Perfect location very close to ESPN Wide World of Sports complex. House was cozy and clean. Love pool n spa , recommend paying extra for heated water in winter months. Hist was pleasant to work with. Would definitely book again.

Our family loved the pinball machines as well as how clean and warm the pool was. We also really liked the larger pool at the clubhouse where we played a little miniature golf as well. Great location for restaurants and shopping and driving to Disney.

We loved it! The neighborhood was so nice. The house and rooms were so nice and clean. The beds were comfy and the water temp was great for everyone to shower. We loved the heated pool and hot tub too. The game room was fun and a great space for the kids to play. The owner was so helpful and quick to respond to my questions. I would definitely recommend and would stay again!

We had a wonderful stay! The home was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The community is gated and very safe and in an easily accessible location.The communication with the host was excellent. The pool and hot tub were enjoyed daily. We also appreciated the gas grill for grilling out our burgers! The air conditioned game room with the pool table, air hockey and pinball machines was a lot of fun for not only the kids, but the adults as well. Having three bathrooms and four bedrooms was perfect for our family. The children’s bedrooms were not large, but they were certainly comfortable. Having an on site washer and dryer is a plus and they worked very well. The home is a great option at a good value for families who are looking to stay in that area and go to the various attractions or just simply hang out at the house and have some fun family time. I would recommend it!

Extremely family oriented.

Well equipped, very clean, grandkids had a ball. Well suited for toddlers and adults. Pool, hot tub, and game room kept everyone happy. Won’t disappoint you. Owner took care of all needs.

Great Vacation Home

We really enjoyed this vacation home. Close to Disney. Kids loved the game room, hot tub, and pool. Kitchen well stocked. My daughter loved the purple silverware. Communication with owner was great. Very thorough. All info provided in emails. Check in process was very easy. We would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our time at the property and the owners were extremely prompt with answer to any questions we had. The neighborhood is extremely well maintained and off the main road so was very quiet at night. There was more than enough for us to do just in the house and keep a 1 year old entertained. The garage entertainment space was great.Small note for upcoming renters. Bedrooms a little tight but the beds were extremely comfortable. If you are getting the heated pool it is warm and the hot tub was everything we needed. Just watch the floor as the tile gets slick when wet coming back in. Anything you could want in the kitchen for meals is provided and they have anything you could use for a younger child is in the house if you need it.If there is anything you may want to know there is a sign or the binder on coffee table will 95% of the time have the answer.We would 100% rent this house or now dealing with the owners one of their other properties if we need it again. They were amazing to deal with.

Best rental experience in Emerald Island

The owners was friendly, responsive and helpful throughout the rental process and stay. Great location within Emerald Island. Lots of southern sun and hot "hot tub" and pleasantly comfortable pool. If I can get in it, it was definitely warm! Exceeded all my personal requirements. Bonus was the pinball machines.

Fantastic place

House was very clean. It was just as described but maybe a little better. Christmas tree and decor made it very special. Game room was addictive and very fun. Pool and hot tub were nice. The Manager and Owner were both very attentive and quick to respond. You can tell the Owner takes excellent care of this house and cares that you have an enjoyable time. Never had an Owner so thoughtful.

Great spot and great location!

Our stay was very enjoyable. Everything that we needed was available. The house had lots of room and the air conditioning was perfect during the very hot weather in July. The pool provided much relief from the warm humid weather.The games room was a bonus and we had lots of fun playing pinball and air hockey! Gerry, the owner, was quick to reply to a concern we had. We would definitely stay again.

Excellent villa in a great location

We really enjoyed our 2 week stay in this villa. It was well equipped with everything we needed, and there was plenty of space for our family of 4. The beds were really comfortable and our children loved the Minnie & Mickry themed bedrooms. The location of the villa was perfect for travelling to Disney, as it was only a 15 minute drive away. The pool and games room were great. The host, Gerry, was very helpful and responsive if we had any queries. We would definitely stay here again.

Brilliant, magical stay

Nice, clean villa that suited our family of 5 (2 adults, 3 children) and 2 grandparents. The children loved the Mickey and Minnie themed bedrooms. The pool was clean and a nice temperature (heated). Short distance from Disney. Owner was prompt in responding to messages. Our homeward flights were not until the evening of checkout day, so we contacted the owner last minute to check if we could have additional time at the villa, to which we were thankful that he allowed us. Would stay again

Feb/March stay

Stayed six weeks and everything was perfect. Check in to leaving the house today was as expected. Pool was great and 86 degrees consistently. House was as advertised. Location is amazing. Minutes to Disney property. Would highly recommend. Owner was great to work with and any issue that came up was dealt with in a timely manner.
