We absolutely loved staying in this villa. We loved where the villa was in Formosa Gardens it was very quiet. We loved the interior and the way the villa had be finished (loved the fancy Bath) How clean everything was it was spotless! As this is very important to us. Also it was easy to chat to Charles if we needed to. We only wish we were there longer and it was our home

Amazing Property

We worked for a few days, Wi-Fi was easy and worked for video calls without issue. The house is a great location to Disney, several restaurants and grocery stores. Highly recommend.

Amazing stay in a perfect location

We stayed at this beautiful villa for two weeks and couldn’t have asked for a better experience for our family. The villa was incredibly spacious and spotlessly clean, with a fabulous pool area that became our favourite spot to relax when not visiting the parks. We travelled with young children, so really appreciated the baby equipment in the villa. Charles and Jo were extremely helpful and always quick to respond to any questions we had, which made the whole stay stress-free and enjoyable. We highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a wonderful holiday home in a great location with fabulous owners. We’d definitely love to return!

Clean family home very close to Disney

Very clean, well-kept 6bed, 4 bath only 15 minutes from Disney. Superb movie theater room, well stocked kitchen, beautiful pool and hot tub. Great home for older jids/teens/ more than one couple. Highly recommend!!

Excellent property and loved the location.

The excellent property we loved the location, and the large swimming pool with hot tub, which backs onto landscaped gardens, feels very private. This is the first time we have had a hot tub that works compared to other homes we have stayed in previously. The owners are outstanding.

Fabulous! Everything was new, and the movie theater was the icing on the cake! The beds were comfy, the water pressure was great, and the hosts were very attentive to our questions and responded quickly. I hope we will have the opportunity to stay here again!

The place and owners are absolutely brilliant.

We normally stayed in the Reunion and Windsor Palm and other places around the area, but to be completely honest, this location and home are by far and mean a long way better than the rest. This was the best equipped, best-maintained home and location we stayed in. Charle and Joanne are by far the most brilliant owners and hosts we have ever been in touch with. This beautiful home felt like the place had not been stayed in. The home was super clean and tidy. We appreciate good beds and mattresses (poor bedding has ruined past holidays). The house exceeded all expectations—it’s even better than the pictures! Immaculately clean and beautifully modern, it’s equipped with every imaginable kitchen item you could need. Most of our time was spent lounging by the spacious pool or enjoying the incredible cinema room—both were highlights of our stay. We also had a couple of unforgettable BBQ nights, dining under the glow of the pool and deck lights. Charles and Jo were phenomenal hosts, providing seamless communication every step of the way—before, during, and even after our stay. Their attentiveness and care made the experience all the more special. I couldn’t recommend them more highly for finding your perfect getaway in Kissimmee. It was a dream stay from start to finish

Really really great !

As a kick off - Fermosa Gardens is a fantastic location. Gated community and well spaced villas in a plush setting and very close to Celebration and the Parks. The villa has been recently upgraded and the spec is top class - well designed and a great layout - though it does suit adults more than younger kids. Villa was absolutely spotless. Equipped with all the utensils we needed and more. Nice touch to have drinks in the fridge. Hosts were great and checking in very well organised. The best villa we have stayed in so far in Orlando !

We have to say the pictures do not do this home justice. The home was immaculate, the pool area is private and secluded (It looked like we backed onto a rainforest). The owners are fantastic. They seem to not have a lot of availability, and we know why after staying with them just amazing. We will not hesitate to look up any of the homes from Aunger Vacation Homes at Formosa Gardens Estates first again next time we come to Florida, and we come a lot.

From booking the villa to when we arrived we could not have wished for a more prompt and friendly service from Charles & Jo. Extremely professional whilst friendly and approachable. The villa was not only beautiful, every single detail had been thought of down to enough tea, sugar and coffee to see us through until we got to the shops. The villa was so comfortable, the beds, the bedding top quality and probably the most comfortable villa stay we have ever had and we have been many times. On our last day our flight was delayed and Charles & Jo allowed us to stay and have a late check out at 3pm which they didn't need to do but they did it because it's all about service to them and they certainly know how to provide it! Charles & Jo deserve all the stars and we cannot recommend booking through them enough!!

We can't thank you enough for an excellent holiday in your villa. After traveling from Europe, you hear lots of stories about the villa's not being what they are in the photos. We say 100% say what you see is exactly what you get here and more. The main reason we choose this villa is that the owners own and manage the villa themselves, there is no third party to deal with, and the pictures don't look fake or old. The owners care about you every step, from booking to arrival and even leaving. We would highly recommend Charles and Joanne and this villa.

This was quite unexpected it was a Luxurious Lavish Neighborhood and after a drive around the block you realize this could likely be your Floridian Paradise. It was a cold November Thanksgiving but the pool was very warm as requested. We stayed in it. The host's communications were great, which made the whole experience quite comforting. Our whole team felt pampered by the property. We really enjoyed the drive around the neighborhood. The LOCATION is as GOOD as it GETS to Disney-Universal--Sea World Margaritaville & all the restaurants, shopping, & cheap souvenir shops for a memorable FLORIDA EXPERIENCE.
