HOUSEKEEPING • To ensure a spotless experience, the home is professionally cleaned and inspected before your arrival. Daily housekeeping is not included in the rental, but mid-stay cleaning can be arranged in advance for an additional fee if needed.

• Please ensure parking hangers are returned to their designated location in the house prior to check-out. A $50 fee will be charged for each missing hanger.
Three days before the guest's arrival, the voucher with check-in instructions will be sent. It is important to note that, during your stay in this vacation home, only those who will have access are the registered guests.
This is a self-catering vacation home. Guests must purchase any further items needed that they'll consume or use during the stay or replace products when they are over. This includes personal care products, food, drinks, etc. The offered amenities listed below are only initial supplies, small-sized:
• Bathroom: One toilet paper per bathroom, a garbage bag that is already in the trashcan, Small shampoo and conditioner. • Kitchen: Two garbage bags, Sponge, Dishwasher soap, Paper towel. • Laundry: One laundry detergent. • Linens/sheets: 1 sheet kit per bed, one towel per guest (house’s maximum occupancy).
PLEASE NOTE: The following extra services are available and must be requested at least 48 hours before your check-in date. Here are the details: • Early check-in (from 12 pm): $127, subject to availability. • Late check-out (until 3 pm): $127, to be requested no later than check-in time and subject to availability.
PARKING • Parking hangers will be available at the house to display on the cars. • There is a limit of 2 cars allowed per household. • Towing will be enforced, so parking hangers must be displayed on the rearview mirror at all times. • Please ensure parking hangers are returned to their designated spot in the house before check-out. A fee of $50 will be charged for each missing hanger.
TRASH • Trash pick-up days are Mondays and Thursdays. • All garbage needs to be placed in trash bags and deposited inside the dumpster bin. • No trash is allowed to be stored outside the unit entrance, or anywhere other than THE DUMPSTER. • ALL TRASH ITEM(S) in the dumpster, including furniture. • CARDBOARD BOXES are to be broken down and placed INSIDE the dumpster. • Cameras have been installed by the resort and will be used to ensure proper dumpster use.
The footage will be used to directly fine violators, who will be charged the fee that the vendor charges for cleaning up.
CLUBHOUSE • The door code to access the clubhouse is the same as your personal code for the main gate followed by the # sign. Example 0000# • The hours of operation are from 8am to 8pm. • This is a shared space, please clean up after yourselves. • If you use the gym, please wipe down the exercise machine when you are finished using it. • There is no lifeguard on duty in the pool area. • No Diving in the pool. • Children need to be supervised by a responsible adult. • No glass bottles in the pool area.
Please note: The clubhouse and resort amenities may be temporarily closed due to severe weather, heavy rain, unexpected maintenance, or other circumstances beyond our control. Such closures may occur without prior notice and are managed by the resort administration.
