Great location and clean home. Needs some updating with new pool cues and kitchen pans/knifes and cutting boards. The house is so great for a large family, but the pans, skillets and cutting board are for small families. Those are the only reason for 4 stars. I would 100% rent here again.

The house is not very well kept and cleaned, including toilets having mildew which was not just stains. Upon arrival, we found several things broken/not working. Scrap sinks leaked., couch could not expand because it was broken, pool light did not work, drawers in vanities were broken, couple of windows would not stay open or close well, some of the brick by pool were also broken, along with pool light that did not work. Kitchen items for cooking also do not match the size for the amount of people staying at the house. There should be larger pans for eggs and such. The lay out of the house was ideal and theming was great. The property owners were very responsive, which I appreciated. I do not think I would rent this house again due to the mentioned issues.

We really cannot question the perfection of the location of this property. Windsor Hills is perfect for Disney World. The property itself matched our requriements perfectly in regards to size and facilities. So in regards to convenience, feeling safe and being comfortable this property ticks all the boxes.There were a couple of negatives this time though, these did not impact our vacation, however I do feel remedial action is needed to ensure future guests experience the full wow factor this property should offer. The cleanliness of the property was questionable with plenty of dust and grubbiness under the beds (only noticed due to droped items needing to be recovered), the property is also in need of some TLC, towel rails were loose, the pool lights did not work (reported but not resolved) and other areas were tired/worn looking. We also had and issue with the pool alarm and hot tub however these were both resolved pomptly once reported.All in all a great stay and with a bit of attention this would be 5 star property

Perfect location, lovely estate and brilliantly attentive owners, as soon as we had any issues or questions they answered straight away. A couple of the beds were a little squeaky etc but seem to be the case in most US rental properties. Would stay again, thanks again!

Nice house Great location

Location and house was nice. Items reported needing repair, fan vent in bathroom and game room, pool light were not fixed. Host responded quickly. Overall we had a great time. Have stayed in Windsor Hills over 20 years and have always enjoyed it.

Windsor house

Underwhelming, it was not what I was expecting after reading all the reviews. It is in need of a deep cleaning, fresh paint, furniture and appliances from this century. The pool deck is rough and in need of a good power wash as the front entry does too. The beds are uncomfortable especially the one downstairs, it really hurt my back. The sinks and tubs are very old and stained. I wouldn't spend money to stay here again, not worth it when so many nicer, cleaner places are available.

Decent place to stay for Orlando vacation

Pool was nice. Location was good. Resort pool area was very nice and staff were friendly. Nice you can bring your own drinks down to the main resort pool area but can also purchase drinks there. Living room furniture not the most comfortable. Concerned bedding (blankets & pillow shams) not cleaned, only sheets get laundered. Not the most hygienic practice. Recommend this process be changed. Otherwise the home was clean and had no issues.

Beyond Fabulous !!

Fabulous..gorgeous 6 bedroom villa ! So much space and bathrooms / suites for us all !! Fantastic hot tub and pool ! My little grandaughters loved the Ariel room .. and the boys loved the Harry Potter room !! The owner was top- notch to deal with ! So close to the Disney parks .. 5-10 min max ...Starbucks / McDonald's / Walmart 3 min away ..can't wait to return !! Thank You for allowing us to stay in your amazing villa !!

Perfect for an extended family stay!

Really lovely home for an extended family stay! Beds were comfy. For those traveling with small children, perfect easy walk to the playground and great security for the pool. Home reasonably maintained for a high volume rental. Dishwasher was a bit finicky about starting. Also there were several screens missing on the screenhouse around the pool. I assume owners are waiting a bit longer to repair minor damage out of hurricane season and it was not a problem at all for us traveling during winter. But, if you're visiting during love bug season, maybe check in on it!

A good (but just short of great) place, particularly for the price!

TL/DR: The house is in a phenomenal location and the owner was great to work with. The only real negatives were that the house could really use some TLC. But if you’re going to be at the area parks all the time, this place is awesome, and we would absolutely consider staying here again!Check-in/pretrip - SUPER easy, and the owner was both responsive and accommodating of a couple special requests.Location - You’re 10 minutes from Disney property, and there are a TON of restaurants & shopping nearby. Plus, it feels safe, quiet, & well maintained.Cleanliness - Other than a little mildew on the downstairs shower and a couple stains here and there, the place was VERY well kept, so no complaints.Decor - I think “sparse” is the best description. Very little decor around the house, which makes it feel kind of bland. Kids rooms are minimally themed, and the garage is painted, but that’s about it other than a couple generic prints on the walls. Amenities: Really the only disappointing aspect of the stay. For such a nice area, you’d expect a bit more than maybe half a roll of paper towels, less than 1 roll of TP & washcloth per bathroom, & 1 trash bag. Even in the game room, of 5 pool cues, only one was usable, & the table is badly warped.There is nothing about this property that a trip to Costco & some TLC couldn’t improve, and it has a LOT to recommend it. If you’re just looking for a place to sleep (& maybe swim) between park visits, you should absolutely check it out!

Property was everything described. Perfect for our 3 families. We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub too. And the property manager was wonderful and accommodating to last minute changes and a few issues. Their response was immediate. Would rent this house again.

Wonderful Stay!

We had a wonderful stay! Would absolutely recommend and definitely would book again. Very organized, pool and game room awesome. Hot tub was the biggest plus for us! Very quick and easy check in, communication was suprt quick. So close to parks! Highly recommend

The home was spacious with an excellent layout, including the kitchen area, and covered deck so no mosquitoes got in There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for our large multi generational family. The A/C worked very well , the games room with the HP decor was wonderful The few negatives were, the kitchen could use a few more things (oven mitts, an extra frying pan etc There weren’t any full length mirrors This is a minor issue We loved the clubhouse pool which looked like a resort (palm trees, walk in like a beach) perfect for families, and water park We went to visit the Disney Parks & Universal Parks and this was a wonderful vacation home for our family

Great family vacation

The house was perfect for a family vacation to Disney. The hosts were very accommodating when our flights were changed. The location to the parks was convenient and the size of the house was great. The kids loved using the pool at the house and the community pool.

Practically Perfect in Every Way!

Great neighborhood with gated security and zero entry pool and splash area. Ten minutes from Disney. Plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. Communication with the owner was amazing. Best ever! She responded quickly and was able to accommodate us for an extra night due to weather. The house had a good starter supply of paper goods and such. The bedding was clean and the furnishings very comfortable. There were plenty of dishes, utensils, pots and pans, and small appliances. The showers were good and strong, something we appreciate after slathering ourselves in sunscreen every day. The pool area was well appointed and a refreshing brek from our busy park days. Everything in and out of the home was in good working order. We've stayed in over a dozen homes in Windsor Hills over the years. It's the best community in our opinion and this home was perfect for our summer getaway.

Disney Trip

Great Location but needs love

This home was perfect for our needs but the home has some deferred maintenance items. The shower pan in the primary bedroom is peeling, the floors were so squeaky that it woke people up, the kitchen was absolutely barren. While at the property the water heater was leaking everywhere on the garage and we tried to get in touch with the property manager but they are only available Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. The garage rug and furniture were soaked. We paid for the hot tub to be heated and it did not get to temperature. The thermostat is faulty. The home slept our party comfortably but we would not rent again. This home is heavily worn.

Wonderful spacious hine.

We had 13 people and had plenty of room. Kids enjoyed the pool. Fast easy access to Disney parks. Short drive to Cocoa Beach area. Would stay again.
