Our 2nd stay at this house

We stayed here 2 years ago and the family loved it. It still looked good 2 years later. It is well kept and when there is a problem (we had a few ants in the bathroom) they responded immediately. I do recommend they supply extra shampoo, etc and I was very unhappy that we could not rent for less than a week, since we could only stay Fri-Wed., but that is a management issue and does not relfect the actual house. We rented for less than a week when we rented in 2022. The pool was warm and the amenenties were available. It's a lovely neighborhood about 22 min from disney without traffic (which we only saw once!)

Awesome resort!

The resort was absolutely awesome! It had a nice location near the attractions in the Orlando area. Villatel, the host, was fantastic and extremely accommodating with our puppy. We would definitely love to stay there again!

Great Location

Our group of 10 adults and 5 children (under the age of 5) has a great time. The location is great, the resort amenities are awesome. There were a few items that had to be resolved during our stay like challenges with pool temperature, water levels, check-in lock code issues, etc. - however, the Villatel/support staff were very prompt and quick to send technicians to resolve the matter. All in all a great stay during a busy time of year and the hosts were very prompt to address any concerns/items for action that we raised.

Family Vacation/October Birthdays

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The home was perfect. It allowed my disabled mom easy access in a bottom floor room. She was not able to enjoy the pool/spa due to no rails but she enjoyed herself nonetheless. The princess room was absolutely perfect theme for my toddler celebrating her 2nd birthday! Game room/theater/star wars room were big hits as well!

Family getaway!

What an amazing experience. We booked for a large family that needed time together but also individual privacy and we couldn't have picked a better home! Great location, close to the attractions, great gathering places in the house but also places to hide away. Having a pool was amazing in the evening and the resort pool in the day made you want to stay forever. Felt secure in the resort and home and can't wait for our next trip back! The trip would not have been the same in another home!

Vacation Plus

House was great, we had 15 adults and two seven years old twins. Lots of room to spread out and socialize. Pool table and theater room were big hits plus game room upstairs. Pool clean and well maintained. Easy to get in touch with management group and very quick to respond, all staff were very professional and courteous. The one thing that was absolutely terrible was check in . To get into gated community, had to check in with security at the gate. Mass confusion Sunday, 30-50 cars waiting to check in, no instructions prior, had called and asked three days prior to checking in. Needs a lot of work. Worked ok during the week days.

Awesome stay in a relaxing environment

Overall, our stay was great. When planning a family getaway (parents, spouse, children and grandchildren - 9 total) it is always hard to find a property big enough. This property was just that. It was the perfect size and had all the amenities that we needed to enjoy a family vacation in Orlando. Now, not everything was perfect, but that is to be expected when you have a property like this one as it is intended to be used and enjoyed. We could easily nit pick about the small things but we were there to enjoy ourselves and boy, did we! The only 3 items that were a challenge was: 1. The door code didn't work upon arrival but Villatel took care of us right away and continued to check on us throughout our stay 2. The trash was not picked up consistently. This was a challenge especially due to the heat in Orlando as it made the smell walking out the front door pretty bad 3. The dishwasher was full of mold. This was our biggest complaint as we then had to do dishes by hand. And when you travel with 9 people there are a lot of dishes. For the rental price of this property this was the most disappointing thing. Overall though our experience was wonderful and Villatel did do a great job checking in on us throughout our stay.

The house was everything we needed and some Both adults and kids enjoyed all the amenities especially the pool location was good and you never have to leave the house because there’s so much to do I would definitely stay there again

Just as described.

Spacious, comfortable, well-appointed home, located within a tasteful, quiet, gated community. Great atmosphere within the home and neighborhood. We traveled as a family (with our adult and teenage kids) and everyone enjoyed their stay - especially on days when we chose to stay in and just enjoy the home's & community's amenities. Would definitely stay there again.

Great house for our group!

The property was spacious, clean and had lots to do. After getting to Disney, our 6 yr old wanted to know when we were going back to the house :-). Old and young enjoyed the "game" room, we watched a movie in the theatre one night and even though it was 34 degrees outside, the kids were in the pool and hot tub for hours. This is a great place to stay. We have stayed in 3 condo's before this, but it was a consensus that it was great to stay all together.

Family Vacation

The house was great! Kids (and adults had a blast with the game rooms, karaoke, However, we paid extra for grill, ordered large grill & got small one that didn’t even work properly. Took 3 days to get corrected. Not good for our large family of 13. Also, there was no working alarm for the pool to alert an adult when a child opened the door as advertised. We couldn’t get sound to work in the theatre room either & never got to use it. For the price we paid, these things should not have been an issue.

Perfect for winters vacation!

This is where I plan to spend next year’s holiday. When my boss invited my family for a weekend, I thought spending a weekend in an area with ongoing construction would be unfit but my experience changed my thoughts altogether. The cozy furniture, Arcade room, and state-of-the-art amenities were out of this world.

Awesome!

Awesome, wonderful, huge house! The host was very helpful in providing information for the Characters Breakfast for my daughter's birthday, which she loved! This whole trip was a blessing since we didn't think we would ever leave our home due to the pandemic. This home was the saving grace since it was just like staying in our own house, but much much bigger! Everything was super clean when we got there and the host took care of the issue we had with the movie theater sound not turning on (I hit the wrong buttons on the remote lol). This place is amazing and I'm already looking to see if we can return after the New Year. Maybe we'll have a vaccine by then and we can feel comfortable leaving our homes again!

Family Disney trip

This was a trip that we had been looking forward to for 2 years. When we walked into the house, we were very impressed. There were 6 adults and 6 children (ages 16 months to 15 years), the children were never bored. The arcade room, theater room and pool table were used constantly. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cutlery for everyone. It was everything that we wanted for our family vacation. If we do something like this again, I will definitely look at Villatel properties first. They were very responsive before and during our vacation.

Pros and cons: very nice house, mostly as shown. Pros: nice rooms, awesome game room and theatre room. Nice grounds and very spacious. Homes were pretty close to one another but no one was next to us until the day we left. Cons: downstairs floors were somewhat dirty and carpets were not vacuumed throughly but called and cleaners came right away. Pool was dirty; outside furniture dirty. Had to clean before eating on the table. Foosball machine had no ball and was pretty dirty and dusty. Was disappointed about that since in the picture it was so inviting. Also there was nothing to hold soap in when taking a shower in any of the showers, which was surprising. I had to put soap on the floor of the shower or hold it in my hand. Wifi was horrible. That being said they gave us a later complimentary checkout which was very nice. Also when I called they answered or got back to me very quickly. Overall we had a nice stay and lots of fun. It was a nice getaway. The cons can be easily fixed and I just mention them so the house can be perfect for every guest who enters. If it were me renting, I would want to know so I could perfect it. Thank you for letting us enjoy your home.

Not Like it Used to Be

We visited this property exactly a yr ago and while I wasn't expecting it to be in pristine condition as it was then, the wear is showing rather quickly. Most of it though was due to a lack of upkeep and cleaning a d could be easily fixed. When we arrived, the property appeared to be cleaned. However, there are several marks on the walls (mainly the stairway) and all of the the leather-like bar chairs by the pool table were frayed. A couple of the pool loungers had mold and all of the outdoor furniture needed a good spray down. The backboard to the pool basketball goal is gone so if you miss the ball will likely fall onto the pool deck. There was a smoke alarm beeping and it was easy to determine which as it was hanging about 6 inches out of the ceiling hanging on by wires. The downstairs a/c also wasn't working, but Jeeves sent a repairman over who quickly replaced the battery in the smoke alarm and affixed it to the ceiling as well as cleared the clogged a/c line and changed the battery to the thermostat. In the theater, one of the seats was completely turned upside down which led us to believe it was broken. We had to turn it upright to avoid a potential injury with the children but still don't know why they would leave it like that. Several TV remotes were also missing throughout the property. The large dining room table and coffee table have glass affixed to the top of them. Beneath the glass were large crumbs of all different colors and textures which made it look quite disgusting, especially while trying to dine. Lastly, we used the vacuum hose the last AM of our stay to suck the air out of some bags we brought. Well apparently a previous guest or the housekeeping team had used it to suck up some kind liquid. The rancid liquid leaked from the bottom when we turned it on and the smell was absolutely repelling. Thank goodness it didn't get on our belongings. This property has so much potential and we've see it 1st hand, but the property clearly isn't being inspected prior to new guest arrival. If it is, that person needs to be fired immediately if they failed to report the above (minus the vacuum which is understandable for them not to have noticed). My rating is based on the responsiveness of Jeeves & the potential if the multiple deficiencies are rectified.

The pictures were exactly what we got! We loved that it was super clean, had really fun amenities for the kids, and I was able to take a much needed mommy break! We will be back again, maybe for Christmas if the kids are still home schooling by then! :)

Lovely home for adults

This was perfect for a couples getaway retreat. Everyone needed some time away due to the world basically collapsing and this house gave us that peace, quiet, and relaxation that our group desperately needed. Beautiful, clean house, and the host was very helpful and nice!
