The location was perfect and Windsor Hills is so nice, the pool and pool area was great. The condo needed some work and was not the cleanest. I felt like I needed to clean upon arrival, which is never good. We had to contact the host about tv issues and they were very helpful and easy to communicate with.

Lovely condo close to everything. Well equipped with the necessities we needed. Grandchildren disappointed that water park not open as this was one of the main reasons we rented in Windsor Hill. Putting that aside, would definitely recommend this place.

Great location and easy access. The condo could use some updates. The children’s area/ condo was not “childproof” for younger guest. The toys and crib could use a good cleaning & upgrade. Pull cords on blinds & no outlet covers were a big concern. The guest bedroom bed was broken down and had been cobbled up for an attempted repair- this needs replaced as it has a poor quality sleep. The patio furniture was unusable - it was tattered and torn with sharp edges and the patio could use a good cleaning. The overall appearance was nice and it was tidy - the floors were not as clean as hoped.

We had a great stay here. Family of 5 including a toddler. The fact that there was a crib and a pack & play was awesome. Place was very clean, and it fit all of our needs.

Best place ever

This place is located in centric area close to all main Disney attractions, restaurants and many other entertainment stores. Unit was fully equipped withevery single thing that you may need to make your stay enjoyable even with babies since include strollers, crib, high chair and toys. Communication with the host was excellent. He provided a detailed document with lot of useful information to avoid any issues during your stay. Highly recomment this place.

Next best thing to staying at a Disney Resort

This property was our home away from home for a week for our 2.5 year old twins first trip to see Mickey and his friends. The heated pool was amazing. The kitchen was well equipped with new appliances. Everyone had their own space and the table was big enough to feed 6 of us at a time. The screened in porch was ideal for the little ones along with the themed bedroom just for them. This unit was quiet during our February stay and we’ll definitely be back soon. Thank you Sujit for being just a text away when we needed something.

We loved everything about this property! So easy to drive to the Disney parks, handy to supermarket and all we needed. We enjoyed the pool every day even when it was freezing weather outside! Great pizza at the store! Thoughtful property with strollers, kid friendly dinner sets, tv set up for kids. Very much appreciated for our family with 4 young children!

Beautiful condo in a secured resort

My family and i stayed at the condo for our 4 day bday/anniversary trip.Our flight landed early and the host Sujit was kind enough to let us check in early.My 5 year old enjoyed the pool at the splash area for kids.It does closes at different times depending on which month you travel.They do provide you with a starter pack but it would be wise to buy more if you're staying more than 2 days.I would suggest providing more items in the starter pack for families staying 3-4 days.It really helps,and when you are flying home it's alot of things you buy you can't take with you.We had to cut our trip short to be able to fly home before Milton hit and caused our flights to be delayed.Thank you for having us and we plan to visit again in the future. you travel.

A++++It’s even better than the pics!

Rarely do you check into a condo that is even better than the pics but this place is! We found it to be very comfortable for our family of 7. It was very clean and all of the rooms are decorated beautifully! I wanted to take pics for inspiration for home. The grounds themselves are very clean. Pool was huge and kids enjoyed the water park. Plenty of places to go for dinner. Only thing I would say which is no fault of hosts is try to avoid the Walmart. The most insane Walmart I have ever been in!! The trip to Publix will be worth it lol. Sujit was a great host and easy to communicate with. We hope to stay in one of his properties again when we come back!

Our Mickey Mouse Cottage stay was enjoyable. Our grandchildren had a wonderful stay. The children's room grabbed their attention, they explored every area in it. The outdoor guest pool was large and clean, and the children were eager to go play and have fun. The employees at the Welcome Center were extremely friendly and helpful, especially the cashier and cooks. The food was delicious and the items for purchase at the store were reasonably priced. The location was very good and we were able to get to Disney World with no problem. Enjoyed our stay.

Wonderland for Toddlers

Our two year old granddaughter fell in love with her Mickey Mouse bedroom and the other MM offerings in the unit. The water park and pool were the icing on the cake.

Perfect place for kids

We had a great time. Kids thought their room was awesome and loved their Mickey waffles. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of things for cooking in the kitchen. The pool and water slides were great. We especially loved how large the heated pool was. Lots of fun activities for Christmas in December, too! Thanks for sharing your place with us! The only reason I gave a 4 for cleanliness was because there was a cracker and some junk underneath the master bed. Overall though, the house was very clean. Feet stayed clean walking barefoot and I felt comfortable.

Great resort!

The resort was everything we needed. The rental was clean, spacious and the Mickey room for the kids was a really fun perk. They loved it! All of the extra touches for kids such as toys, games, strollers, etc. was a huge convenience. We would definitely stay again!

Great Disney stay for families with young kids

Very happy with this property! Great Disney stay for families with young kids. They had everything… strollers, toys, mini crib. Owner was very responsive. Location is THE best for Disney! Would highly recommend.

Amazing spot

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The property was very close to everything you would need (restaurants, coffee, Disney, etc). Plenty of parking, great pool and playground for kids. The screened in balcony was great to relax in between trips. My son loved the Mickey themed bedroom. Communication was very quick also. Highly recommend for your next Orlando family stay!

Beware: MOLD infested and dirty!

It looks clean but photos are deceiving! We noticed a very musty smell when we first walked in but assumed the unit had not been used recently. It wasn’t until our last day that we discovered mold on EVERY window in the unit and very close to all of the beds - including the bed our young children slept on. Other issues: -There was FOOD found under the sheets on one of the beds. -The guest shower wouldn’t drain which resulted in standing water. -The floor of the master shower was VERY dirty. -All of the wood floors were sticky -Master bathroom fan had a thick layer of dust which rendered the fan useless. -The dryer lint tray is missing so there’s no way to clean out the lint so clothes take HOURS to dry - even a small load. Contacted the host but have yet to receive a response..

Great Disney Trip

The property owners were super with us!!!! Alway answering to us at every text message we will send. The property is very beautiful and cleaned with all Disney decoration that no need to stay any other place . Also very central to nice restaurant and to attractions . Definitely staying here again !!!!
