There was listed that there was a hot tub, not true. Nor was the pool heated. It was so cold, none of us went swimming. Plus, it didn’t look too clean. There were bugs in the light fixtures in the bedrooms, so that freaked us out. Also, there was listed a propane gas BBQ grill, which was not true either. There was a very small, travel sized, charcoal grill, that we didn’t use because there were 10 of us and you could only cook 2 burgers at a time on it. We were scheduled for check out on Monday, at 11am, but around 11:30am on Sunday, the cleaning lady let herself into the house, while we were sitting on the couch. Not to mention, we went out shortly after that, to our surprise, when we got back to the house later that night, the code we were given no longer worked.. so there must have been a scheduling error on their end.. I guess.. also, on the listing, it stated there was a washer/dryer with detergent. There was no detergent, and that was miss leading because we traveled lightly, because we thought we would be able to do laundry in the house. The kitchen was nice, lots of thing to use to cook and store cooked foods. The coffee station was nice. Water pressure was great. Overall, there were some issues during our stay, and when we contacted the property manager about getting money back, they stated they could not help us due to we stayed the whole time. I’m sorry, but the inconveniences and miss leading information should be enough for a refund.
