on setting the AC), the property manager was also extremely responsive and helpful. I can’t even find a negative comment to add, this was honestly an amazing experience! Thank you Sandra!

Wonderful property

We absolutely loved this home. It was very clean and comfortable. Oh my the beds were incredibly comfortable. Very spacious rooms. Well appointed kitchen. Close to shopping and restaurants. The owner was incredibly friendly and helpful. Very well organized. Would definitely stay here again.

comfortable & clean

These 3 beds 2 bath was just very nice. The kitchen had everything you would need. The beds were very comfortable and the house was nice and clean. The neighborhood was quiet which we appreciated and close to shopping. I will say if you can't figure out anything there are little reminders and notes everywhere. The weather almost hit record highs for May, which felt like a 100 the weatherman said, we were comfortable with the AC set at 77 and having the ceiling fans going. We traveled from ME so you would think we would have an issue with the heat but no we didn't. We weren't bothered by anyone coming by to check on us, unlike every other VRBO we have rented, which at times was inconvenient. The numbers for anything you will need are left to use if you need to. They have put together a book with options of things to do or where to eat. We would rent this lovely home again in a heartbeat. It was an easy process from the time of booking to the time with left.

The house is exactly as it is described in the listing. Pool was clean and quite nice. The property is a bit dated. It is definitely not a luxury property. All the fixtures appear to be original builders grade quality and focused on costs vs. design / aesthetics. The house is very close to other properties on both sides and back - absolutely no privacy. Other reviews have mentioned the notes everywhere. There are notes all over the house. Some appeared to be a bit ridiculous- for example, is there really a need to put a note on the refrigerator to close the door or notes on toilets on how to flush? We never heard from owner or property manager to check in on how the stay was going. The house is marketed as a Disney house however the property is at least 30 minutes with no traffic or 45-60 minutes with traffic. Review might appear overly harsh - that is not my intention just trying to give an honest review of the property.

Clean and convenient

Choosing to stay at this property over a hotel was the best decision we could have made for our vacation. First of all, Sandra is an awesome host and we cannot thank her enough for making our first VRBO stay a great one. Upon arrival our first impression of the house was that it is well maintained and very clean. The location is very convenient if you are heading out to any of the Disney parks as you are able to avoid the nightmare that is Interstate 4. Our next trip to the area we will consider ourselves lucky if we are able to book this location again.
