Yes we used the hot tub mostly due to being tired and sore after long days visiting the parks and walking a lot. It was nice at the end of the day to relieve our sore muscles.Only three of the jets in the hot tub were working, which was not a big deal as mostly my husband and I were the only ones getting in, our adult kids preferred hanging out in the game room. But you may want to have it serviced for future guests.Our adult children who are all hugs star wars fans and gamers LOVED the game room as a great place to hang out and connect as siblings.

Our vacation was made all the better because of our stay in this fabulous home. Everything was just perfect. Our hosts paid special attention to every detail that resulted in our best stay yet in the Emerald Island Resort. Before we left home for our vacation home, we asked questions regarding items that we might need to bring. There wasn’t anything that our hosts didn’t already take into account. The beds were so comfortable. The kitchen was completely stocked with everything we needed. The backyard pool was ideal. Our hosts made themselves available for any issue or question that came up. I highly recommend this home to anyone who is thinking about vacationing in an area near the Disney World Parks. We will definitely be contacting our hosts again when it comes time for our next vacation.

Family Vacation 2025

The home was amazing! Paul was an excellent host and made my stay very welcoming. My grand kids loved the game room and pool area! We’ve visited Emerald Island every year for our family vacations for the past maybe 10 years! We have never been let down! This home is very spacious and clean! Great stay. Contact with property management was wonderful. Had a problem with the hot tub initially but the property manager and the maintenance folks were great. The problem was resolved and there were no other issues. The property manager even text weekly to make sure all was well. The pool people were a delight also. Very friendly. The garage room was great. Star Wars themed with comfortable furnishings. The property as a whole was as expected. The location is excellent with the proximity to the parks and shopping outstanding. I would recommend this property to others and will certainly rebook next time we visit the area.

The house was nice, very roomy. They need to update the sheets, they are very rough on the skin. They need to provide face wash towels. The house was clean, but the furniture in the bedrooms need to be dusted. We had 2 issues, 1 was fixed, but caused some inconvenience, the other was not but we were tefunded the cost. causedsome inc

Fantastic house - everything you need and great location

We had a fantastic stay in this lovely house. We were two families with 4 children and there was plenty of space for us all. The bedrooms were great size and enough bathrooms for us all. Great house, great location (lovely and quiet), great pool - loved everything. The owners were very responsive to a couple of queries we had. Would highly recommend this house, we would love to come back again some time

Visiting our Disney College Program Kid

Our daughter is in the DCP program and we are taking advantage of trying to visit as often as possible. This house was perfect for our needs. Nice and quiet, plenty of space to spread out...we even were able to allow my son to bring a friend along with him...and the house is nice and clean. Communication with the owner was excellent. She checked on us throughout the week and we honestly never had any issues or questions at all. We loved our stay and plan on visiting again. Thank you! :)

We had a few issues when we arrived and the host was very prompt in fixing the issues. It is easy to get to the parks and restaurants from the location. The only complaint I really have is the fact that the upstairs and the game room never were comfortably cool. The place has lots of hangout space whether for a small group or a larger family or you have plenty of room to find a quite place alone if that is what you want. Again, the host was easy to work with and very quick to get back with us.
