Disney Trip Review

Overall, location and neighborhood were in a great area. House was clean but definitely needs a deep clean. Washer is a front loader with mold on the silicone. Two of the bedrooms upstairs have dysfunctional closet doors being held together with a bed bolt lock. Outdated appliances but overall got the job done. Both of the rooms with the Ariel and Harry Potter designs were well done. Shower curtains also need replaced as they have mold. Gate entry code not provided initially.

Wonderful!

We absolutely loved our stay! Beds we’re comfortable, house was clean, beautiful and in a safe neighborhood. The only two things I would suggest are: 1) a carpet cleaning 2) drapes as the sun gets quite bright and shines through the shades But the place was so wonderful that it overshadowed those and they were not big deals at all. Highly recommend staying here!

Close to Disney

Clean, Ok for sleep nights before Disney days. No frills. Bring washcloths, extra toilet paper, coffee filters, pillow cases. Only 2 pillows on bed. They are in shams. Beds are semi firm. Our unit had number on side of building. Not visible to street parking.

Making Christmas Memories ❣️

We absolutely loved it. Would stay again! The Little Mermaid room was great my 21 and 24 year old Granddaughters starting singing the songs. Then switch it up to enjoy Harry Potter. I Love the space to spread out. Beds were so comfortable, we all slept great!. We went to Epcot, location is nice and close to the parks! I highly recommend this home ❣️

Getaway vacations

Highly recommended. We stayed for 5 days and the truth is that the location of the parks and access to the property were very easy and simple. We only had a small problem with the door lock but it was nothing we couldn't solve.

Everything we needed

This property was perfect for our stay! The rooms were very nicely decorated. My teenage son even picked the Harry Potter themed room over the larger bed with bathroom upstairs! So close to restaurants and shopping on Irlo Bronson and not a far drive to the theme parks. Check in and out was easy. The only thing I could recommend is including instructions for using the TV. No cable (which want a big deal as long as we could stream) but I didn't figure out how to access Netflix until the 2nd day with a lot of trial and error. Other than that, it was a perfect stay!

2023 Family Vacation

We book with VRBO at least three times a year. This property was the first we have rented where all the beds were super comfortable. (Beds are very important to my husband) The apartment was clean. We had no real issues. My family really enjoyed themselves. Will definitely rent again if this property is available when we are.

Great Stay

We rented this Townhouse for our Spring Break vacation. It is in a very nice neighborhood convenient to grocery stores and restaurants. The townhouse was very clean! The bedrooms were very nicely decorated. Our grandkids loved the mermaid room! Having the complex pool was an extra bonus and we used it as a break in between park visits. I would rent this home again.

Work trip for Hurricane Ian restoration/cleanup

The property was good. The condo was nice. Good place to unwind after long work days from restoration work after hurricane Ian. We took 3 work cargo vans, and 1 6x12 cargo trailer. I had gotten permission from the property to be able to park in 3 spots, instead of the 2 that are allowed, before I booked the trip. I forgot to mention the cargo trailer. It is a 2022 trailer, that is wrapped with our company logo, so it is not trashy. Our crew arrived from Texas around 3 am. After a long trip, and getting settled in for sleep, they were awoken by someone on the property telling them that the cargo trailer could not stay there. Our crew had parked it in the back of the property, out of sight from common areas, so it would not be visibile to other guests. After speaking to property management, I was directed to speak with the franchise owner to see what could be done. He and his wife were very helpful, and understanding, however, they could not get past the HOA head on the property. HOA guy was Hitler, reincarnate. He actually told these OWNERS, "sorry, rules are rules, the trailer cannot be parked anywhere on the property". Needless to say, they were extremely angry with him. Still do not understand how a measly HOA guy, can over ride franchise owners?? The owners were so nice to help us try to find a storage facility to leave the trailer. We were successful in finding a place down the way, that was gated. The other issue we had here was the Air conditioner. 3 times it went out in a 2 week time frame. Management was good at getting a repair person out in a timely manner, but after the 3rd time, with temps averaging 85 degrees inside, it was a little much. The entire ac unit had to be replaced, so after that, it obviously cooled well. Other than these 2 issues (mainly the trailer issue) the property/condo was good.
