STAY AWAY FROM

I plan my trip 3 months advance and paid. 20 of my family all from out of states (flights/ driving for 12 hours) The host never gave us a check information. I text, called and Vrbo emailed &called for me as well.No response the check in day host cancelled my reservation. Very stressful, hurt and you can imagine with family on the way. I Don’t want any you to ever feel that. I never leave a bad review. But worst feeling

Good communication

Originally was suppose to stay here but last minute switched properties because of a leak in this property. The upgrade Matteus gave us was amazing and we were happy to have gotten a new place and not just a sorry heres your refund. Very nice communication with him.

Family time

Overall the house was good, once we got there. Communication with the host was not great/delayed. So we were not able to check in until after 4pm as we did not have any info. However the process at the gate was not an issue as we had provided all adult names prior so that went smoothly!There were a couple minor issues like anOutside light for the pool wouldn’t work and the fridge leaked. More towels and washcloths would be helpful! Overall you can’t beat the location and the house itself was clean and nice and accommodated our needs. We enjoyed our stay.

Big family stay

Everyone said Best Vacation ever. Lots and lots of time playing air hockey, miniature golf, swimming in house pool and community pool, and going down the lazy river. Big slides not as big a hit. Never seeing this before it was a little different having the pool be the same temperature as the hot tub so either hot tub is too cold or pool is too hot. But overall was great.

Family Vacation

We chose this property for a vacation with family and friends (a group of 24, including kids). The house was perfect and it was exactly as announced. We had an amazing time! The communication was great. Every time we sent a message, in a matter of minutes we received a reply (before and during our stay). We would definitely recommend this house. The house provided all the towels, sheets, and utensils (knife, fork, plates, silverware, pans, trays et,) The only suggestion I would make is to have a larger quantity of silverware and maybe some other pans and containers available. Overall, the house is great!! Thank you, Matteus for everything!

Disappointed

It was very difficult communicating with our host prior to arriving. Upon arriving we were told that we were not registered and had to wait at the gate. This information was sent to our host twice prior to our arrival. The house was not equipped with all needed items for the week. We were told there was a grill, and that is what we needed since our meals were planned around having a grill. The floors were so dirty and our feet showed it. The hot tub never worked and someone left the heater on in the pool and it was extremely hot and unbearable to be in. Thank goodness the curtains rods did not fall off the walls, they were hanging barely on the wall. Also the ice maker was not working properly. Supplies were very limited and having 24 people in the house, it was not the right number of supplies for that many. Toilet paper hangers were also broke. I could go on but I think you get my drift.

Property needs One thing Fixed

The property was in good shape. The TV was difficult to navigate, even with instructions from the manual. The downstairs bedroom with 2 queen beds has a HORRIBLE SMELL. The root cause MUST BE ADDRESSED and not covered up by bleach, fresheners, etc. The trash can was over half full with old building boards, trim boards, etc. in the can. Owner was informed. Some of it was removed on the second last day of our stay.

Disappointing Stay

Our stay started off on the wrong foot from the start. The property manager never sent information regarding the check-in process or the code to access the property. We had 20 people staying at the property and were unaware that everyone's name must be on a list, even visitors. I had to text the property manager to get the access code to the front door and to have him add everyone's name to a list while 20 people sat at the front gate of the entrance to the neighborhood. While the house was pretty tidy upon entrance, we found there was a mouse running around inside the house. The hot tub didn't work. I contacted the property manager two days and he said the pool tech was coming out, but we never saw him. Needless to say, we didn't have the hot tub during our entire stay, which we paid extra for. The water in the showers was lukewarm at best, even when turned to the highest setting, and it was colder in certain bathrooms vs others so we had to share showers just to try to avoid taking a cold shower. I will not stay at this property again.

OUR HOST WAS ONPOINT THE HOUSE WAS AS DESCRIBED

THE HOUSE WAS BIG ENOUGH FOR MY FAMILY, I WISH THEY WOULD HAVE HAD BIGGER POTS. THE ONLY COMPLAINT THAT I HAD WAS THE FIRST BEDROOM WITH 2 QUEEN BEDS DOWNSTAIRS IT SMELLED LIKE SOMETHING DIED IN THE WALLS WE PUT A DEORIZER IT ONLY HELP FOR A LITTLE WHILE THEY HAD TO OPEN THE WINDOWS
