Our stay was amazing! Having the heated pool at the end of our days at Universal was perfect. We loved that we all had our own bathrooms. Used the laundry as well. The game room was a big hit with our younger one too!

5 degrees warmer would have been nice. Toilet seat in hall bath is missing a hinge. Pool lights did not work (no big deal). Kitchen was great and fully equipped. Thanks for a great stay.

The host is truly the standout here. He is the most responsive (and helpful) host I have ever dealt with on any platform. His assistance in arranging to have a wheelchair at the house when we got there was incredibly helpful. My stepmom had a wonderful 80th birthday thanks to his help.

We had a wonderful stay at this Vacation home! The house was big, spacious, and clean, with plenty of room for everyone to relax comfortably. The location was perfect, very close to Disney World and only about 20–30 minutes from Universal Studios. The home is tucked away from traffic and main roads, making it feel private and peaceful. The pool area looked great as well, even though we didn’t get a chance to use it. Overall, this was an excellent place to stay, and we would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

We had a perfect stay in this house. Pretty well equipped. The owners took care of any requests very fast. A huge plus the house is not part of gated community. For the next guest the pool light will be fixed.

Family Vacation

I truly enjoyed my stay with my Mom and two sons, their girlfriends and my grandson. We went to Mario World and Universal!! The house was great place to rest and all to have space. My mom was able to stay and relax while the kids enjoyed the parks.

Best place ever!

This home had everything we could ask for and more! The beautifully well maintained screened-in pool and hot tub were by far a highlight of our family vacation! I really liked the privacy fence as well! When my kids were not in the pool you could find them playing games with the foosball table & ping pong table! The air conditioning and bedroom ceiling fans provided us great comfort! My husband and I were extremely delighted with the comfort of our bed and loved the pillows!!! Each bedroom had several charging stations and various lighting options. There was an abundance of bathroom towels and beach towels available. The fully stocked kitchen had everything we needed & all appliances worked beautifully! (Especially the ice machine) My husband and I are both history teachers and we loved the travel decor & large living room map!We have had several vacation rentals in the past & none of them were as well-cared for as Bob & Dawnmarie’s place! Bob & Dawnmarie really are super hosts! They are genuine good people! I highly recommend this place to everyone! Thank you both for everything! Dave & Eleanor

A great place to stay for a family on vacation

This was my first time renting a house for a vacation, and for the most part, it was a fantastic place to call home for almost 2 weeks. The location is about perfect, as it's not far from any of the major attractions in Orlando, but then is also on the correct side of Orlando to make it easier to go to Tampa for a day.It cannot be understated how much it helps everyone's attitudes to have a separate bedroom for each kid, and that there was space to spread out during down times!The house was clean on arrival, and felt very homey. I really liked the fact that the pool was salt water instead of the typical chlorinated water, as multiple members of my family are sensitive to chlorine.There was one evening when we had to call the property management company at 8PM because the A/C was resetting itself and not running, and they came out in about a half hour to take care of it, so I was impressed with that speed of responsiveness.Would I want to stay here again? Definitely.That's not to say that everything was perfect, but most of the imperfect items are relatively minor maintenance issues that would be fairly easy to correct:-ripped screens surrounding the pool-Some of the cookware was obviously damaged (bent) by previous renters, and these pieces should be replaced-Nearly all of the dining room chairs were wobbly with loose screws, and while none of them actually broke, we were nervous that any one of them might break at any time we were using them for meals.

Mother daughter stay in Florida

This is a beautiful corner property in a really quiet neighborhood. A screened in pool and a nive Lanai were great, spent a lot of time relaxing there. They thought of everything amenity-wise and the decor is just charming, really made the stay special. I had a few check-in glitches and I missed the property management card taped to the window. So I messaged through vrbo and I believe it was the owner Bob who called me and was very helpful to straighten things out quickly! I just loved staying in this house and pretending it was mine for a few days.

Beautiful vacation spot

We spent a week at this property, the house was beautifully decorated, clean and well stocked with towels and necessities. The pool was clean and got sun for most of the day. The owner was very quick to respond to any questions we had regarding our stay and was very helpful. We would definitely stay at this property again in the future.
