The house was perfect for our family of 10 vacation! Disappointed I had to request info about access to property (after check-in time) & received no response when I sent a message upon arrival that one of the TVs was missing. Otherwise, it was great. About 30 mins to Disney & 40 to Universal. Couldn’t get food or grocery delivery to the address so that was inconvenient. Would stay here again.

The Host was great. We loved the house, pool was perfect. The only issue was we thought that there should be wash cloths in the bathrooms. The blender was cracked, everything else was perfect. We will be going back to this property

Perfect for the Price

The place was nice but missing a few basic things that would have been nice. For example, no beach towels so we had to use bath towels, some bathrooms were out of toilet paper upon arrival, no extra garbage bags (not even one), no extra throw blankets for hanging out on the couch. These are all little things that I wish we knew ahead of time as we are used to most VRBO’s offering these items. We also had to communicate often with owner on hose issues, dishwasher issues, replacing the lock because the prior tenant lost the keys. I was told it would be fixed before we arrived but it wasn’t and we had to leave the house unlocked before we left for the day with all of our stuff inside. That made me feel uncomfortable but it eventually worked out. Communication was great and they were easy to work with. I would maybe stay again. It was a very nice house.

Wonderful spot

We had an excellent time in this home. There were many more positives about this home than negatives. The house slept 10 and there was only 1 towel per person and not many face cloths. Additional dishcloths and dish towels would have been helpful and we were unable to find any additional blankets for the cooler nights. The pool was excellent, and it was well worth paying to have it heated. We tended to cook many meals and the kitchen had many dishes, pots, frying pans, etc. that we were able to use.

Grandson says HOW CAN YOU OUTDO THIS?

The stay was amazing. My grandchildren would have been happy playing in the house and swimming all day. We were so busy that we only had one day to go down to the community pool. My grandson celebrated his 12th birthday there. He asked me how I was going to outdo this Christmas/birthday present. EVERY SINGLE PERSON IN MY PARTY LOVED THIS HOUSE AND EXPERIENCE.

Family vacation/Universal

There were a few issues with appliances and the property manager was awesome in responding quickly to the matters. House was perfect for our family, the little ones liked the play area by the community pool.

Nice Resort

We enjoyed our stay here. Resort is nice - food at grill was good and servers were all very friendly. House was as advertised. Unfortunately, house pool was accidentally heated and therefore almost unusable but that was not the owner's fault - just a weird mistake.

No toiletries tissues

You would think that on arrival there would be toiletries tissues... dishwas clothes... no Paper towels... BBQ is not safe... broken legs.. can cause fire damages to the house.. and outside pool area lights are not working... Everything else was good... if not providing these thing... Guess should know in advance so they can have them on arrival.

Newly Retired First multi-week Florida Vacation

Overall the property and location is excellent. House could use a little live-in TLC, but was overall great. Patricia the property manager was great and very responsive.

Sister birthday getaway

The house was clean. When we arrived we couldn't get in at our check-in time, but the host was apologetic. There were minor issues with the house, but again the took care of some of them and some they did not. The house did not have anything extra like paper towels, washcloths, dish soap, hand soap etc so you will have to supply your own at less we did. But; we had a nice stay and we enjoyed ourselves.

Great Place

We had a wonderful stay at Patricia/Rei's place. The rooms and bathrooms are huge and clean. The pool was great for members of the family who wants to take a swim and the location is quiet and close to all major theme parks. If you are looking for a place for a huge family to stay in, look no further, Patricia's/Rei's place is it.

Orlando stay prior to cruise

The property was very nice and updated. Pictures were accurate to actual listing. We would rent again and recommend to book this listing. We did wish have a couple more kitchen items. Such as muffin pans, cookie sheet, etc.. To cook breakfast for family. As well as more towels and wash clothes for a group.

Annual Family Thanksgiving Getaway

Overall our stay was good. Location was ok, neighborhood good. As far as the house there were holes in the walls behind the room doors that had no door stop. There were not any big pots or pans for a family to cook. This was strange because if the number of guest is 12 what in the world is the owner, rental agency, host or whomever thinking? The upstairs bathroom sink drained very slowly, contacted the host who did respond, but no one came to take care of the problem. We bought drano. Also, there is carpet on the stairs and in the bedrooms it wasn’t filthy, but could probably use a cleaning. The refrigerator water filter needed changing and the ice maker didn’t made crushed ice; we keep a rag under spout because it dripped water and the light wouldn’t go off. We made the best of our trip because Thanksgiving is our annual family get together. This is the first time we’ve spent Thanksgiving in Florida, we usually go to Outer Banks.

Great Place

A perfect house in a great location. The house is very spacious and clean. The only negative thing I would say is that we didn’t have any face towel and a rug in the bathroom and you also have to use the shower towel to go to the pool. But everything else is great.

Dirty Pool

Upon arriving we were very happy with the accommodations. They even allowed us to check in early. Only once there we realized the pool was full of algae and it had accrued on the floor of the floor making it look like rocks on the bottom of the pool. The kitchen was poorly stocked. Not even salt and pepper or measuring spoons/cups. The coffee maker was too small. Didn’t even make enough for 5 people let alone 12. There was a waffle maker, panini press and other makers but no serving bowls. My family was really looking forward to hanging by the pool and catching up but the company could not get it cleaned and even recommended going to the community pool. They said they had great cocktails. If we wanted to hang at the community pool, we would not have rented a place with a private pool. So overall it was not a good experience.
