Really great property especially for the price. The location is awesome. If you were planning on doing Disney World it’s super close. The amenity is are fantastic. The rental space itself is very nice, very large very clean, overall very comfortable stay.My only feedback would be that the unit is definitely in need of a few upgrades, such as the couches have noticeable wear to them, the pots and pans are very scratched up and should be replaced, etc. all very minor things however. I do wish the rental would leave more basic supplies that others have left behind, for example, many rentals will leave cooking oils, salt, pepper, etc. this rental is very bare-bones. You need to provide everything yourself. They do tell you this upfront, so there are no surprises. But just overall feedback for the rental, folks really do appreciate having these kind of things and not having to buy them.

The home was exactly how it looked in the pictures. I loved the color scheme it made the home bright and cheerful. We had more than enough space. My favorite part was my king size bed and the private pool. Management was very responsive. I will definitely be coming back for another stay.

Excellent!

Hosts were very accommodating and communicative. The home is great for families with young kids, and the location is fantastic. Very pleased with how clean the rental was. Would definitely recommend to others and we'll think about staying here again.

Another great stay

We love this location - the resort is well taken care of, quiet, safe. We enjoyed walks around the pond and throughout the resort. Took advantage of the exercise room, pools and hot tubs at the club house.The property manager and owner were helpful and quick to respond when needed. The town house has all the things you need for a fantastic stay.

Need lights out front and a light over the house number.

The only complaint was that the house numbers cannot be seen in the dark. You must pull in parking spot so the number can be seen with the headlights. Very dark out front in general. Maybe put some solar pathway lights up since there are no lights.

Great location and clean

Great location for Disney Parks! Close to turnpike to miss a lot of 192 traffic. Really liked being on this end of Kissimmee for Disney. House is clean and well kept. Had everything we needed. Check in process was easy and seemless. Did not have to contact owner about any issues at all during stay! Great spot! Would stay again!

A great stay

My kids and I booked this property for a trip to Universal Studios. The property was well clean and well represented, but unfortunately the arcade at the clubhouse consisted of two electronic dartboards and a pool table in the lobby bar (traveling with 3 kids). Everything was clean and seemed to be well-maintained. We were pleased with the property, and would gladly stay again.

Great Place for a Great Value

We picked this townhome for our first snowbird winter - and stayed from January through March. Regina, the owner and Mike, the property manager were fantastic to work with and readily available for the few times we needed to talk to them. We loved the security of the gated community, the location is close to restaurants and parks. The 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms were great when family and friends visited. We enjoyed it so much, we’ve already booked for next winter. If you are looking for a stress free, fun vacation home, close to food and entertainment, but off the busy highway, we highly recommend this one!

Great location

This condo is in a nice and quiet location. Easy access to the parks and Kissimmee. My son loved the splash pool, especially being able to use it later at night after long days at the parks. The owners and property managers were quick to respond if needed.

Our Third Stay at This Property -- We Love It!

As the title states, this is our third visit to this exact property. We've also stayed at a few other condos in this same complex, but always check for this particular property first because they've done such a great job of decorating with Disney themes and we know they have loads of kitchen essentials we use to make our meals. The check-in and check-out process is seamless and all directions were clearly stated. We love the location because it's very close to a Publix, Target, Walgreens, and Panera (as well as numerous other shops and restaurants). We make our own breakfast and pack lunches for Disney days and then eat dinner at the parks. We planned two "off days" this trip, so we also make dinner (spaghetti and a chicken/veg dish). I mention these details to give an idea of how well the kitchen is stocked. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were clean and functional. The condo is located in a large complex with gated entry. The drive to the parks isn't very far -- maybe 15-20 minutes to the toll booths with traffic (if you don't take the 429 toll). Looking forward to another visit soon. Thanks to the owners for another safe stay at a place that's come to feel a bit like a home away from home.

Family vacation

We had a great stay at this property. When we arrived we had very few towels and had to call the property manager, He arrived very quickly with extra towels for all of us. The property worked great for a quick visit to disney. We will stay here again in the future if the property is available. While staying at this property we had a personal issue arise in which we contacted the property manager, He reached out to the property owner who in turn contacted us directly with assistance. She was very kind and we were very appreciative. We did not have a chance to use the pool, which looked very nice, but look like it could be cleaned a bit. I would also consider updating the living room furniture. It seemed a bit older and the cushions were pretty low to the ground. I have arthritis issues and this made it extremely hard to get up off the couch when needed. The master bed was amazingly comfortable and provided an awesome night's sleep, unfortunately it was also the a bit low to the ground making it hard to get up. Those issues were the only thing I could make any kind of recommendations on, everything else was wonderful. We really enjoyed our visit here. We were basically less than 15 minutes from the park even with 192 traffic. Thank you so much for a great vacation!

Our family had a wonderful experience here. The value is GREAT. We were so impressed with how clean it was and all that was included! It was super roomy and comfortable! The location is also perfect. There are plenty of stores and restaurants close by.. and it’s a short drive to the parks! This was our first time not staying in a Disney hotel because we wanted to save some money.. and I’m really happy we did. I feel like staying here was our kid’s favorite part of the whole trip! We will definitely be returning :)
