Nationals Volleyball Tournament Orlando

I really enjoyed your home. We didn't get to enjoy the home as much as we wanted due to being at the Orlando Convention Center for Nationals most of the days. We will be coming again the same time next year. I hope we can stay with you again. It was a great location. The small issue I had was the pool lights were broken and the parts didn't come in when I was there. The only thing that I was nervous about was making sure all the towels were washed and clean. It's hard when you are leaving that day and need to shower. My overall experience was wonderful. I would recommend this place to families and I hope to stay there again next year at this time.

It’s ok

Our stay was just ok. We got there right at 4 and house was still being cleaned. But once we were in the house it was implied that comforters were not cleaned between guests. We needed to strip our own beds and bugs in the master bathroom. Floor was sticky in several spots. Candy on the porch stuck to concrete etc. bottle caps in the pool from water bottles I guess. Code didn’t work on the door. I mean it wasn’t horrible but definitely not the best we ever stayed at!! Indoor trash cans were gross. We cleaned things the best we could or would when we got in there. Just with the newer guidelines with Covid etc. I was stuck on the feeling that not all things were washed. People do stuff on the comforters too. It was just a weird few maybe too picky. But it was ok. We washed most items and lysoled other things. April Clifton

Great location, but not without some issues

We enjoyed our stay for the most part. The house is spacious and comes equipped with everything you need but plan to get toilet paper because the stuff provided to start you off is the cheapest they can possibly get. We enjoyed the pool, but the first day the pool cleaners walked in the enclosure without announcing themselves and startled us while we were swimming and made us get out to clean the pool. Not a big deal to have to get out but I would’ve appreciated a note about the cleaning schedule so I wouldn’t have to worry about a stranger suddenly appearing while I’m swimming. Some of the pool jets worked and some didn’t, but it’s nice and private from neighbors. Well, we were visited by a possum at night but he was harmless. There is a jacuzzi but you have to pay extra for pool heat (my mistake for assuming a hot tub would be heated but not the pool). Typical Florida bugs inside the house. The can of Raid provided took care of them aside from the recurring silverfish we found inside and around the pool. Sleep didn’t come easily to us because the neighbors were getting their roof replaced for half of our stay. And on our last day a few of the smoke detectors randomly went off at 7am while we were all in bed. Not all of these things are in the property manager’s control but I wouldn’t have picked this place if I knew it would be so noisy. I found it hard to actually relax. The neighborhood itself is nice, seemed to be quiet in other areas and in a great location for everything we wanted to do. If you’re the type of person who wakes up early to spend all their vacation outside the hotel and just needs a place to sleep this is probably great for you. Check out was as easy as locking the door behind us, though it was earlier than standard at 10am. Also odd to demand guests strip sheets off the beds at the end of their stay and wash them and all the towels themselves before they leave.

Good for a family

Was a nice stay for our family including littles and grandparents! Pool was great. Only downfall was that we paid for the heat to be on, but it was only on half the stay after calling property management with our concerns. We were not refunded the two days the pool heat was not working. There were small ant/bugs in the bathrooms, kitchen, and bedrooms here and there. We purchased bug spray which took care of them. We know Florida is known for bugs, but hope the property also gets treated regularly for future guests. Location is great. Close to parks and restaurants/shops. Nice neighborhood for walking. Very reasonable price!

Great Location

Property is very clean and quiet. Easy to get in contact with Manager if any problems arise. Jacuzzi and pool was clean and relaxing.

Beautiful home! Close to everything! Close to Disney!

House and neighborhood was beautiful! Great location! Close to everything! Minutes to Disney! The jacuzzi was perfect since 4 out of 6 nights were cool. We also saw wild bunnies which we thought was cool! Couple minor things. Food stuck on plates and in coffee cups, but a little scrub and it came right off, a broken pink nail on the pool deck which was an easy clean up, and sugar ants in the master bathroom. We used the can of raid that was left under the kitchen sink. Other than that, we would love to come back and rent the same place again or even explore a pet friendly property! I missed my fur babies so much! Thank you so much for letting us stay at the home! Until next time!

Sorry nice but we were too cold . No heat 60 was top room temp..

The home is big and clean...only issue was there was no heat at all for so for 3 nights we froze. It had no heat. Stayed at 53 to 60 degrees.. Basics like coffee, toiletries were not provided for the price. A half of roll of toilet tissue in each bath and small tiny bar of soap. So keep in mind if ur late check in to bring thess... Lots of room. Bed was comfortable. Location good . Heater didn't work and with children it was too cold to be comfortable. My husband could stay due to no heat in home so it was one person less. Sorry to leave this but I wouldnt want to see a family suffer with no heat. We should of been told or were provided with space heaters..... so bring ur own...... we left the place perfectly clean. Washed the towels and put sheets in laundry room.. But won't use this one again... we will use condos in the future as we had good experience with them. So we will still use VRBO again.... Thank you and hope this helps make it better.

Clean, comfortable and close to everything!

We had a last minute booking (2 days) and appreciate how well the manager worked with us to make it happen. We paid the extra for pool and spa heat and were not sorry. The house was perfect for our family of five's needs. I would definitely recommend this property to those looking for a vacation rental near Orlando's attractions.

Perfect place for family

We enjoyed all aspects of our stay. The house was setup perfectly with separated spaces to hang out and the pool & hot-tub we a ton of fun. Management company was excellent and extremely fast to answer any question.

Amazing home, amazing location.

We travelled with 6 of us to this rental home. The 2 living rooms were awesome so that everyone had their own space when needed. Pool was beautiful and perfect temperature. Mattresses and linens were great. Overall very positive experience with this home. Would rent again in a heartbeat.

Exactly what we were looking for

This is a great property. Cozy and quiet, we had such a great time and loved the pool and hot tub. The hot tub had a hard time warming up and staying warm. We would have to play with the controls but overall it was a great spot.
