Everything was exactly as pictured! It was a wonderful stay. The host was extremely welcoming and helpful. The only thing to plan for is that the HOA only allows the community 5 cars to park per property, so you will have to find something offsite to park at if you have more than 5 cars.

Exceeded expectations!

Our entire group of 28 agreed this was definitely a 5-star house. We can’t think of any reason to rate the house less than 5 stars. -The house is extremely well cleaned. -The main room is impressively large and easily fits everyone- while not getting to loud or congested. -The huge island made meal prep/service a breeze. -The bedrooms are well laid out. One of the main selling points for us was the large number of twin beds. The themed rooms are very creative and well done. -Huge living room couch was so comfortable and plenty big enough for the group. -The glow in the dark mini golf, game room and movie theater room was a huge hit. -The outside area with table, couches and pool are fantastic. -The house provides 10 pool towels, so pack your own if this is not enough for your group. -It took patience to learn and use some of the TVs and the associated technology in the house. -The resort pool, lazy river and other amenities are quite nice. The resort pool was large, but a little crowded on the weekend- but perfect for the weekdays. The staff were friendly, but they do have strict restrictions to not bring in your own food. The onsite cafe was reasonably priced and a convenient way to enjoy a snack, drinks or a meal. They also had occasional activities on the pool deck much were fun and entertaining for the whole family. -Parking in the entire resort is strictly enforced- follow the rules and you won’t have a problem. We Highly recommend this house!

As advertised

Stayed through a holiday weekend. Subdivision was very busy, mostly vacation homes similar to this one. Much quieter through the rest of the week. The traffic pattern is through a single entrance for the entire housing development, so obviously it can be less than ideal at busy times. Checking in took a little while as every driver had to stop at the main office and check in (This part is not run by the property owner).Host was responsive and reached out to us to make sure everything was ok throughout the stay.

House is amazing. If things go wrong, expect minimal help. AC didn't work on the second floor where 9 of the 13 bedrooms are located. Nobody could sleep. Traveling with 12 kids. Reported it at 7 pm and the property management team just kept telling me they'll get back to me, be patient, and then stopped responding to my messages altogether. When I finally got the issue escalated after 2.5 hours, the manager refused to have their team send over fans (even though they assured me there were multiple throughout the house earlier... There were zero fans!) and then kept trying to get me to be thankful that they were even trying to send a technician that night even though there was no time frame and there was no guarantee. They also kept telling me someone on our end turned off the AC around 6 pm and completely disregarded how many times I told them we did no such thing. Technician didn't even come the same night, they came the next morning and said something blew in the system and we played no part in the issue. I'm still waiting to hear back from the property manager if I can get any sort of partial refund since nobody could stop sweating the first night and everyone's sleep was disrupted as a result for the next day, especially the kids. I've been waiting 4 days now. I guess I just have to be patient and should be thankful...

Family gathering for milestone birthday

We rented this house for my father in laws 70th birthday. The house was great! The variety of amenities was awesome and there was something to enjoy for everyone. The 5 car limit made for some logistical challenges but once everyone was there, everything went smoothly. Paying for the heated pool was worth it since our stay was in December. One thing that could have been better is the cookware.

Element did a nice job

There were a few hiccups: -Traffic sucks. Plan for 30-60 minute delays. Nothing anyone can do about that. Just be aware. -as for the other stuff, it was minor but the impressive thing was how readily the property managers resolved everything. Easily reached and fast both over the phone and in person. You will feel well cared for. And overall it was a great experience for all 8 families that united for this weekend. 16 adults and 16 kids. Plenty of space and plenty to do. Great stuff!

Perfect house for a reunion

We found this house to be everything we needed and more. We had 35 people exactly and we all fit. Manager was responsive and house was clean and well stocked. The pool was fantastic and all the outside space was great. The neighborhood pool was actually not great and we wouldn't use that again. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook big meals. Just super happy about a wonderful week here, thank you!

Spacious and Fun!

We had a great stay! We came for a family reunion and had plenty of space for our 34 guests ranging in ages from 6 months to 65. Distance to theme parks was great. Plenty to do at the house and at the Solterra resort as well. We paid a one-time fee of $48 to access all resort amenities for the week which was very reasonable for our large party. PROS: - managed to strike the perfect balance of activities for both children and adults to enjoy. - host was super responsive and quick. I also made special requests for portable cribs and high chairs which they graciously provided. - swimming pool in the backyard with auto-locking safety gate, great for small children! - adequate seating for meals at the huge dining table and outdoor seating - lots of different "hangout" areas so adults and children can be separate - lots of TVs so the adults don't have to watch kid shows :P CONS: - poor cell service in the Davenport area. Might want to download an offline map. - Walls are very thin. If you're sleeping in one of the king bedrooms downstairs, bring ear plugs to block the noise from the 3 TVs in the living area. - Not enough beach towels. Pack your own. - poorly stocked kitchen. Given the size of the property, I think the owners would benefit from an investment in kitchen utensils/appliances that would make group-cooking easier (e.g., set of kitchen knives, measuring cups/spoons, Crockpot, etc.)

Family enjoyment

The house was more than enough for our family of 24. I picked the house for the kitchen/dining area. We all love to cook and have a cook off each year. We had all the dishes, utensils, pots, etc. for all to cook at one time! Thoroughly enjoyed!

Every issues we had was resolved swiftly and the host was understanding when our travel plans got rearranged. Minor issues with appliances came up also you have to pay for the club house. Around 30 dollars for your entire stay. Other than that the house was great!

An amazing family home

We had a wonderful time at this property. Any minor issues or concerns we had were addressed promptly and very professionally. Our children did not want to leave and even begged to leave the Disney parks early just to go back to the rental home. We are only renting with Elements from now on! Thank you for a great weekend!

Perfect for Big Families

First off I want to say that this place is great for family reunions. Me and my fam were delighted with all this property had to offer. From many comfortable bedrooms to all the amenities offered both in the house and in the community. Big kitchen, amazing theater room, and thankfully two washer/dryers available upstairs and downstairs. Massage rooms were pretty awesome as well and my wife really enjoyed the saunas. I will highly recommend this place for a family who likes to enjoy activities together and likes to bond as this place offered many activities where this can be accomplished. I will also add that the only critiques would be the wifi connection, which kept going on and off which was at times frustrating especially since we were streaming the World Cup during that time. I suspect it might have been the matter of having too many devices connected at one time. Which would be fixed by a router that provides better bandwidth or stronger signal. I also don’t mind paying extra for the heated pool but really doesn’t work the way you want it to at times. It takes almost the entire day to heat up to your desired temperature and enabling the jets for too long will eventually cause it to drain the jacuzzi into the pool. Pretty sure this would be an easy fix. Having said this the property managing team was very responsive and helped us every time we needed help even on thanksgiving day. A more accurate rating would be a 4.5 stars for the minor inconveniences but because the response team was on point they deserve the 5 stars. Really happy that we got to stay here and would highly recommend this to everyone.
