A large, comfortable house that is starting to show its age. First the good stuff - ample space for 8 adults and 2 kids - there are five suites (each with attached bath) - 3 have King sized beds, one has 2 queens, and one is a kids room with a bunk bed. The kitchen is nicely laid out with all the necessary tools, pots, pans, etc. Pool is a nice size with infinity edge, kids game room (garage) has a ping pong table, foosball, and gaming systems. The pool table is on the second level when you walk up the steps.
Here are my issues with the place - the pool area has poor drainage and if there is a large storm (common in the summer), the pool gets surrounded by mulch. Plus, this house has a poor choice of trees whereby leaves and flowers keep falling in (look at the houses on either side to see what are the right trees to plant) - we were constantly cleaning it. The spa (we could never find the switch) randomly turned on every few hours and would then turn off after 30 minutes. Even the pool guy had no idea what was going on. A bigger issue was the lack of a handheld shower in the Master on the 1st floor - the hose was there, but handle was missing. Called in the maintenance request, and they came out only to tell us it needs to be custom ordered. My parents (both 70+) use this and were staying there. They don't climb stairs, so we could not move them to another suite. The theater room with Apple TV was a great feature in writing only - no remote to turn on projector and no remote for Apple TV (initially) - the guy who came to look at the shower handle had to lift all the recliners (most are all busted, either don't recline or stay reclined) to find it. We never did find projector remote and had to use a long stick to turn it on in the media closet. Not sure is this is systemic to the Reunion Resort, but the water had a nasty smell and is not drinkable. Even stinks when you brush your teeth.
Overall, it's a large house with many features. Just don't expect luxury - it's a shame, because at $6000 for six nights, we were expecting to be vowed - I guess not. It's conveniently located to I-4, and is relatively close to all things Disney. Grocery, etc. is a 5-7 minute drive. Love the look of the resort, but did not spend extra $ to use the features there (water park, etc,). Next time I will find a newer built house (this one is 13 years old). We had a good time, but would not rent this exact house again.
