Perfect home for our Disney vacation

This home was wonderful for our family to all be together on vacation. Great location, quiet neighborhood and very well appointed in the kitchen. We will definitely stay here again in the future!

The home was great. Enough room . Really enjoyed the hot tub. Had a couple minor issues but Mayra was on top of it. She really made our stay great. Will be back again soon.

Home from home

We have just spent 5 weeks at this this lovely villa, it has got everything you need to have an enjoyable holiday we didn’t want to leave, the pool cleaner came along every week and he was very professional. The beds are all very comfortable, and it was nice to be able to put the cars in the garage. Hope to be able to visit again in the not to distant future. The management company were very helpful.

Family Vaca 2019

This home is everything claimed, very nice location in a safe neighborhood . Close to many amenities. There was 7 of us on our trip and there was more than enough room in the house as well as around the pool. We was able to visit both sides of the ocean & Sea World. The only ( I have only 1 ) downfall is not having any control over the temps in the house. We struggled with sleeping the first couple of nights as we are used to it being cooler. I would recommend this property to anyone, and we will book again as well.

Problem after Problem with the owner in full control of the AC.

The house had a Nest AC control system and it would not go below 74°. We tried numerous times to contact the management company to tell them that we would like it turned down to between 70 - 72. Well the owner controlled it from elsewhere and had it set up on a schedule because after griping over and over they would turn it down but it would eventually go back to 74° and be hot again. It was very frustrating and not getting good sleep because it was always hot. This was an everyday thing and it made our whole trip very unpleasant. I would not recommend staying here unless you like it above 74° everyday. There was nothing in the description that mentioned this when we booked the place or we would have booked elsewhere. Also, it stayed hot upstairs because the upstairs Nest AC setting would not go below 76. This is where the computer, Pool table, Darts and Foosball table are. The windows are screwed shut so you couldn't open them at night to cool it down inside and the garage door was bolted shut so you could not unload and go in through the garage. The house was in a nice subdivision but I would not recommend due to the nature that you have someone else controlling your comfort. The pool is not heated unless you pay for it, we knew that, but didn't realize that included the SPA. It was not heated, so I guess you'd have to pay for that too, even though it's not stated in the description. There is a computer, but it's not hooked up to internet. There is a printer, but no ink.

Amazing vacation

We had a wonderful time staying here. Very close to all parks as we went to all 4 Disney parks and Universal as well. The place was very clean and felt like a home away from home for the week we were there. Pool and Spa were excellent! Only had 5 adults in our group but this place has plenty of room to accommodate much larger groups and seemed to be very child friendly. I would highly recommend, everything from booking to check in and checking out was extremely low hassle and convenient.

Happy Thanksgiving family gathering.

The house was wonderful, everything the website said. We really enjoyed our 7 day stay. Plenty room for everyone. We had dinner at the house for 20 people. My brother and his family lives in Florida 7 minutes away, they cooked the turkey and couple sides. This is the 3rd. House we rented in Lagacy Park, this was the best. Only down side was I didn't get the pool heated and no large bowls in the kitchen, but we made out. We're thinking again next year. Thanks R. Barnes.
