Property looked worn. Sofa was not in the best condition. Pots were super used. Roaches in the shower. Knobs on the drawers most were broken Drawers broken. Cleanliness was just OK. grass not cut. Blinds on the windows. Broken Overall everything looked over used

Just a few things

The pool is very nice but there was little explanation of how to keep the heat on. The living room furniture is sparse, old and uncomfortable and the appliances are sad. There is rust on the dryer, the ice maker doesn’t work. Lastly, there is a ceiling fan on the pool alcove that runs all the time which makes the area, at times, too cool. The two bathrooms have had new vanities installed and are very nice. Overall, for the price, it could use a little attention.

Lovely clean practical home

Home was clean and had all amenities you need. Can't fault it in anyway. Pool was lovely and warm nice and private too. We would be happy to return. Great location close to everything

As expected. The heated pool and spa was wonderful.

The home with screened private pool met our expectations. There were a few minor issues with pool fence, remote controls , TV, and missing utensils but the management service was quick to resolve them. The home location is perfect for Disney and Universal parks, about 20 minute drive. The home is located in a gated Windsor Palms resort which was manned 24 hrs a day. Note pool heat is required, otherwise the water would have been too cold to use. It was a plus to have a south facing pool with privacy hedges all around to minimize wind yet maximize comfort and sun during our january stay. The furniture was worn a bit but useable. Beds were OK. The flat screen TVs are pretty old and were not high definition but worked.The Wifi was excellent. Overall we are pleased with our stay.

This was a great get away home for our stay.

There were a few necessary things that were missing like toilet paper,dish soap,and a few other essentials. Our smoke detector was beeping from 3 am until mid afternoon when they came to replace it. Other than that it was beautiful and a great trip!

The property is nice enough, clean and everything works, but...

The house itself was a nice house, but there were a few things that bugged us. After, spending 12 hours travelling we got in and wanted to have a cocktail but there was no ice. A bunch of empty ice trays, but no ice. We have rented many houses thru HomeAway/VRBO and this was the first one that had not a spec of condiments. Usually the houses have some spices, but to not even have salt & pepper is ridiculous. Also, it could use a spatula for flipping eggs and such. They have the thermostat set, per the sign on the wall, at a "comfort level" that was way too hot for sleeping. And the signs threatening us with paying for full repair costs to the air conditioning system for adjusting the thermostat were uncalled for. Central air conditioners are made to run at 72 degrees without breaking. My guess is they don't want to pay for the electricity to have a lower temperature. If you buy an all electric house in that God awful climate, be prepared to pay the air conditioning bill so your guests don't suffer. Don't threaten your guests for trying to be comfortable. On the plus side, the management company was very responsive when we had an issue getting the TV to work. They sent someone right over to take care of it. All in all it could be a nice rental if the owners cared a little bit more about their renters.

Perfect for a family vacation!

This home is absolutely beautiful. It was very clean, and we were immediately struck by how well decorated, neat and yet very comfortable it was. It is very roomy and has everything you need to feel you are at home. The pool was always warm and welcoming, and while the hot tub was an extra charge, it was completely worth it. It was so awesome to have our own private pool right outside the house. The location is great as well, and we were anywhere we wanted to be within 20 minutes. Even getting to Universal Studios was less than a half hour. The resort had several convenient amenities, but I can't say too much about those as we spent most of our time at Universal or at our villa's pool. The management answered any questions we had immediately, both prior to arriving and when we had a question about the hot tub when we arrived. I highly recommend this home. If we find ourselves back in Orlando, we will be staying here again.

Wonderful House!

This was the first time we rented a vacation house. We didn't quite know what to expect. This house was everything we wanted plus more. It was very comfortable & clean and we felt very safe in the neighborhood. The private patio with a pool, hot tub & gas grill was wonderful, we felt right at home. We will definitely stay here again.

January Vacation

House was comfortable. Housekeeping needs to clean under couch and entertainment center better. Pool guy had to come and reset spa to correct temperature and couldn’t get certain movie channels. Would be nice if there was a DVD player with a movie library in house. Kitchen could also be better stocked. One spatula is it and didn’t even have basics like salt and pepper. Overall not a bad place for the price. Some pool toys would be a nice addition.

Wonderful stay!

Everything about the property was great! It was convenient area due to my family and I wanting to visit Disney. The home was up-kept and well maintained. The only con I had was that I was expected to pay an extra $65 to cut on the spa for the pool and hot tub. I feel as if that's something that should be provided if you rented the home. Nevertheless I would recommend this property.

Very nice house!

Unfortunately the airco is not really working in al three of the bedrooms, it was very warm in there al nights. We were not able to make it cooler, so we had to leave all doors open at all times inside the house. When we arrived the playroom was not in order. After two days everything was perfect, we enjoyed the playroom very much!!

Relaxing vacation stay

This was a very clean house that was located in a place near all the exciting venues of Orlando. The pool was lovely and the beds were comfortable. We had everything we needed for a vacation in this lovely rental.

Perfect!

This home was bigger than we expected. It fit all 6 of us perfectly! The pool was nice after long days at the park, but we did not have any heat in the Jacuzzi (maybe that was my fault). I would definitely stay again!
