The house was dirty. Not vacuumed. Furniture is peeling in several rooms as well as stained. The blinds on the stairs had thick amounts of dust. Carpets were also stained and wet in several places. Toilet seats need to be replaced as they are also stained. The dryers did not work. We complained to the front desk several times on Friday. They ignored our complaints and finally sent a maintenance person over at 10:30 PM. That is unacceptable. We also requested additional towels since the dryer was not working that also took several requests as well as additional garbage bags and dish soap which was never sent. We paid for and requested the pool and hot tub to be heated. It did not get to a comfortable temperature therefore we could not use it. Finally the pics did not match what was in the home. Pics showed an air hockey table in the game room in addition there was a wire hanging down in the game room.
