The experience was fantastic! The management group made a special trip to the house at 11:30 PM on Christmas Eve to replace a battery in a smoke detector. Such a minor issue, but they were so willing to take care of it for us! The house was very clean. This house made our Christmas extra special!

Getting in was a little tricky but once that part was figured out all good do think hand soap should be provided at least to start people off or note that you have to buy it. Plenty of space enough dishes an towels an wash cloths the down side was the pool some how drained itself which sucked, because, on the last night, we wanted to swim before. We had to head back home.great location, nice neighborhood, very quiet, easy to get to plenty of shops nearby.

It was ok..

The property was clean. The pool was very clean. Access was easy. We had adequate linen. I feel the kitchen pans were limited. The door to the pool was very hard to slide open and close. While being in the pool it was an eye sore to lookAnd see a falling fence and dead plants. The driveway was small if my vehicle was a SUV I would’ve been parking into the sidewalk. We were a hour away from the airport and about 40 mins to universal, so that was disappointing. But overall it was a pleasant stay, nice and quiet.

Great stay!

Nice, clean house. The stay was great! We contacted the owner and she responded right away. She was very nice and welcoming. I would suggest bringing extra dish soap, paper towels, washing pods, and trash bags for the kitchen.

Short Family Trip.

The property was Clean and comfortable. Loved the inside layout. The pool was nice relaxing, the only thing I would add is a privacy fence for the back yard lol Can You say Location location location!!! Had no congestion from hwy27 to the home !

Location was great. The house itself was nice, a bit dated but that’s okay. The carpet wasn’t well vacuumed and there were bits of stuff on it. Also some of the furniture was not dusted so I did a little cleaning.

Worn but welcoming

My experience would have been perfect except for the bed. It held heat and tilted on one side as if been sat on to get dressed.Not fond of carpet and pool fence afforded no real privacy. Great location !!!

Spring Break getaway!

We chose this property for its location to Disney and Universal Studios combined with its very affordable cost. House was perfect for our trip including the pool which we used as much as possible. Host made it easy to heat the pool last minute which we appreciated as well. We enjoyed our morning jogs around the neighborhood and how easy it was to get to the parks. Our only snafu was the alarm system when we checked in, we hadn’t been given a code to turn it off but host responded immediately even though it was after 1 am. Definitely would stay here again!

An old place

I had issues with the apartment, locks broken, beds old, master bed lean to the side. Broken fence around the pool and no gate for the pool. Parched chair up to door for safety. Sofa bed not clean and old. Unable to garage. Won't stay again.

Handy for Disney and seeing family

My parents previously owned a house on this estate so when we came to visit family it was lovely to be able to stay somewhere we were familiar with. The house had everything we needed for our stay, although access to the garage would have been good to put the outdoor furniture in to protect from the rain. Whist it’s a little dated it was comfortable and being able to use the heated pool was ideal after a long day at Disney. The area has got a lot busier in the ten years since my last visit but the estate was quiet, felt safe and was well-maintained.

Short Stay

We were happy to find this available for shorter than a week like most bookings require. The house is showing its age...green mold on the lanai needs removing, shower needs recaulking since one piece is loose and water can get in behind into the drywall, and some new inside painting could be done. But since we were there to relax - which we did - these things were not deal breakers.

Exactly as advertised!!

We booked this property for our family as a home base while our son played in the Russmatt Central Florida Invitational college baseball tournament. The fact that it was located 2 miles from Northeast Regional Park (where a lot of his games were played in the past) was what first attracted us to this particular property. From the very beginning of the process, we were completely satisfied with this property and it's wonderful host, Carol. Lovely home, great price, exceptional value. The home itself was comfortable and perfect for the price. We were looking for value, and boy did we get it. Obviously not a high end luxury property, but very much delivers bang for the buck. Plenty of room, nicely furnished, great beds (and this coming from someone with a terrible back), nice pool, clean, quiet neighborhood, convenient location, tons of dining and shopping nearby, easy access to pretty much anything we wanted to do. We were super pleased with our entire experience, and that was even before the owner extended our stay after we had to change flights. What we thought was going to be a nightmare was made into yet another positive experience by a gracious owner and a very prompt and responsive property manager. I would/ and will recommend this property to anyone. We will definitely be booking with Carol the next time we head south!! Thanks again for making our trip so enjoyable!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
